  1. It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.

  2. In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. So, regardless of the option to customize the tab name, because the button is fixed we are going to be restricted to naming it consistent to the button. If we can…

  3. Hello,
    We have a need to pull donations for certain subsets of profiles, which we achieve by running profile reports and filtering. However, we need to pull donation reports for these. Which would be simple if we have the option to upload IDs (as you do for other reports) and then be able to run a donation report on that uploaded list.

  4. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  6. We have a long list of funds and so do not use the default card-style view for the Giving Hub because users have to scroll VERY far down to view all. Instead we use the "list view" for the Giving Hub, so it would be awesome if we could have fund advisors land there when they select Donate from their fund advisor portal, instead of on the card view.

  8. When I uploaded a new default tax receipt template, I see that it is applied to all past donations. For example, a tax receipt that was sent on 4/9/25 does not preserve the actual tax receipt that was sent - what is preserved is the date and time stamp, and when I click "tax receipt" next to the printer icon, what is created is a tax receipt using the most recent default template. Would it be possible to also save the tax receipt that was sent at the date/time of the time stamp?

  9. When creating a new loan, it would be helpful to be able to create one loan but assign it to multiple funds. For our organization, it is typical for several fund advisors to participate in the same loan so it can be time consuming to have create separate loans for each fund rather than one "parent loan".

  10. Please add Primary Fund Advisor field to the Profile Fund custom report. Currently there is no way to see which funds do not have a primary advisor or have out-of-date primary advisors, without opening each individual Fund record. It's making system setup and maintenance unmanageable.

  11. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

  12. When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.

  13. It would be helpful if we could add a pledge directly from the profile page. When working in the Pledges section, we often see multiple profiles with similar names, and it doesn’t display the associated contact. Adding pledges from the profile would reduce confusion and make the process more efficient.

  14. Option to turn off recurring donations by fund. There are times we would prefer not to have donations committed past certain dates for certain funds. Would there be any way to turn off recurring donations by fund

  15. We would love to have a minimum grant request option for the portal but its done by fund groups. For example: DAF's minimum grant is $500 but maybe and Org Endowed is $100. We adopted a policy that requires all DAF grants to be over $500. However, if we set that as the grant request minimum for the portal it will cause issues for some of our small organizational endowed funds who maybe don't have $500 in ATS in any given year.

  16. Profile > Engagement Tab - Invited Active Campaign list

    Right now when you delete a campaign from the "Invited Active Campaigns" list (under the Engagement Tab of the guest's profile) it refreshes to the related campaign page. It would make more sense to stay on the initial Profile, we were in that Profile for a purpose or we would have deleted them from the Campaign side.

  17. Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?

    Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
    Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.

    It is nice to capture this information for donor development

  18. It would be helpful, if the 2 fields, CITY and PROVINCE were removed from Search for Grantees on the Portal when donors are requesting a grant, or if it was possible to hide those 2 fields. Many times, the donors put an incorrect city or province and then cannot find the grantee they are searching for. This happens quite often.

  19. Love the new option to send emails to fundholders who still have grants left in their cart. Currently the only option is to send emails to all fundholders on list. Is there a way to select individual donors who would be receiving the email?

  20. Many of our donors have called in after switching to the new C-Suite portal stating that none of their previous grantees are showing up. I have found that the issue 90% of the time is that they are not clicking in the blank box to view the list.

    Once I ask them to try the issue is solved and they all mention that this box should have the drop down icon or in someway make it more obvious that they have to click the blank field to pull up the list.
