  1. It would be great if an additional column for Campaign could be added to the Voucher Import template. Importing vouchers helps a lot, but it would be even more helpful if a campaign could be tagged during the import as well. Thanks for considering!

  2. Please add this option to the Journal Entry menu as an action on the left hand task bar. From an accounting perspective, we often use the "Import" function for Journal Entries each month as all information is compiled in an external Excel/CSV file and formatted after completion to import and save time. These imports split into dozens of journal entries separated by fund. Currently, we have to manually go into each individual entry and attach the same Excel workbook for documentation entry by entry.

    A bulk "Attach File" option would save significant time and make repetitive tasks much more efficient.

  3. Please STOP the system from resorting journal entries by amount. At the very least, have the all the data necessary in custom reports so the data can be sorted in the entry order for review,

    When users create journal entries there is usally is a method to the order they are entered but for some reason the system re-sorts the entries by dollar value before posting. This makes it difficut to review the entries and makes them harder to follow if researching them.

  4. We would love to see an option to add a thank you call/letter task to every donation made in CSuite. Allow this to be toggled on or off for every donation received or set to donation ranges ie: 20-500, 501-1000, etc... We can set a task now to go in and check for donations made, but if there has been none it becaomes a task that we can ingor rather than a triggered task. It woud be great to be able to set alerts or task to be assigned to any staff member to call or send a thnak you…

  5. in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
    As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.

  6. We have a lot of schools with similar names. For example, we have about 25 profiles associated with The University of Texas system. It would make identifying the school much easier if you could search for the profile id of the school on the student record instead of only being able to look for the name.

  7. The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

  8. We like the new donation batch entry screen, but please add the option to attach a file for documentation that is then automatically attached to all donations created through the batch process. Otherwise, we still have to go back to each created donation and attach the documentation for audit purposes.

  9. I would love to be able to bulk edit nonprofit radial buttons, categories and status. I am spending all day today checking boxes when it could be done in literally 10 minutes. Please consider this for future users!

  10. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  11. Having the last note date from a profile on the donor report would be incredibly beneficial. This may get too complicated as there are various notes (grant, fund, opportunity, etc.) vs. the specific task types that can be edited. However, it would aid philanthropic/donor services teams to easily run the donor report and view team/staff activity compared to donor/donation activity (like last donation date and donation summary data).

  12. When a profile is created, auto-populate 'Service Area' from the list of cities/states defined for each service area. This provides consistency when pulling lists based on Service Area.

  13. Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

  14. Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.

  15. It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld.   16. Add Detail Trial Balance to the list of reports on the left menu when in a fund record. Right now, if we go into a fund record we have to select Trial Balance, then the date, then go back to reports and select Detail Trial Balance and then adjust the date range.

I would like to have a printable summary for a Donor Profile (or others) that includes the Profile Information, any Profile Types or Opportunities associated with the Profile, Engagement Strategy, and Notes. When I go into a donor meeting, this would be a great tool to capture the relationships and recent actions with a donor and to have handy during our discussion.

  19. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

  20. Currently, Event Campaign Requests display for all tickets within an event. There is no way to limit a Request to only specific tickets.

    We would like the ability to make Requests conditional based on the ticket purchased.

    For example:
    Dinner tickets may require a meal selection, but a general admit does not.

    Right now, all Requests appear for every ticket, which can cause confusion, unnecessary data entry, and post-event cleanup.

    Suggested Enhancement:
    Allow administrators to select which tickets a Request should apply to (multi-select or similar control).
