  1. It would be great to have more options for running batches of fund statements that do not belong to the same group, subgroup, or segment. For example, pulling fund statements based on Fund IDs (Funit ID) would be extremely helpful.

  3. A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

  4. The “Alumni” designation is a great option for adding education information to a profile. However, it would be better if we could rename it to “Education,” since the current label doesn’t really fit a community foundation’s needs.

  5. Foundant for Outlook is a great App but it doesn't allow for specifying a Note Type which is important for our internal reporting. Please add the option to specify the Note Type when using Foundant for Outlook.

  6. It would be great if an additional column for Campaign could be added to the Voucher Import template. Importing vouchers helps a lot, but it would be even more helpful if a campaign could be tagged during the import as well. Thanks for considering!

  7. Please include the nick name and birth name fields in profile search results. This will allow us to search for individuals with a nick name or who have changed their name, and will also help prevent the creation of duplicate profiles when we do not get the expected search results.

  8. We would love to see an option to add a thank you call/letter task to every donation made in CSuite. Allow this to be toggled on or off for every donation received or set to donation ranges ie: 20-500, 501-1000, etc... We can set a task now to go in and check for donations made, but if there has been none it becaomes a task that we can ingor rather than a triggered task. It woud be great to be able to set alerts or task to be assigned to any staff member to call or send a thnak you…

  9. We have a lot of schools with similar names. For example, we have about 25 profiles associated with The University of Texas system. It would make identifying the school much easier if you could search for the profile id of the school on the student record instead of only being able to look for the name.

  10. The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

  11. We like the new donation batch entry screen, but please add the option to attach a file for documentation that is then automatically attached to all donations created through the batch process. Otherwise, we still have to go back to each created donation and attach the documentation for audit purposes.

  12. It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

  15. Hello,
    We have a need to pull donations for certain subsets of profiles, which we achieve by running profile reports and filtering. However, we need to pull donation reports for these. Which would be simple if we have the option to upload IDs (as you do for other reports) and then be able to run a donation report on that uploaded list.

  16. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  17. When a profile is created, auto-populate 'Service Area' from the list of cities/states defined for each service area. This provides consistency when pulling lists based on Service Area.

  18. Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

  19. It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. I would like to have a printable summary for a Donor Profile (or others) that includes the Profile Information, any Profile Types or Opportunities associated with the Profile, Engagement Strategy, and Notes. When I go into a donor meeting, this would be a great tool to capture the relationships and recent actions with a donor and to have handy during our discussion.
