  1. We now allow users to edit their own information. Our records allow photos to be included for each user. So when the user clicks on "Personal Information" -> "Edit Information", can we allow them to add (or change) a photo?
    - It's unclear to me how the photos in the profiles are used. I don't see where they show up.

    - They should show up at least when you are viewing the profile. But other photo uses are possible including when you are listing the advisors/managers of funds, photos are worth a thousand words.

  2. Need the system to take the FMV and calculate the new year's payment on CRTs based on a specified % of FMV. His example was 8% payout annually of FMV. But that FMV updates every year, so payment amounts need to change; the % remains static.

  3. When home Home/Donations/Recurring donations - a list of recurring donations is listed. However, it doesn't show the FUND the donation will be applied to on that screen (or when you export the list), I find it frustrating as our recurring donations list is growing. A post about it was archived. I hope to get some traction with this one!

  4. Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

  6. Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

  7. We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket.   8. Home - Pledges/Promises - Filter Reports.

    Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.

  9. I would like a hard stop or a warning message when a user is going to take an action that is going to result in the fund spendable balance exceeding the total fund balance. We have seen this occur when an manual distribution is made to the spendable beyond the total fund balance and also from transfers out of the fund balance that did not hit the spendable balance. Since the spendable number is the most important when it comes to our grant budgeting, we never want a case where the spendable is showing higher than it actually is or…

  10. Currently, if we create 'one-off' tax receipt templates for donor acknowledgements, we have removed the template and saved off site to keep our templates from becoming cluttered. It would be helpful if we could instead 'Archive' or make certain tax receipt templates 'Inactive' so they don't populate when entering donations to allow for a more clean and efficient entry process.

  11. Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.

    With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.

    This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

  12. We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

  13. Currently when you are on the Campaigns main page, you have to either search for the campaign or click on "list" on the left hand side to select the campaign you want to look at. I wish this page had the campaigns already listed so you could select right there and not have to go to another page. It would be a lot easier and a lot less clicks to get to where you want to go.

  14. When I create print letters to notify folks that a tribute gift was made, I typically make edits to the letters before printing and sending. However, if someone has selected to notify the tribute via email, I am unable to edit the letter.

    Could there be a setting to toggle off this option on our website so that the public can only choose to notify people via snail mail?

    Or could the system allow me to edit my letter before it is emailed?

  15. It is so confusing with the grant notify checkboxes at the Fund Advisor level and the Advisor Request Notify checkbox at the Portal level. All of these should be at the Fund Advisor (or Profile) level, with the ability to bulk edit. Non of these emails should be set as an All or Nothing option, because it is often specific to the individual, but we do need the ability to manage in bulk, if needed. Administration of emails is really important and the user experience of doing so for these is pretty awful.

  16. Once a note has been created on a profile, it isn't possible to assign that note to an opportunity. It needs to be deleted and then added to the opportunity. It would help if there were an option to edit the existing note and assign it to the opportunity.

  17. Many things can be renamed or turned off on the left side navigation of the new portal. However, under the "Grantee" tab the left side navigation lists "Summary, Grants and Scholarships". I think we should have the ability to turn off scholarships particularly if you do not use that language with your grantees and there is a student tab that has scholarship info. It seems like it would cause some confusion. I realize some orgs my call their grants or donations scholarships so it would make sense to be able to turn this particular section off and on for grantees…

  18. It would be very helpful to have donor names tied to all stripe activity in fund statements- specifically fees (admin and stripe). We can sometimes have up to 4 or 5 line items under a donation and the only line that has the donor name is the actual donation line. If we get multiple stripe donations in the same day, the fees aren't always in order so it makes it difficult to see what fee is associated with a specific donor.

    I've attached an example of a section of a fund statement in the activity detail.

  19. This idea has been posted before, with many votes. I'm adding it again. In the new fund advisor portal, please add the option to add a tribute to grant requests. Donors want this option and a donation note is easily missed.

  20. When uploading documents (ie. a report) to a grant file, there is now the option to 'email' the document, as well as sharing it with the donor in their fund portal.

    The email option currently auto-fills the email address of the grantee organisation, however it would be ideal if the email template pulled the email addresses of the fund advisors of the grant for ease of sharing the report with the funder.

    It would be great if the copy field were blank, or also pre-filled the fund advisor email contacts as options, as opposed to just the grantee contact.
