Fund Holder Portal - Show Grant Advisor as the Contributor on Internal Donations/Grants
Currently, if an internal donation/grant is made the fund name is listed as the contributor on the gift summary in the fund portal but the Community Foundation contact information is listed on the Contributor Summary. Is there a way to list the grant/donation advisor contact information if one has been entered.

upload voucher
Hey there,
In the voucher upload screen, would it be possible when uploading a csv to get a preview page after the initial upload page where we can verify the data prior to fully submitting? We upload 50+ vouchers as a time to record credit card transactions and it would be very nice to be able to confirm that nothing happened in the upload, like a value shifted and ended up causing a misalignment of values, or a profile number got entered incorrectly. This would prevent any kind of upload problems that would require subsequent manual deletions of a whole uploads worth of data.

Batch run fund statements based on Fund IDs
It would be great to have more options for running batches of fund statements that do not belong to the same group, subgroup, or segment. For example, pulling fund statements based on Fund IDs (Funit ID) would be extremely helpful.

Alumni Designation
The “Alumni” designation is a great option for adding education information to a profile. However, it would be better if we could rename it to “Education,” since the current label doesn’t really fit a community foundation’s needs.

Select Multiple Column Options in Financial Reporting
Please allow for the option to select multiple column options at once, as opposed to the current one at a time selection.
Currently, reports have to be created multiple times and then spliced together when multiple column options are needed. Instead, it would be best if multiple column options could be selected at one and work in tandem with one another.

Allow for the specification of 'Note Type' when using Foundant for Outlook Add-On
Foundant for Outlook is a great App but it doesn't allow for specifying a Note Type which is important for our internal reporting. Please add the option to specify the Note Type when using Foundant for Outlook.

Add Campaign to Voucher Import
It would be great if an additional column for Campaign could be added to the Voucher Import template. Importing vouchers helps a lot, but it would be even more helpful if a campaign could be tagged during the import as well. Thanks for considering!

Add Bulk "Attach File" Function to Journal Entry Menu
Please add this option to the Journal Entry menu as an action on the left hand task bar. From an accounting perspective, we often use the "Import" function for Journal Entries each month as all information is compiled in an external Excel/CSV file and formatted after completion to import and save time. These imports split into dozens of journal entries separated by fund. Currently, we have to manually go into each individual entry and attach the same Excel workbook for documentation entry by entry.
A bulk "Attach File" option would save significant time and make repetitive tasks much more efficient.

Journal entry order: keep in entry/import order
Please STOP the system from resorting journal entries by amount. At the very least, have the all the data necessary in custom reports so the data can be sorted in the entry order for review,
When users create journal entries there is usally is a method to the order they are entered but for some reason the system re-sorts the entries by dollar value before posting. This makes it difficut to review the entries and makes them harder to follow if researching them.

Donation thank you option on every donation entered
We would love to see an option to add a thank you call/letter task to every donation made in CSuite. Allow this to be toggled on or off for every donation received or set to donation ranges ie: 20-500, 501-1000, etc... We can set a task now to go in and check for donations made, but if there has been none it becaomes a task that we can ingor rather than a triggered task. It woud be great to be able to set alerts or task to be assigned to any staff member to call or send a thnak you letter outside of receipting. More immiedate.

attach files
in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.1 vote -
search for school using id number on the student record
We have a lot of schools with similar names. For example, we have about 25 profiles associated with The University of Texas system. It would make identifying the school much easier if you could search for the profile id of the school on the student record instead of only being able to look for the name.

Add dates to recorded webinars
The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

Donation Batch - Files
We like the new donation batch entry screen, but please add the option to attach a file for documentation that is then automatically attached to all donations created through the batch process. Otherwise, we still have to go back to each created donation and attach the documentation for audit purposes.

bulk edit nonprofit settings
I would love to be able to bulk edit nonprofit radial buttons, categories and status. I am spending all day today checking boxes when it could be done in literally 10 minutes. Please consider this for future users!

Opportunity Task Workflow (Repost due to archived)
We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating a number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.
I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be CUSTOM designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.
For example: A development lunch.
Flow would automatically add:
A call to set up the meeting with a date selected.
A lunch task with no date or 14-21 days out

Social Media in Profiles
Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.
The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).
