  1. Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

  2. We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves.   3. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

If I mark someone's organization role as a member and put a date range indicating when their membership ends, it would be great if CSuite recognized when this date passes and automatically changed their role from "Member" to "Former Member." Currently the system will only italicize the word "Member" from the CSuite view to mean not a member anymore. However, f I were pulling a report and wanted to know the profiles' org roles, it would only tell me "Member" and not show the italics meaning former.

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

    At the very least, can we have a downvote option in Idea Lab so we can…

  6. When pulling the registrant list for an in-person events, it would be ideal to select the info and layout of the list, such as all registrants with guest info below, and organization info if the participant used their organization.
    As it is now, there is a lot of sifting necessary to narrow down the list to make an effective check in list.

  7. Resurrecting an idea that had 9 votes and was archived.

    There should be a way to edit scholarship/schol fund rather than delete it and re-enter. We had a new staff some new scholarships and picked the wrong fund. Even though the award was still in the NEW bucket we couldn't edit the fund.

  8. Give us more characters in the donation Description field, please! Currently, there is a limit of only 256 characters, which is very limiting. We use that field to list the details with stock gifts, as that field is visible on the portal for donors. 256 characters doesn't go far when donors are donating multiple stocks.

  9. It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

  12. The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

  13. Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.

    When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

  15. It would be extremely helpful to have an Outstanding Loan Balance field available within loan templates and as an option for custom reports.

    Our organization would like to send annual loan statements to clients that clearly show the remaining balance on each loan. Currently, there isn’t a straightforward way to include this information, which makes it difficult to provide complete and transparent communication to our borrowers.

  18. It would be great if there was a way to save edited acknowledgments/tax receipt letters to profiles without having to download them and reupload them to the files area. We have soooo many different scenarios that we simply cannot put in enough tax receipt templates, and we are always making several edits to the templates. This means the letter that is saved with the gift is not what actually was sent.

    With FIMS, we were able to click a button to run macros after we were done making edits, and it saved all the letters in the file to each…

  19. We'd like to see a field on the main page of the donor profile that allows us to enter donor biographies (2-3 sentences), we'd like it to be a field that will pull into reports. This is a feature Blackbaud offers and is so nice when pulling a donor report for staff, board, and volunteers to prepare them for donor engagement.

  20. We've had several fundholders reach out and ask to see a summary of their total grantmaking for the calendar year at the top of the portal screen. This would be a summary amount similar to current balance and amount available for grantmaking that would be easily viewable on the fund summary page.
