Ability to Rename "Other Foundation Funds"
Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.

default text in content
Could you create a setting in system data that allows users to set organization-wide default content settings for font family (i.e. all content uses Arial font)?
This would help us ensure that all the content in all the possible places could be the same font type, in line with our brand standards and creating a necessary professional look. Since content exists in CS in so many places, it would be much more difficult to check all the spots and settings one by one.

Adding/Editing Notes on Event tickets manually
We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

Multiple approvers for vouchers based on value of voucher
Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

New Fund Advisor Portal Grant Request Style
The Legacy Fund Advisor Grant Request page had a "side by side" styling with "instructions" on the left and the grant request submissions on the "right". The new Fund Advisor portal Grant Request page has a "vertical Top to Bottom" style so that the "instructions" or Header is on the top and the grant submission are on the bottom. Unfortunately, this means that the Fund Advisor cannot see the listing of their grant requests in the Cart which means that unless they scroll down, they cannot see the final step "Review and Submit" button that must be clicked on to finalize the grant request. This will leave many grant requests unsubmitted in the cart. Can the style be changed or somehow each "grant request page" can have it's own style? The header needs to allow for instructions for this new portal but it will result in many grants being left in the cart.

Page Titles Reflect Navigation & Tab Changes
When you change the Navigation or Tab, these changes should extend to the title on the page. For example, currently if you change the left side navigation "Donations" to "Gifts", Donations will still show on the inside of the page above the listing of the gifts.

check labels
ALL labels and envelopes should be downloadable in Word for easy editing. The area where they are not that I have had issues with today is in check batches. I use that feature when we do our large designated check run each year and the labels always need adjusted. Even with Acrobat Pro, this is difficult to do.

Approval Function for Grant Requests in Portal
Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.
It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.
This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

Add search functionality to tasks
As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

Record photo covers file type
When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.
It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

Show only Fund Statements needing review
While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

Outlook integration: Improvements for search email function to search more than the "from" field and search more than primary email
When adding an email from a sent email, the search function only searches the sender, not the "to" or "cc" emails. As we cannot use the integration when drafting an email, the next best option is to attach from the our Outlook send. However, we have to manually enter the email to get to the right profile, as the search is only searching the "from" of the email.
In addition, the search function is only searching the primary email. Many contacts have more than one email (work, personal, volunteer etc).

Recurring Gift Alert
Currently, Community Suite does not alert us when a recurring gift is about to end. We would like an alert to be added and an email sent to the donor on the second-to-last donation telling them the recurring donation is about to expire. The email could have a link for the donor to log in and extend the donation date, or it could email us to let us know the donor would like to extend the donation.

measure number of visitors / analytics
We've had requests from our Board to measure how much traffic our Donor Portal gets. Would be useful to get some basic page analytics / number of page visitors.

Profile Duplicates- Lower Percentage Match
We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.
For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.
Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

ACH payments out: add content to email
We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

If a fund has to reach a certain dollar amount before it distributes, is there a way to set a Distribution Start Date by fund balance?

Keep Affiliate Events Separate from Main Giving Hub
I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.
Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.
While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.
