Fundraising Campaigns - Campaign Profiles Tab/Profile Engagement Tab
Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

Filter for approval (or lack of) for various voucher approvers
Please add a filter option on the Approval Vouchers page (Approval bucket in Vouchers) to filter out vouchers that a particular approver has already approved. Two of three approvers must approve each voucher, but I can't tell which ones I have already approved or ones I still need to approve without opening each voucher individually. Thank you!

Check Template Field Request: Advisor Email
It would really be appreciated if we could have access to the fund advisor's email address in the check template. It's available on the grant letter template as {{advisor.email}, but not in the check template. We generate most of our grant letters with the checks.
The reason we'd like this is that we have at least one fund advisor who would like her email address, not her physical address, on the cc portion of the grant letter with the check. It would be great to be able to accommodate that.

paste in address block
Copy/Paste address block and have the Address, City, State, Zip auto populate. This is a feature offered by other apps that manage addresses, such as mailing apps (example screenshot below).

Improve API between Smartsimple & Salesforce
We want to be able to connect Organization and Individual from Smartsimple to Account & Person Account from Salesforce.
Today it is only possible to connect Contact & account. Person account is an object in Salesforce that consider an individual as Person and as an organization, which is more powerful than only use contacts. Person account is also a fusion of Contact & Accounts field in Salesforce. In an ideal world, it would be also usefull to connect Affiliation from SmartSimple to Affiliation' object in Salesforce.

Net proceeds total for stock donations
When reviewing stock sales the screen shows the list initial value of the securities with a total. The sales history on the same screen shows the net deposit without a total. Can you add a total so we can tie out to the net deposit?

Fields for DonorSearch Import
There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

Please add a filter to donations by employee who entered
Filter donations by employee who entered - We have multiple people entering donations and it's very time consuming to go through the unposted donations and check them one by one to match that employees deposit for the day.
It seems like it should be a simple thing to add.

export button on grant summary
In the portal, the grant summary does not include an "export" button like the grant history page does. I think adding this would allow for a consistent experience for users. Please add an "export" button to the grant summary page.

Ability to report on which address a voucher is set to send to once processed
We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.
Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

Grant Letters - Disable Create Individual Grant Documents
There is a new feature in the sandbox that allows users to manage the Create Grant Documents flag at the individual grant level. However, grant requests pulled in from the fund portal (and maybe GLM) and existing requests in process have to be individually marked Yes for a grant letter. We would like to turn off this feature or set the default to Yes.

charity check
Currently an atttached Charity Check keeps us from deleting a vendor and profile that have no other activity. Please update the logic to allow profile to be deleted.

View Only permission option for Log In As in New Portal
We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

"Requests" and "Request Types" should be chosen by the user during the Check-out process
If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?
As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

Create Fund Advisor Login (for Legacy Portal) from "Fund Advisor" record
Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.
Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.
We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

org profiles
Change wording from "Link Profile" to "Link Profile/Add Org Role" or something similar it's too confusing as currently worded. Or, combine all those various functions together in one location. I keep going to "Edit Org Roles" when I want to create a new Org Role to a different organization.

Affiliate Portal Logo
It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

widget
With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.
