  1. Fund Advisors of scholarship Funds do not receive email notifications when scholarships are paid, even though scholarships are paid as grants within CSuite. Please make Grant Payment Notifications apply to scholarships. I'm fielding lots of questions from anxious FA's about whether or not checks have been sent out.

  2. We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.

    Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

    At the very least, can we have a downvote option in Idea Lab so we can…

  4. Copilot (AI) data integration for optional feed into a client M365 tenant. This would allow clients to leverage their CoPilot (or other AI) licenses as they deem appropriate. As of now, there is no good way to utilize AI with data from CSuite. Please add an optional API or other integration that would allow staff to be more efficient when reviewing reports, profile notes, and other information in the system.

    The prime example is how CoPilot can help you prepare for a meeting by reviewing emails, calendar meetings, and notes pertaining to the topic. It would be great if we…

  5. The Donation Comment for historical donations needs to be editable just like any other closed donation. There is an [edit] link beside it, but it takes you to a 404-error page when you click it.

  6. I like the 5/28 addition of the grant request notification to include the grantee name and grant amount. Could this be expanded to also include the fund name and any notes? That would be a huge time saver!

  7. When pulling the registrant list for an in-person events, it would be ideal to select the info and layout of the list, such as all registrants with guest info below, and organization info if the participant used their organization.
    As it is now, there is a lot of sifting necessary to narrow down the list to make an effective check in list.

  8. We keep a directories of nonprofit consultants, local officials, and attendees of various community leadership programs on our website for the use of others. This means when an edit is done to a profile in CSuite, someone has to check to see if it also needs to be done in the directories. It would be AWESOME if there were profile designations (or some other way of tagging) that would allow us to have online directories for things other than nonprofits. It would have to be optional to have it public--we would put direct links to it on our password-protected pages…

  9. We noticed on the Legacy Portal that the Fund Steward email address is a hyperlink but on the Fund Advisor portal, it is not. Was wondering if that is something you can enable?

  10. My idea is for the Donations, Grants, and Vouchers on the dashboard to be outlined in a red box when there are recurring donations, grants, and/or vouchers to process. This is similar to what happens to Tasks when there is a task with a due date on or before today's date. It will make it easier to see what action is needed right on the dashboard.

  11. It would be AMAZING to have "Edit" permissions on Funds broken out slightly more. We do not want the entire organization to be able to "Edit" a Fund because that gives access to change investment pools, admin fees, division, segment, etc - way too many buttons that drastically change audit, revenue, and reporting.

    However, our Donor Services dept would really appreciate access to be able to change who the primary fund advisor is, update pictures and fund summaries for the Giving Hub, and other settings related to the Giving Hub. Right now, our Finance dept is needing to help every…

  12. We've had several fundholders reach out and ask to see a summary of their total grantmaking for the calendar year at the top of the portal screen. This would be a summary amount similar to current balance and amount available for grantmaking that would be easily viewable on the fund summary page.

  13. When trying to see a full picture of a donor and upcoming tasks, it would be nice to see future Opportunity tasks on the profile. Right now, I have to open the Opportunity to see if there is a future task set (or search All Tasks) and it would be nice if it were just to appear on the profile as a future task.

  14. On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.

    While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

  15. Please bring back the Old Support click. The new Search Help Articles are not as easy to find the information you are looking for. By clicking an article and browsing through the 5x7 area is ridiculous. Why would you make a support site so small and not user friendly?? I don't understand the changes CS is making. I really hope this goes back to the old way.

  16. In the new portal, if a fund is marked private (like we do for agency funds that only accept contributions from the agency itself, not the public) it is currently showing up as an option to donate to when she goes to the Giving Hub via her donor advised fund dashboard.

    Example: Jane Doe is a fund advisor on both her family donor advised fund and she's a fund advisor to the Pawsome Animal Clinic agency fund, for which she serves as a volunteer treasurer. Even though “Donate” is not checked in her advisor access options for the Clinic's agency…

  17. Tribute tab in Donations - we would like to have the number indicator back on the Tribute tab in Donations. The number indicator let's us know there is something that needs to be addressed on that tab, similar to the number indicators for the other tabs in Donation on the attached screenshot.

  18. Adding a field for the check number in the grant award letter Templates.

    Due to the high volume of grants processed weekly, it’s very important to ensure timely donor recognition and to streamline the process for recipient organizations. Currently, it can take up to 10 days between the award letter email and the arrival of the check via USPS. This delay makes it difficult for organizations to connect the award letter with the check when it arrives.

  19. When setting up a campaign, it would be helpful to select the fields required per event.
    At the moment, by default, CSuite allows registrants to select Individual, Household, or Organization. This has resulted in many individuals registering as a No Name Organizations.
    During setup, if we could choose the registrant type appropriate, for example, only allow individuals to register, we can get their appropriate information.
    Then, if "Add Organization Name" was an additional field that we could set to required when applicable, we would be sure to get all the info when needed.

  20. Add the ability to set the Grant Documents Template and mark Omit Grant Documents to multiple grants via the Bulk Action tool.

    Currently, you can set the Grant Award Letter Template and set Award Letter Needed (or not) but cannot do the same for the Grant Documents.

    Side note - it would be beneficial to have the language for Grant Documents be consistent throughout the system. When in a grant, it's Grant Documents Template, but when in the Templates section, it's "grant_letter".
