Bulk reassign tasks
We would love the ability to bulk update tasks. I am looking at a report with unique IDs and 150 tasks to manually reassign to a current staff person.
I see this idea was proposed previously and archived, so I'm posting fresh to hopefully gain some new interest in this idea. Thanks!

Fund Statement Review Email Body
It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.

Tax Receipts: Separate fields for Donor profile and Donation Advisor
Please create separate tax receipt template fields for the Donation Advisor profile that mirror the currently available fields for the Donor profile (salutation, legal name, org contact label, work title, organization, recognition name, etc.). While it's helpful that the address fields beginning in "addr." will change depending on if there is a Donation Advisor applied to a particular donation, we still have to make manual updates on every tax receipt letter to correct salutations, etc. when we have a Donation Advisor applied to the donation. Creating two separate sets of fields would reduce both the staff time spent making these corrections and the chance that an error would inadvertently make it to a final letter sent to a donor. A simple IF conditional on users' tax receipt templates would ensure that the Donation Advisor profile information is merged when it exists and that the Donor profile information is merged when a Donation Advisor does not exist.

aging for A/R and A/P
Based on the many comments over the years of people asking for this I don't believe there is a full understanding of what we need. Attached is an example of the aging format that an auditor is requiring us to provide as of a fiscal or calendar year end (historical). This is something that we'd need for both A/R and A/P. Please provide reporting that allows us to pull historical data in this type of format.
thank you

Auto rebalance
Why doesn't CSuite auto rebalance? The process is so manual. The technology exists and other platforms are using it. Why not CSuite?

Make a way to encrypt fund statements from CSuite.
Make it possible to encrypt the fund statements when we send them out to fund advisors.

Edit Fund Settings : can we break those down further?
It would be AMAZING to have "Edit" permissions on Funds broken out slightly more. We do not want the entire organization to be able to "Edit" a Fund because that gives access to change investment pools, admin fees, division, segment, etc - way too many buttons that drastically change audit, revenue, and reporting.
However, our Donor Services dept would really appreciate access to be able to change who the primary fund advisor is, update pictures and fund summaries for the Giving Hub, and other settings related to the Giving Hub. Right now, our Finance dept is needing to help every time a change is needed there.
Would be great to have some of the "Edit" functions on a separate permissions level than fundamental fund settings!

Recurring grants - Add additional confirmation to delete a record
Currently, if you click "Delete" on a recurring grant, there is no page to say "Are you sure you want to delete this item?". Once deleted, there is no way to find the recurring grant record to add a note.
We have an internal policy to NOT delete recurring grant records for this reason, and instead max out the occurrence so the record moves to closed/inactive, but we maintain the records.
I have accidentally hit "Delete" when I am intended to click "Edit", luckily only for recurring grant records where I am trying to close out the request, but one click means the record is completely gone.
I have not experienced this in any other place in CSuite, there is always an option to confirm before the record is removed from the system. I would like to have this added to recurring grants as well.

Opportunity bulk import improvement
Currently in bulk import of opportunities we are unable to set the stage and add custom fields. I have to manually and individually change the stage if it isn't the first stage. And to add custom fields I have to do v-lookups and do it in different bulk uploads to identify the opportunity id to then bulk update the custom fields. The bulk import of profiles allows the import of custom fields and the default fields. I would like to when doing a bulk import of opportunities to also set the stage it should be at and the custom fields in one spreadsheet, one upload.

campaign budget
Since we are able to run income statements for Campaigns, it would be nice to create a budget as well. We hold events and use this option and each event usually has their own budget. - I know you archived but this is extremely IMPORTANT.

DAF Internal Grant LYBUNT/SYBUNT Reporting (Internal Grant Activity)
We are looking for enhanced reporting capabilities for Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), specifically around LYBUNT/SYBUNT-style tracking based on internal grant activity rather than donations.
Currently, it is difficult to:
-Identify DAFs who gave (via internal grants) last year but not this year (LYBUNT)
-Identify consistent vs. lapsed DAF grant activity over time
-Create clean rollups at the fund/advisor level without significant manual work (often requiring Excel exports)Use Case:
Foundations want to proactively engage fund advisors who may have lapsed in their granting activity, similar to how LYBUNT/SYBUNT is used in traditional fundraising.Suggested Functionality:
-Native LYBUNT/SYBUNT filters for internal grants
-Ability to group/report at the fund advisor or fund level
-Time-based comparisons (year-over-year granting activity)
-Easier rollups without requiring manual exports or workaroundsThis would significantly improve stewardship and outreach efforts for DAF holders.

Bulk email for grantees
I think it would be very beneficial if we could send a bulk email to grantees, and have the email save in Notes in each profile.

Tasks: add ID name to the columns displayed
On the tasks tab, the due date, type, description, ID #, assigned to, and created by are displayed.
Is it possible to add the column that shows who is attached to the ID # (such as the "grantee" or "profile name"?
Thanks.

Almost every Technician I speak with when necessary does not know enough about creating and generating Tribute Cards to support us.
Train more techicians to understand the logistics behind creating and generating Tribute cards please.

Featured Fund in Giving Hub Check Out to Seek Supplemental Donation
Beyond being able to promote funds in the grid of funds in the Giving Hub it would be great to have the ability to feature one fund (like the foundation's general fund) during the checkout process to encourage a supplemental contribution in addition to the fund the donor is choosing to support. You see this functionality often on giving day platforms as a way to "tip the host."

Enable the ability to disable the “Attach Files” field on the Grant Request screen in the portal. We would like the option to turn off file attachments for fund advisors when submitting grant requests, as this feature is not being used as intended.

Donation Batch Workflow - Spendable
LOVE the concept and functionality of the Donations Batch Workflow, but many of our largest volume batches are those that are applied to spendable for the fund. While the batch concept is pretty awesome, if the Apply to Spendable selection could be added to the full batch options (rather than going back to edit each donation one by one), that would be so very wonderful.

Tribute
Tribute tab in Donations - we would like to have the number indicator back on the Tribute tab in Donations. The number indicator let's us know there is something that needs to be addressed on that tab, similar to the number indicators for the other tabs in Donation on the attached screenshot.

Add more options to (and/or the ability to customize) Grant Quick Payment Schedule
Right now there are options for month, quarter, and year. It would be great to have additional periods like weekly or biweekly here. In a perfect world, this could be customized with the same level of granularity as Outlook's recurring appointments (e.g., "Recur every [x] week(s) on: [Date of Week]" with the option for defined end dates)

'List Profile' vs 'List' Side Bar Options
When viewing profiles within a specific profile type, the page layout isn’t very user-friendly. My instinct is to click the top option to access a dropdown of all profiles within that type. Instead, the current “List” button at the top redirects me back to the page showing all profile types, which feels unintuitive. Improving this flow would make it more efficient when discussing profile types with team members who are not in C-Suite as often.
