Tribute Donation_letter Template Fields - add lowercase or name only options
When a donor makes a tribute gift online via Stripe and does not elect to notify someone, all available template fields begin with capitalized "In Honor/Memory of MB". There is no option for "MB" (honoree name only) or "in honor of MB" (lower case "i" and "h/m").
This makes things difficult for us because we want to mention the tribute in the automatically system-generated acknowledgement letter back to the donor, and it looks awkward with the capitalization.
Would it be possible to add at least one template field with either the honoree name only OR lower case "in honor of"? This way we can standardize our letters and avoid odd capitalizations. Thank you!

All Bulk Update Files Consolidated into a Single Bulk Update File
When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.
Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.
We aren't asking to get rid of the four individual bulk update files, but instead, add a fifth option that has all fields in one file.

Fixed Assets and Depreciation
I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!

Candid/GuideStar Grants Report
Candid (GuideStar) asks non-profits to provide a list of grants data annually. They use a specific template (attached). It would be helpful to have a default report already created so that we can generate the information more easily and consistent with their template.

Fund Statement Grants
Our current recommendation regarding the inclusion or exclusion of a table in a fund statement involves using a conditional statement based on the "Grants Total Amount". While effective, we encountered an issue recently: if a cancelled amount equals the granted amount, the total grants display as "0.00". These unrelated grants should ideally still be visible on the fund statement.
I propose adding a field indicating whether grants were issued during the statement period, marked "yes" or "no".

Batch run fund statements based on Fund IDs
It would be great to have more options for running batches of fund statements that do not belong to the same group, subgroup, or segment. For example, pulling fund statements based on Fund IDs (Funit ID) would be extremely helpful.

DAFpay
Would like to be able to use an online service called DAFpay. This would allow fund advisors of donor advised funds to make grants through this service instead of going through a donor portal.

user donation notification email
Add a Donation Notify button that users can subscribe to in order to get notified immediately when someone donates through the Portal or Giving Hub. Just like for recurring donations and grant requests.

fund balance report
On the Fund Balance Report: Could you please add ability to see fields for fund group, fund subgroup, fund division and fund segment - especially on the Export of the report.

Public Securities - Name of Stock - in Description Field
We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.

fund balance on fund history page
Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

Campaign Profile Note
It would be great to have a note that lives specifically on individual campaign profiles. We track unsubscribes from our e-newsletters, and instead of bogging down the individual's main profile page with notes, it would be great to have one tying back to the specific campaign they unsubscribed from.

Giving Hub - Customized Questions
It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. This option formed the basis of several policies related to the way we share donor information, so it would be great to have the option to bring this question back on our forms.

Content area for Interest Type on New Portal
When you select Interest Types on the new portal, there is not a content header for this section available to help fund advisors know what to do.
You can see in the attached screenshot that without a content block explaining that the user should select “Edit Information” to add their interest types, it is not clear what they should do.
Alternatively, what might be helpful is if you added something below Interest Types to explain that no interest types have yet been assigned to the profile. For example, if you displayed “None selected” this might give the user a hint that there should be choices there

Fix the Grants > Grant Summary table search function in the Portal
In the Grants > Grant Summary table in the new Portal for fund advisors, there is a search box in the top right that is supposed to filter the list of grantees.
However, at least on Edge, the search box isn't working correctly. When I enter a term in the search box, the entire table is instantly emptied of results, as though none matching my query could be found--even when I search for a term that is clearly visible on the first page of grantees. Pressing Enter after typing my search term has no effect. Deleting my search term, or deleting my search term and then pressing Enter also has no effect. If I refresh the page while my search term is in the box, it will filter the list, showing the appropriate results. If I then delete the search term, rather than returning to the full list, the table is once again emptied until I refresh the page.
This appears to be the only search box in the portal that I've checked that doesn't work properly. The similar search boxes in the Fund Summary > Recent Contributions and Recent Grants tables work as expected. Ditto the Contributions > Donations (or maybe it's normally Contributions > Contributions) table. And Grants > Grant History and Invoices > Invoices. Only Grants > Grant Summary is broken.

Add Grant Service Area to Bulk Action options in custom reports
Please add "Set Service Area" to the options under Bulk Actions of a custom report just like there is the ability to "Set Grant Type" from this menu. This field does not have the ability to be required on all grants and it very important to have filled in to report on who our grant dollars are serving, so if it is not filled in for a group of grants that can mean manually updating hundreds at a time.
4 votesUpdate: This is available in a Profile Custom Report. If set at the profile level, this will carry over to the grant. It can be edited.

Hide Memorial/Tribute Amounts not working on new Portal
In the new Portal, I noticed that if a donation is marked as a memorial/tribute, the amount is hidden in the contributions tab, but it is still showing in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor. It also shows the amount in the fund summary tab graphs. In the old fund advisor portal, memorial/tribute amounts were at least also hidden in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor. The old portal still showed the amount in the fund summary tab graphs. It would be wonderful if at the very least the new Portal had the same functionality as the old fund advisor portal and hid the amount for memorial/tribute donations in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor. Thanks for considering!

Ability to Split Internal Grants into Multiple Funds
It would be great if a fund advisor could split a single internal grant into multiple internal funds. Currently, advisors must create one grant and specify in the description how they want the funds allocated. However, we then have to cancel the grant and manually create multiple grants to meet their request.
We already have the ability to split a single donation into multiple funds and consolidate multiple funds into one grant. Extending this capability to internal grants would streamline the process and reduce manual work.

Voucher Template
It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

Campaigns: Additional Permissions
Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks
