  2. Not too long ago, there was a PREVIEW button when selling stock. This was extremely helpful so that you can make sure net proceeds equal what you actually received for the stock. This button disappeared and is now just a POST button. It is so much better to be able to preview the calculated proceeds before posting them because if something gets entered incorrectly, we now have to unpost the transaction to fix it. Please restore the PREVIEW button. Thank you!

  4. When requesting grants, fund holders should be able to select how they would like to be recognized. They should be able to select between fund name only, fund holder name, address, and email.

    Often times our fund holders select different recognition options for certain organizations outside of anonymous or not. We encourage organizations to send thank you letters to the donors and this helps make that connection.

  5. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  6. We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous.   7. Revenue Share for Deposits

    We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

  8. We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

  9. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

  10. When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

  11. I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

  12. Opportunities have a unique opportunity id. There is no way to search for an opportunity via its id. I would love to be able to search for an opportunity via its id in the global search on the top. And within the opportunities object have more options for searching for an opportunity.

  14. When a Fund Advisor is on the (new) Donor Portal page, a button shows up that says "Make a donation". This takes them to a donations page with all of the promoted Funds along with the user's DAF. This is a bit confusing for our user base, and we would like the option for that button to instead direct them to a page that only shows their own Fund(s). To be clear, it directs them here: https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate We would prefer that it directs them to their own fund (fund id 1111 in this example) https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1111

We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. However, as it currently loads, you have to zoom out on a browser screen to be able to view more languages with the way the columns cascade to the right. For most of the languages spoken in this area, a standard laptop screen will not display them without zooming out on the website, which is not something…

  16. The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

  18. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  19. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.
