Export Reports with Filters in the Donor Portal
It would be great if there was a way that reports exported through the donor portal could include applied filters. For example, I tried it in the donations tab and I can apply the filter but it doesn't show up when I download a report. Thank you!

Fields for DonorSearch Import
There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

Make PDF Names customizable
Right now, our fund statements attach to the email as statement.pdf. We prefer more specific naming conventions (ideally the Public Name of the Fund and the Time Period of the Statement) but at a minimum would like to be able to name the PDF with our Organization name.

It would be helpful if we could merge funds together and maintain the history of both.

Affiliate/Supporting Org Portal Internal Grant Funds
It would be great if an affiliate/supporting organization that's set up with online fund advisor portal access could make internal grant requests to their own affiliate/supporting org funds. When I login in as a fund advisor and go to create a grant request on the portal and go to previous grantee or fund, it only lists non affiliate/non supporting org funds because those are marked as private so they don't show on our org's main online donation page. However it would be nice if affiliate/supporting org fund advisors could request internal grants to other funds within that affiliate/supporting org group. Thanks for considering!

Grant letter template
Please consider assigning a grant letter template through the Fund profile. Looking at the fund profile for the name of the grant letter template is so much more efficient than going back to the Template listing and scrolling down to find the fund and their assigned grant letter template.

Reporting
Allow filtering on the same field more than once for the same report. For example, we might want to see 2 specific dates, or eliminate more than one batch or date from a report.

Portal - customize email subject line and body
There should be a way to customize the email subject line and body in the portal. We have a new portal user who has reached out to us about editing some of the wording as it is confusing to the user and I agree. The specific instance is the email that the user receives after submitting a grant request and the subject line is "Request Confirmation". To the user, it sounds like they need to take action, when it should say something like "We’ve Received Your Grant Request" or "Thanks for Submitting Your Grant Request". Same with the body of the email, it could be improved upon.
If this is available on the donation side, it should be on the grant side as well.
Thanks for your consideration!

notes reporting - reference the primary profile from an opportunity note
Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

"Inactive/active" donor data in portal
It looks like our fundholders don't have a way of seeing "inactive/active" data about donors in their portal, which can cause problems when they download the list to send cultivation and stewarding letters.
It would be great if this could be added as a column to the donor reports they can pull in the portal.
As a result of lacking features like this, many of our fundholders have to use a separate donor CRM to support their cultivation and stewardship efforts, which is silly!

Allow Profile Edit on a Per Designation Basis
Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.
For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.
Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.

Link Grants to Campaigns
We’d love to see the ability to link grants to a fundraising campaign, the same way donations can be linked. Sometimes grants come in as a direct result of campaign efforts, and right now there’s no way to capture that connection.
Having this feature would give us a clearer picture of the true impact of our campaigns and make reporting more meaningful. It would also help us tell the full story of how our campaigns generate support—not just through donations, but through grants too.

interfund grants import
I would like the ability to import a spreadsheet for internal grants. It is possible for 'regular' grants, but not for internal grants at this time.

Please add additional fields to the Grant Request settings in CS/Portal. We need additional fields to capture the fund advisors' recognition for each grant request.

Sort Voucher Items Columns
Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

Fund History Report Pie Chart Numbers
On the Fund Profile History page the actual amounts for the grantees are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. It would be great if this pie chart could show the number values so that it can be used in greater detail at meetings with Fundholders.
And/or, the ability to export the pie chart to excel to make these edits ourselves would work well. Right now it can only be copied as an image.

Expand Reports for Opportunities
With thanks to @Jessika Ellis: We really need this
Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?
Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.
Task custom report: Pulls in the Label+ for the profile associated with the Opportunity, Opp Type Name field, Opp ID#, Opp Task Name field, Stage Name, AND Task Description text field
Note custom report pulls in:
Task Type Name field +
full Note Text field
Ref Name field shows Opportunity ID#, BUT no Label/Name etc field for the Profile associated with the Opportunity, and no Task Description fieldOpportunity custom report pulls in:
Profile ID#/Label etc fields
Stage Name
Opportunity Type Name, BUT no fields for Task Name, Task Description, or any Note fieldsFor full integrated reporting, one custom report should have all these possible Available Fields, with both names (of Stages, Task Type, Opportunity Type) and ID#s as options, and certainly with the ability to capture the 'full' contents of an Opportunity record with Note and Descriptions text.

Use Existing Statement Accounts in Financial Views
Please allow for pre-built statement accounts to be selected/utilized when building out a new financial view.
When building financial views currently, the accounts must be re-selected for each financial view when netting them together.
Instead, it would be better if we could pick from an existing list of statement accounts as they already have the related accounts netted together and renamed. Of course, it would still be nice to have the option to choose within the financial view as well without impacting the existing statement accounts.
