  1. Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

  2. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!

  7. I would like to disable or change check content for different accounts. Not all checking accounts are the same, and it would be beneficial if we could edit the verbiage depending on which account the check was being issued from.

  8. Change/Edit Date Range for Dashboard display should be sticky. Currently, the Start and End Date for Dashboard can be edited to display a different range than the default, pre-populated range. However, navigating away from the Dashboard reverts the date range back to default values. It would be amazing if the Start and End Dates were sticky, so I don't have to edit/re-select dates every time I go to the Dashboard.

  9. Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

  10. When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.

    If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.

    Is there a way to fix this?

  11. This idea has been proposed before but archived for lack of engagement. However, I think it's worth posting again as it would be extremely beneficial to be able to export report to formats other than a plain CSV. For example, if we could export as an excel, it could preserve the hyperlinks in a report.

  13. Please add the option to add particular custom fields to the edit menu of specific designations. For instance, it would be amazing if we could add a custom field to the Grantee designation's Edit menu.

    This would allow me to choose particular custom fields that would show on the edit menu of one or all of the specific profile designations. When I go to that Designation and click Edit, I will see the custom field I added and the ability to input/select a response for the custom field.

  14. Currently you can only add/delete grant and voucher approvers in Funds > Grant Approver or Voucher Approver. Clicking into the name of an approver brings up a list of every fund in the system, but you cannot filter it by fund group or any other filter.

    I suggest just adding Grant Approver or Voucher Approver in the Bulk Edit menu on Reports! Then we can create a report that filters funds to our desire and then change Approvers there.

  15. We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

  16. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  17. Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
    Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…

  18. Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
    Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.

  19. When a portal request is voided before a grant request is officially made, there is no way to track it. It would be nice for the voided request to show in the fund's history and/or on the Fundholder's dashboard so that they an see that it was voided as well.
