Reporting
Allow filtering on the same field more than once for the same report. For example, we might want to see 2 specific dates, or eliminate more than one batch or date from a report.

Add Campaigns to Vouchers without unposting the voucher
If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.
With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.
This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.

LYBUNT
LYBUNT Report in Dashboards is not accurate because it counts donations from households and individuals as separate.
For example, if Jane Doe only donated in 2025 but the Jane and John Doe household donated in 2026, the LYBUNT report would show Jane Doe which would be incorrect because Jane actually did donate in 2026 with John through the household.
I suggest having the LYBUNT report consider donations from indiv and their households as one unit to prevent this issue.

Add "Assign To" option for opportunity tasks
Add the same feature of "Assign To" that is available in Tasks to Opportunity Tasks, so that multiple opportunities will pull in a report under one opportunity task entry. As opposed to "Share with" because this doesn't actually show up in the opportunity task report.
Ex: 5 staff go to an event. Allow one user to create one opportunity task and assign to each of the 5 staff members that went to the event. When the opportunity task report is pulled for that quarter, it will show one entry with 5 opportunities completed and accounted for within that one entry.

Enable the 'CC' field in Grant Document emails to automatically populate using the email address labeled 'CC' in the profile. This is currently done manually but automating it would save staff time. Referring to Grant Documents> Process Documents> Choose Batch> Email Documents.

Include Check Numbers on the Bank Reconcile Report Export.
The Bank Reconcile Report is a clean and concise view of the monthly reconciliation. It lists everything needed: Transaction ID / Post Date / Check Number / Description / Check ID / Debit / Credit.
Unfortunately, the Check Numbers are missing from the Export feature and much needed for our monthly data.
Included on attached documentation 1) a screen shot of the Bank Reconcile Report and 2) a spreadsheet of the Export.

Grant Request created from guidestar should show address in CSuite when processing grant requests, not just grantee name, and profile matche
When fund advisors use the guide star search, when staff process the grants in the new bucket all they can see in the new grantee field is the name and that it was from guidestar search. Often times, even though the guidestar search was used, we actually already have the grantee in our system. Our grants manager has to make the new grantee, compare it to the one in our system, and if it already exists then delete the new profile, and change the grantee in the grant. tasks
It would be great if tasks could be viewed directly from the profile. Right now you have to click through a lot of places to see tasks. It would be great to have tasks that are not related to an opportunity which is currently not possible. We end up using notes a lot because it is so much more visible from the profile.

Add the Ability to Reserve/Assign Incoming Grants to Staff Members
We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves. Bulk Delete Profiles from Campaign
There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

Donation Report
It would be great if there was a way to sort first time donations, but if the household already gave and then the individual then gave, it would not show up as a first time donation. Since, they already gave through their household.

Bulk Action - Set Grant Documents Template, Set Omit Grant Documents
Add the ability to set the Grant Documents Template and mark Omit Grant Documents to multiple grants via the Bulk Action tool.
Currently, you can set the Grant Award Letter Template and set Award Letter Needed (or not) but cannot do the same for the Grant Documents.
Side note - it would be beneficial to have the language for Grant Documents be consistent throughout the system. When in a grant, it's Grant Documents Template, but when in the Templates section, it's "grant_letter".

attach files
in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.2 votes -

Affiliate Portal Permissions
We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Multiple Engagement Strategies
We have different engagement strategies based on internal personas. For example, we might have a "Frank Founder," (Founding Donor) that is also an "Andy Advisor," (professional advisor). Both have different engagement strategies such as the Andy Advisors getting invited to continuing education opportunities and Frank Founders getting invited to donor appreciation events. Is it possible to make change the drop down menu so that multiple engagement strategies can be selected? Or be able to add a custom field to help capture additional or "secondary engagement strategies?" Thank you for your consideration! :)

editing scholarship fund
Resurrecting an idea that had 9 votes and was archived.
There should be a way to edit scholarship/schol fund rather than delete it and re-enter. We had a new staff some new scholarships and picked the wrong fund. Even though the award was still in the NEW bucket we couldn't edit the fund.

Opportunity Task Workflow (Repost due to archived)
We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating a number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.
I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be CUSTOM designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.
