Reinstate "show all fund advisors" on portal fund summary page
Before the portal redesign, fund advisors who logged in were able to see everyone who had access to a fund (e.g., if John and Jane Smith were the two advisors on a fund, either one of them could see both of their names as people with access on the fund summary page after logging in). "Invoice Me" Option for Ticket Purchasers
We've come across some businesses that require an invoice prior to the purchase of a sponsorship style ticket. Currently, the only way to do this is to have the purchaser call our office, and then we can purchase the ticket for them with the "create receivable" option.
It would be great to see an option available for purchasers to do this themselves when they navigate to an event to purchase a ticket or sponsorship ticket.

Bringing the Login log up to date with portal login changes
With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:
Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.
Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).
Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

Fund Advisor Invite Email
Please allow the default subject line of the Fund Advisor Invite Email to be customized so that it better suits the needs of each organization. As it stands, every time I send the email, I have to edit the subject line to that it makes sense and matched the verbiage we use with our donors and fundholders.

Last Donation Date does not reflect accurate last gift date
Currently on the household record, the Last Donation Date does not roll up all donations from the household members. So, if the household has not given since 2021, but a member of the household gave in 2023, that is not reflected in the Last Donation Date on the household record, it shows their last donation was in 2021. This is not an accurate representation of the household's giving. Please have all household and household members giving be reflected on the household record's Last Donation Date.

The Ability to Toggle Public Facing Contact Information for Fund Stewards
We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

Donor Portal
The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? Further, can there be an option for the Foundation to select to have the default for the graphs to depict the current calendar year vs the prior…

Custom Grant Fields available in portal
We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

Fund statements: Need school name in Grantee section
Please provide the option to list the school's name in the grantee detail section of a scholarship fund statement. This field is currently blank or will list the student's full name since the student is considered the grantee according to C Suite even though the payment was sent to the school. This is confusing for donors. This update would also protect the privacy of the student by including the school's name, and not the student's full name. We are not interested in the post by payment option as that feature can cause issues with financial integrity.
154 votesAfter review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

Fund Advisor portal updates s/b marked inactive instead of deleting from original profile.
I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

New Quick Reference Guide - Allow Users to Edit/Customize
Please make the quick reference guide able to be edited by users to create an org-specific guide within CSuite, rather than having to create guides outside of CSuite (in PowerPoint, Canva, Scribe etc). If we were able to add text to, or highlight, or change language in the Quick Reference Guide, it would make this functional in a few more important ways. For example, we could indicate in the Quick Reference fields our org requires staff to populate and which we do NOT want staff to utilize.

Copy Grants
When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.

Allow copying of an opportunity
Once created, allow an opportunity to be copied. Sometimes the same person documents a bequest expectancy to several beneficiaries. This functionality lives elsewhere in the system and would apply nicely to entering opportunities.

Campaign Registrations source info and Dedupes
A. There should be a way to see what information was imputted when they registeded. This would be beneficial so that
1. If there is an issue with a registration it is easy to see what information was actually submitted and
2. If they add additional information like phone or address info we did not have before that it could be added to the profile.
B. When matching registrations to profiles, if the information entered matches a profile with it marked primary, it should trump other profiles not marked primary (aka if matching email, and I have 3 profiles with…4 votes -
Export Reports with Filters in the Donor Portal
It would be great if there was a way that reports exported through the donor portal could include applied filters. For example, I tried it in the donations tab and I can apply the filter but it doesn't show up when I download a report. Thank you!
