  1. Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.

    It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.

  2. In place of being able to embed donation portals on webpages, it would be great to be able to edit the fund url's so that they are more friendly for donors and reflect the fund name or something we can customize. Instead of create/fund?funit_id=xxxx, it would be wonderful to show something like /donate/EveryStudentSucceeds.

  3. The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow as sometimes it's not anywhere else in the system. For example, instead of showing the phone number and address in the log that was added or removed, it just has the field reference ID. And I can't tell which phone number or address was updated based on it. Additionally, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the…

  4. When a grantee updates their contact information in GLM, it would be nice if that information would sync over to CS either automatically or into a queue to be accepted or ignored. That way both systems are showing the same information and grantees/students can update their information in a way that reflects across all systems.

  5. Our fund holders love the grant notify email (confirming the grants they have submitted) however many have asked for more details. They would like to have Grantee address included to confirm that the correct location was selected. They would also like to see the amount formatted to dollars.

  6. It would be great to be able to change a Profile Fund Category by simply selecting a new category from the table, rather than having to unlink the profile from the fund then re-link the profile and fund with the new category.

  7. It would be extremely beneficial if the first and last donation date field would change based on other filters in the custom report. Ex. A donation report filtered by a fund that shows all the donors to the fund with the date of the first and last donation to that fund.

  8. If a record is included in the list of data to select for the report, allow all fields on the record to be added to the report. Example: opportunity report allows me to report org role id and type but not the start and end date. We track when donors are added to our legacy society through org roles (because it's dated) and stewarding those members through opportunities, it would be helpful to know when they joined (start date).

  10. Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

  11. We have profiles with a Primary address and a different Mailing address. When creating a report we are not able to have Mailing Address as a field, only whether or not there is a mailing address. Could the Mailing Address be a radial button like the Pay and Primary addresses are? This may also help with Campaigns . . . If a profile has a Mailing Address, that is the address used. If not, the Primary Address is used. Currently we get labels for both Primary and Mailing Address and one needs to be removed. Thank you.

  12. We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating an number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.

    I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be custom designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.

  13. We'd like a secure way to obtain ACH information from grantees and vendors that feeds directly into CSuite. We obtain it now through an outside system and it's very manual and requires extra communication.

  14. There are currently no notifications when tributes are created. It would be nice if there would be a number next to the tab....ie (Tributes (3) like there is for donations. Otherwise you have to keep checking the tab to see if any tributes were created.

  15. If the donor fails to enter anything in the 'Whom to notify' area, the donation will result as a non-notify tribute. As the donor as elected not to notify the tribute, we are unable to modify and link to an established tribute.

    We have chosen NOT to display our tribute names to the portal for several reasons. Now that CSuite assumes that if someone enters a Tribute name without notify contact information, that means the donor does not want to send a notification. However we are finding that the donor may have simply not known who to notify.

  16. When pulling a grant report, voucher report, funds report, and several others, there is no total included when you select 'see all'. We have to export the report and have excel calculate it. It would be much easier and faster if it was included. With the Funds report, it includes to totals of each fund type but not the total of funds. It would also help if that report showed the percentage of assets in that fund type.

  17. On the check template the student name is limited to being presented as last name, first name. It would be nice if it could be formatted to be first name last name for those that do a combination of a letter + check.

  18. Our system at our CF is for our Director of Finance and Operations to review all gifts after they are entered but before they are posted to ensure accuracy and correct entry. It would be helpful if there was a way to have a more thorough filter to post only gifts that have been selected as 'reviewed'. That way, you can more efficiently post bulk amounts of gifts that have been reviewed at once, rather than trying to remember what gifts have been reviewed or clicking into each one to know if they're ready to post.

  19. We need to be able to see the StripeIntent field to allow for manual inspection and verification of a successful payment in the Payment Processors tab for Stipe.

    We've had a handful of donations that didn't go through, however, the list we see gives no indication of which ones were successful and which ones had a "Bad_Request".

    It would be most helpful if the information showing whether a payment was successful was client facing so we can see it.

  20. When editing a Campaign and go to delete, keep the screen where you left off instead of it bouncing back to the beginning of the campaign
