  1. Please add a Fund ID column to ANY report that lists funds (at the very minimum if fund group/subgroup/division can not be added)
    When in Accounts and click on the account hyperlink to see what funds are associated with that account - it is a combined name i.e. "xyz fund::Designated" with no fund identification. Makes it very difficulty to export/copy-paste and do any v-lookups.

  2. The Dynamic Images resizing setting is nice for the Additional Images field, but it looks messy on the Fund Image side of things to have different sized images either in the promoted funds section or on the Nonprofit Directory side.

    My idea is to allow us to turn on Dynamic Images either for just the Fund/Profile Image or the Additional Image.

  3. A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.

  4. When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

  5. A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.

  6. For quick reference it would be nice to see all grants made by a fund on their profile page, similar to a donations on the donors page. Please consider adding a tab to see grant history.

    From the left side menu of the Fund, their is a history option.  From that screen, you can select the Grant amount and get a historical list of all the grants.  There is also an option in reports to display all grants.  Select reports, grants, then the relative date of all.

  7. We would like to have the option to eliminate the "other" amount when using Giving Levels in the Fund Advisor Portal settings in the Fund record. When using the Giving Levels field to allow a membership fee or other type of donation that there should not be an "other amount".

  8. It would be nice if when you run financials in CSuite (i.e. Balance Sheet or Income Statement) that when you print or export it includes our company name and logo at the top? When we have to provide a copy of a BS or IS for a company or auditor we have to manually add it each time.

  9. Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
    We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.

  10. In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.

  11. When grants are being processed, it would be nice to either show on the screen their most recent grants, or even have a pop up for grants that are very similar. (same date, same grantee, same amount, etc)

  12. In March 2025 fund advisors gained the ability to edit recurring grants. However, they are currently only able to edit the number of occurrences and the next grant. I believe they can also end the recurring grant series. We often have fund advisors that want to edit the amount or change the interval. Although we can change it in our backend, the fund advisors often want the option to do so themselves. We also more often see a change in the amount. Currently their only option is to cancel the recurring grant series and create a new one.

  13. Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.

  15. Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.

    The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.

    Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

Over the years, many requests have been made to enable the ability to link an internal grant to a campaign or an opportunity (see list of requests below), but Foundant @skyeweber has always archived the idea due to lack of activity. For community foundations, much of our work is with fund advisors who hold funds with us, so it is important for us to be able to link our efforts to fundraise for programs through internal grants, and to link those to campaigns or opportunities. It’s possible to link a donation to campaigns and opportunities, so it seems logical that…

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

    At the very least, can we have a downvote option in Idea Lab so we can…

  18. For our Tribute letters, the Salutation merge field populates with the first and last name of the recipient. Would it be possible to have it just populate with the first name of the person or the couple receiving the letter? This would make the letter less formal, especially when it is being sent to any donors that we have a long-standing relationship with. I saw a post where this change was implemented for the Tax Receipt template, so I'm hopeful this would be an easy fix for Tribute templates as well. Thank you! Kelley H.

  19. Hi - it would be great if the screen showing duplicates would indicate what type of record it is, particularly if a record is a student. With just a giant list of names, it is hard to pick out the ones the student aid team needs to look at. (or a fund holder, or vendor etc) OR the date the duplicate was added. OR the number of times the record shows. If we have 3 John Lennons and one was created last week, we might be able know who needs to fix it at a glance.
