  1. Would love for Profile ID to be be added as a Field on the Profile Type report. When working to maintain the data integrity, particularly within Profile Types, it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to do when you cannot easily get a count of profiles that are associated with each Profile Type. By adding Profile ID, I'd at the very least be able to export all to Excel and create a pivot table.

    Profile Type can be added as a column to a profile report OR from profile types in the profile left menu, select the profile type id, then list profiles.

  2. It would be great if both husband and wife email addresses could receive notifications when changes are made to the fund account. Like when money has been added.

  3. We would like the export order to be address name followed by work title then label. For organizations this shows the primary contact, title, then the organization name. For individuals and households, we do have to delete the address name because it is a duplicate of the label. Having address title at the end of the export doesn't make sense (although I greatly appreciate it being added!)

  4. Create customizable options for the Top Donor's and Top Grantees charts on the home page. Many of our donors fund their DAFs with a single contribution, like an endowment. In this situation, when the donation is past the default date, which looks like the last 12 months, the donor is welcomed to a blank and confusing screen. A sample is attached. If there was a way to change the default date that is shown in the top right corner that would be great, or simply showing all donations, would be good.   5. Currently, if we create 'one-off' tax receipt templates for donor acknowledgements, we have removed the template and saved off site to keep our templates from becoming cluttered. It would be helpful if we could instead 'Archive' or make certain tax receipt templates 'Inactive' so they don't populate when entering donations to allow for a more clean and efficient entry process.

  6. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

  7. Currently, when bulk posting donations, we don't have the name of the fund available, just the donation number, name and amount. Having the 'fund' name available when bulk posting donations could assist users to know/choose which donations they need to post.

  8. Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

  11. When posting a grant, the system should check the balance of the fund no matter what the grant date or posting date is. Currently the system only checks the fund balance and gives a warning message if the grant date and date it's being posted are the same. If the grant date is in the future (as all of ours are), the system will allow you to post grants over the balance in the fund. As we are not posting grants on the same day as the grant date, it would be ideal if the system would give a warning…

  13. It would be very beneficial if you could use the result of a set of search results as a "starting place" for a custom report. As an example (see attachment), I ran a Profiles List filtered by Engagement Strategy. It gave me a nice list of what I was looking for except for some custom fields I had added to the profiles. Now I want to simply add those custom fields to this set of search results. If I could save the search results as the start of my custom report, all I would have to do was add my…

  14. Having the Fund Detail Summary is a great addition for the Giving Hub. But what would make it even better if there was a WYSIWYG for that field to easily add links and photos. Having to use HTML coding makes it extremely cumbersome and there are already WYSIWYGs in other CSuite fields.

From recent experience, if you receive a refund for a scholarship endowment that was marked post by payment, there is not a way to Apply it to Spendable when entering the refund on the scholarship record (which is where knowledgebase recommends you enter it). You have to either do a manual distribution or a journal entry to have the amounts go back towards the spendable balance.

    Having a checkbox like you do for grant refunds to "apply to spendable" when entering the refund would be MUCH easier than having to take these additional steps to correct the spendable balance.

  16. Revenue Share for Deposits

    We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

  17. Allow Multi-fund voucher requests through the portal. We have fiscal sponsorships that have multiple funds for grant-tracking purposes. They need to pay invoices/vouchers from multiple of the grant funds without having to submit 4 voucher requests for the same invoice. if this cannot be done, PLEASE allow online voucher requests to be changed to multi-fund once they're created in CSuite.

  18. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

    We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

  19. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  20. It would be nice to be able to add a tribute to a recurring donation so it shows on each donation after it is posted rather than having to add the tribute to each donation (monthly, annually) after it is processed.
