  1. Analysis of income by customer type

    We are mandated by CRA to file an analysis of income by customer type on our T1030 - Charitable return. This shows the income received by each type of customer(ie. tax receipt - individuals, No receipt - companies/corporations, Other charities, Fed/Munc/Prov governments) If there could be a drop down menu when creating donor profiles to group these types of income together to make it easier to have a donation report with a customer type filter.

  2. select multiple grants (but not all) to post approval

    Any chance we can tweak the grant bucket section to allow us to select multiple (but not all) grants to post for approval in one batch? As of now, we can either do one by one --which sends multiple emails to the approvers-- or we can process all grants in the bucket in a single batch. On occasion we are ready to proceed with a handful of grants but not every item in the bucket. Have check boxes like we do in the deposit till might be helpful.

  3. Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

  4. Print Envelopes for Tribute Notifications

    It would be really helpful to have the ability to bulk print envelopes for the Tribute notification letters. It could go on the Tribute's Report Printout screen similar to how that function works when generating the donation thank you/tax receipt letters. We do quite a few notifications of memorials or honors, so we're really looking for a way to not have to print envelopes one-by-one. Thanks!

  5. Remove campaign group name from event name

    Once an event with an online ticket is created, when you click on the ticket to make your purchase, the campaign group name (which should only be seen on the back end) is showing up in front of the Event Name, making the event name appear to have a typo or be unusually worded.

    For example, I have an online event called "Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez Scholarship Art Auction", which I assigned to the campaign group "Scholarships." Once someone clicks on the actual ticket link to make the purchase, then the Event Name appears as "Scholarships Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez…

  6. Add fields to sync between glm and C-Suite

    We are implementing the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) coding system for our grants. As such there is a custom field in our GLM application form for the "Project Taxonomy Code", but this field does not carry over when GLM grants are synced to CS and we consequently have to re-choose the taxonomy code in the "Grant Type" box in CS. Can you please add the functionality to somehow sync custom fields between CS and GLM?

  8. Email delivery status

    It would be great to see a status of emails that are generated from CSuite. We just came online and sent our login email to fund advisors but did not have a mechanism for seeing if any of those emailed failed.

  9. general ledger - show all lines as entered

    Currently, general ledger entries that are made to the same account are "lumped" together after the transaction is posted. I think it is important to show the line item detail as entered for audit purposes. Generally these entries tie to another supporting document.

  10. Comment With Tribute Notification

    I'd really like to add a field to the tribute section of a donation that could contain a comment that would then be available for the tribute letter templates. Honor tributes are often made for a special occasion and donors of memorial tributes sometimes add sentiments with their gifts that are nice to share with the family. It would save a lot of time to be able to add these tribute phrases directly into a donation record and have them automatically added to the letters.

    When sending a Tax Receipt via Email, it would be helpful for the date in the "Attached is the tax receipt for your donation on _____" to populate the donation date. It currently says today's date instead of the date that the donation was made.

  12. Portal Password Email Text

    Thanks for the ability to let donors set their own password, but can we have a different/ customized email that isn't the standard Fund ADvisor "Thank you for setting up a fund" email. The email needs to acknowledge that they are resetting their password. It's not only confusing to the donor, but it makes us look like we don't know what we're doing. Thanks!!

  13. Closing last month in fiscal year separate from closing year

    Please leave the closing of the last month on fiscal year separate from closing the fiscal year. I like to close our last month while the audit is going on so nothing gets entered while they are working. After the audit is complete the fiscal year can be closed.

  14. Voided Checks - transactions should reflect both issue date and void date

    We just discovered that when you void a check at a future date, the original transaction disappears. There should be a record of the original check, then the voided transaction should reverse the entry. For instance, a check issued in December, but voided in January should still should in the GL in December. The transaction completed disappeared.

  15. Date Order

    It would be nice if all reports with a date on them would be listed from most recent to oldest. I realize this isn't a "top priority" item, but it is just annoying to have to scroll through data (i.e. vouchers, donations, etc.) to get to the most recent transactions. Allowing a sort option in the headers would fix the issue. Thanks

  16. Creating new "Profile Is" categories

    Hi,
    Would it be possible to create a new "Profile Is" category specific to Professional Advisors? Right now, when creating a PA profile, if we want to use the "campaigns" function to track advisor engagement/outreach, we need to make the advisor a "Donor" or "Prospective Donor", which many of them are not. In our growing work with professional advisors we would love to see more functions in CSuite that help us track our relationships with this specific and important group. Thanks!

  17. "Gray Out" similar profiles that have been reviewed / approved

    From the profile, It would be great to know which "similar profiles" you have already reviewed. Add an "ignore" button or gray out the profile once reviewed and accepted as a legitimate similar profile that does not need action.

  18. Recurring Donation Login

    It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

  19. Allowing the option to make it a requirement for the donor to pay corresponding credit card fees

    Currently there is another idea in here to make it optional for the donor to cover credit card fees. However, we would like a further option where we can choose to make it a requirement for every donor to cover them.

  20. YTD Financial Reports for Multiple Years

    It would be nice to be able to pull financial reports as of a specific date over multiple years. Most of the reports we pull for staff and Board include the past five years of YTD info. An example is simply pulling all contributions through the end of the 3rd quarter for years 2014-2018. Currently if we want to do this we have to pull financials through that date five different times and then transport into one report.
