  2. It would be very helpful if I could print out sent emails from the GMS. My workaround is to copy myself on my email templates but I'd like the ability to go and print out any sent emails, as needed.

  3. It would be helpful to have the option to add another "after Due Date" automatic email to Follow-ups. Right now only "To Assignee 7 days after Due Date" is available and we'd like a "To Assignee 14 days after Due Date" as well.

  4. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I would like to be able to add additional contacts to a request, without assigning them a password to log in. We use the cc/bc option a lot in our letters and the only way I can see to add these additional contacts requires me creating them, which them prompts the assignment of a password and them subsequently receiving an email about their account creation. Can there be a way to just add additional contacts that we can choose to merge with documents when we create them?

  5. We have matching grants as part of a Foundant process, and we send the match payment after we receive the final report Follow-up. It would be nice to have the system automatically generate a notification to our grants manager when the Program Officers have marked the follow-up as complete.

In the past few months, I've seen a high increase in applicants emailing and calling saying they cannot find the "Administrator Comment" when I revert back to draft, so I logged back in as the applicant to see what the sudden confusion is - it's incredibly hard to find in the applicant view! When I MAKE an administrator comment, there is a blue highlighted strip across the top. When I log in as the applicant, there is just a little vertical bar, with text smaller than regular instructions. A lot of our applicants are elderly, and it's been very time…

  7. We have our evals set up to get management approval of submitted grants before we proceed with processing them. I'd love to get a notification that the evals were completed to serve as a prompt for me to log in and move the application forward.

  9. We have evaluators that email our applicants outside of Foundant and then copy and paste it into their evaluation. It would be useful if we had the ability to be able to choose if we would like the staff evaluator to have the ability to email through Foundant.

Wouldn't it be great if Evaluators were not only notified that an LOI had been assigned to them, but then they received automated reminders that the deadline to respond was approaching - like Bill Pay Reminders! If I were the Evaluator I would be notified that an LOI had been assigned to me and then notified that it was 10 days, 15 days, 20 days without a response. Of course, you'd have the option to turn it on or off and selected when you'd like the reminders, depending on the process. A bit like how the Applicant is notified when…

  11. Please consider adding a feature to document within the system a communications and activity log for organizations. All staff could access this log to monitor our engagement and verify information. It could be used for phone calls, emails, site visits, etc.

  13. Can we add to the Greeting page language to add “Administrator administrator@grantinterface.com” to their address book so that our emails will be sure to land in their inbox! Put it in a different color font so that it will be noticed when they open this software.

    We continue to have problems delivering emails to our grantees and creates duplicate work for us. Thank you.

  14. It used to be that the only required fields for a new user was the name, email and password. Now, when I create a new user (for example, as an evaluator), I have to include their title, phone, address, city, etc. It's a pain, and I don't usually have those details. Can I change those fields so they're not required? Or change at least some of them? Thanks!

  16. I would love it if, when sending an email that's in a template, there was a way to choose a pre-uploaded signature (even if it was plain text). Right now whichever progam officer is sending the email has to go into their outlook email and copy/paste their signature into the email. Is there a way there could be a dropdown menu (or something similar) so that users with admin status could choose a their signature?

  17. We had a thought that the system should be able to automatically send emails at the approval and denial stages in granting. My thoughts are that we could setup a template that uses merged fields to email applicants whether they are approved or denied. Thoughts?

  18. It would be helpful to be able to include a Foundation logo and signature in Foundant e-mail templates. Sending e-mails to grantees through Foundant is certainly easier than having to individually contact each grantee, but Foundant e-mail templates allow no formatting/images which makes our e-mails feel unprofessional and unofficial.

  19. We would really like to have the rich text editor also available for the email templates. We would like to be able to underline/bold/italics/bullet points/etc for emails that are automated from the system.

    We will often bypass sending an auto email to instead spend the work doing them individually specifically because we cannot add emphasis in the text. Please consider adding this functionality!

  20. It's hard to tell which follows ups we have reviewed and which ones we haven't. It would be nice if the follow ups had a read/unread status- like emails- or if there was an additional bucket on the dashboard (additional status) for follow ups that have been reviewed. Note that we don't send follow ups back to the applicants because we don't want to have to review it twice. Adding the missing document is much easier. This applies to applications as well.
