  1. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  2. 20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.

    Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

  3. Hi - really like the ability to link multiple profiles and the advisor to an opportunity. However, in reporting, the profile name that pulls into the report is the one that shows the main name, plus any name linked to that name (Profile Linked Name). This includes if the opportunity was for an organization. Ideally, I would like to choose the profile field for one name only, and the profiles I would like to associate with the opportunity, and not have all linked profiles appear. Thank you!

  4. Really like the change to how the advisor and connected opportunities show. Coud the difference between these types and the normal connections be colour coded, in addition to the word, or something else format it so that the difference is easily seen at a glance?

  5. Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.

    We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.

    This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

  7. Help! The updated fund portal "the portal" does not show ticket sales when using campaigns, if they are not true donations/contributions. This is a change and a negative one! I have sold the campaign function to fund advisors for things like events and or membership drives - but now they don't see ticket sales (non gift) in the portal! If you export a donation excel list, you can see the ticket sales USED to be in there. For some reason, they stopped showing up (unless it's the 3% donation add on). Big loss for function and customer service.

  8. With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:

    Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.

    Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).

    Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

  11. I'm not sure when this field changed (recently as I pull reports regularly). The previous field for the steward on a profile was 'Steward' and the field for fund steward on a fund was 'Fund Steward'. This has recently changed to the same field name of 'Steward Employee ID'. The only way you can tell the difference is by what section the field is under, profile or fund. It would be nice to know when fields change on a report so I can ensure that my existing saved reports are pulling accurately.

  12. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  13. We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

  14. Our organization makes loans to external organizations. It would be helpful if the information from the loan module could be exported to a fund statement. I believe currently only internal loan information is able to be published on a statement.

  15. Can you make it so that grant letter emails can be tracked? It would be great to be able to run an Undelivered Email report and see if these emails were actually delivered.

  16. Good morning, Foundant! I would like to 'export' a list of newly created profiles by the date option. Right now, I have to highlight the profiles created and export it to excel. It would save time to have the 'export' option at this stage. Thank you for considering my request today.

  17. Opportunities have a unique opportunity id. There is no way to search for an opportunity via its id. I would love to be able to search for an opportunity via its id in the global search on the top. And within the opportunities object have more options for searching for an opportunity.

  18. I get lots of emails from Community Suite when someone includes me on a Note, or creates a Voucher for a fund I'm an approver on. Clicking on the link in those emails involves a 3 step process:
    1. Link takes me to the login page for our CS instance.
    2. After logging in successfully, I'm taken to our dashboard.
    3. But what about that original link? I need to go back to email and click it again, to go to the item in question.

  19. It would be nice to include an "Item Date" for tax receipts in the foreach item section. Currently, if you wish to include the date of an item/donation for a tax receipt in a table, a SET-REF condition needs to be used within the template.
