  1. Would love to have the "Reconcile List" button that takes you back to the list of reconciling accounts within the completed bank reconciliation page. As I'm now approving bank recs within CSuite, I currently have to press "Back" and then "Reconcile List" once I've approved a bank rec and I'm ready to go to another one.

  2. When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

  5. When a fund advisor is looking at the FUND SUMMARY page and Recent Grants, the list of Recent Grants that displays on this page is a maximum of 20 grants. It’s not a list determined by a lookback of a month or anything that seems to make sense, in fact an advisor of ours made a bunch of grants on the same date and this list was only showing some of them, which led her to believe that not all of them had gone through.   6. We had an attached file removed by the system and it was only by chance that it was noticed.

    An auto email notifying of removal, or the ability to have on demand or regularly scheduled reports listing removed files so they can be re-uploaded would be useful.

  8. We would like to be able to update the MFA communication from Foundant when our clients login to the Fund Portal. Currently the MFA sends a text with just numbers. Some of our Fund Advisors are weary of Spam/Phishing. Can we add the ability to customize the message.

  9. When a public security donation comes in to an investment account for a fund that is associated with a different account, a balance swap recommendation appears as of that donation date. It should not show up until the sale of those securities has been recorded, so the swap amount equals the actual cash in hand rather than the donation value. Without a change, errors can easily occur and create confusion with reconciliation of transactions at the end of the month.

  10. If an online grant request is submitted and the grantee is changed by a staff member before the grant is created, the log should show us the original information. It only shows the original grantee IF the original was already a profile. If the grantee was manually entered, and a staff member changed the grantee to an existing profile, the original grantee is blank in the log.

    Please add a log of all grantee information from the original request (grantee name, address, etc.) if it was entered manually and then the grantee was changed before the grant was created.

  12. Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

  13. It would be very helpful to have a field for the email subject when sending out scholarship letters. Currently needs to be populated every time and also the body of the email doesn't keep the format set within the field under content.

  15. It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.

    Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

  17. When a scholarship refund comes to us and we refund the amount but are waiting to hear from the student to determine whether to defer or cancel, the scholarship is open. The bucket tab shows there are open scholarships but does not list them. The only way to see the list is to click Undecided/Unassigned. Is there a way to either list them in the Open Bucket, and/or create the option to put them On Hold similar to Grants?

  18. When entering vouchers and searching for a vendor it would be great if inactive vendors did not populate in the drop down while you are typing. If they are inactive they shouldn't be having vouchers charged against them anyways. It would be nice if they also showed at the bottom of the regular search bar instead of mixed in with everything else.

  19. With the new ability to create a "promote end date" for a promoted fund (awesome!!) it would be great to be able to report on those. Our public-facing fund descriptions often change after a period of promotion, and it would be great if we could easily find funds whose promotion has expired so that we can adjust the fund summary.

  20. In Campaign / Events / Income Statements - please create the ability to add filters. Currently, on fundraising events, the income statement pulls revenue from a fees/general ledger account that does not relate to the actual event revenue and should not be mixed in with the fundraising general ledger activity. This results in always having an incorrect Income Statement for Fundraising Events tied to specific fund types where other fees might occur.
