  1. We would like to add more than one fund to a manual fee entry. We frequently have to process manual fees for more than 100 funds, and it would be cleaner and less time consuming if this could be all in one manual fee entry with different funds (like journal entries where you can add a fund). In addition, a duplicate or copy function would be ideal so we can simply edit information as needed each quarter after duplicating last quarter's fees.

  3. We would like to limit access to the Donor tab (and the options within it) in the Portal as we can with the Fund Management tab. It would be ideal to show/hide the Donor tab and the category options offered on each profile.

  4. Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when…

  6. We would like the profile-fund link feature to function more like profile to profile linking and org role feature, with the ability to add start/end dates, mark the link as active, and have a record of historical links.

    We are utilizing profile-fund linking to track folks who participate on committees for specific scholarship funds. It would be very useful to have a record of who has participated in the past and when folks began participating.

  8. Currently, it is only possible to add 1 tribute per donation in Community Suite. Is there a way to add the ability to apply multiple tributes?

    The case exists in that we have multiple appeals, and even regular donations, where donors send in one gift, one fund, and name many tributes. They are NOT sending one gift to multiple funds with multiple tributes.

  9. It would be great if there was a way to sync those who check the newsletter opt in button on the giving hub to Mailchimp. Currently we are having to run a custom report to capture those profiles and manually add them to Mailchimp.

  10. It would be nice if we could bulk clear grants that are on hold. For example we do approximately 250 spendable grants and place them on hold at the time so that they do not accidently get mailed out ahead of schedule. When time to cut the check, it would be nice if we could take all of them off hold at the same time. THX

  13. We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

    That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

  14. We would love the option of toggling donations and grants notifications BY THE FUND for fund advisors. We add designated funds for our designated fund recipients so they can see previous year's grants, BUT we don't want them to receive the grants notification email when the grant is made, since some funds benefit more than one organization.

  15. On a scholarship record the name from the profile comes over as Last Name, Title, First name. We would like to have student names read first, last retaining the ability to sort alphabetically by last name. This causes problems with the award letter(see previous ideas) and with the check name when we use the student as the payee- it comes out as Last Name, First Name. Most banks don't take that so we need to fiddle with it in excel.

  16. Copilot (AI) data integration for optional feed into a client M365 tenant. This would allow clients to leverage their CoPilot (or other AI) licenses as they deem appropriate. As of now, there is no good way to utilize AI with data from CSuite. Please add an optional API or other integration that would allow staff to be more efficient when reviewing reports, profile notes, and other information in the system.

    The prime example is how CoPilot can help you prepare for a meeting by reviewing emails, calendar meetings, and notes pertaining to the topic. It would be great if we…

Currently, Manual Fund Statements can be created to include days that are outside of the closed period -- This has caused issues for Fund Advisors when they (through the portal) create a manual fund statement. They are including periods that the foundation has not closed, and it is leading to confusion.

    Ask:
    Can there be a warning associated with the Manual Fund Statements to alert a Fund Advisor that the time period they've selected is not within a closed period and therefore the information may not be accurate?
