CSuite doesn't have a way to export the budget by month without running a report for every month individually. Can there be a report or budget export created to do this by fund?

Export format to excel to preserve hyperlinks
This idea has been proposed before but archived for lack of engagement. However, I think it's worth posting again as it would be extremely beneficial to be able to export report to formats other than a plain CSV. For example, if we could export as an excel, it could preserve the hyperlinks in a report.

exposed profile email, phone, address id in Profile Custom Report
CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

notes reporting - reference the primary profile from an opportunity note
Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

payment date
When importing grants you currently can not import into the payment date field. I would like this field to be added as an import option. If we want to book a years worth of grants when the request is received but schedule grants to go out each month, we now need to manually change the payment date for each grant. This is very tedious and would be great if we could just schedule the grant date and payment date in the import template.

Printed Fund Statement Letter Template
Is it possible to have a template letter to include with the printed Fund Statements just like the template for the emailed Fund Statements? We want to customize the letter each quarter and pull in the "Salutation" field for each printed Fund Statement.

Show Internal Grants on Portal Charts
Currently, internal grants do not show on the portal grant summary charts. This is confusing for fund advisors who want to see all that their fund has given to. The charts are not showing the true picture by excluding internal grants. If the same date range as the chart is used to filter the detailed grant history, the amounts are different. Again, this is confusing to fund advisors.

Bring back sold amount option for tax receipts
We report out two figures to our fund holders – the value of the gift (as calculated by the average of the high and low values) and then the amount actually booked to their fund (the amount the stock sold for). Our donors expect to see both these values on their tax receipts, so now we are inputting this number manually, which increases our margin for error. Please bring back the sold amount field for tax receipts.

Currently, there is not an automatic field for the Profile Age based on the DOB field. Is there a way that this can be programmed so that we don't have to export a list of people into an Excel spreadsheet and create a formula for this? In our organization, we do a lot of programming for age groups and having the age automatically show up on the profile page, would be awesome and less time consuming on the staff. Thank you for listening to my suggestion.

Consolidate fund notifications
I have some fund advisors who want to receive the notifications that go out regarding grant requests from a single fund, but they would love not to get multiple separate emails from the system for example. In the most recent case, the fund advisor had made 32 separate grant requests. It would be great if by fund, we could have options for how this information is received by the fund advisor. Consolidated by week or Per Grant Request.

I wish archiving campaigns was easier than the multiple steps that it is now. If it could be a toggle on the main page, it would be less time consuming.

When copying a fund, provide an option to copy the templates
When setting up a new fund we copy from an existing fund. It makes the process more streamlined. However, the staff then have to go to the templates and add the fund to all the different templates. This is an easy step to miss and we have quite a few templates we use on a fund. This would improve the workflow of setting up new funds and reduce errors.

API for Constant Contact
We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

Expendable Fund Distribution Alert
Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. Add a "do you want to save" message when leaving a custom report build with changes.
It would be very helpful if there were buttons with "Save" or "Exit without saving" when exiting a report screen.

Mark a couple of note types as sticky ones
We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.4 votes -

The Android version of the new portal needs attention. The columns are jumbled on top of one another. It was a lot cleaner in the older version. We are competing against Fidelity's DAFs, and this is a real problem for us.

Ability to edit labels in WORD doc
Please add the ability to edit labels in a WORD doc for tax receipts/donations and export labels in campaigns. This saves us precious processing time.

Ability to Rename "Other Foundation Funds"
Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.

Could you create a setting in system data that allows users to set organization-wide default content settings for font family (i.e. all content uses Arial font)?
This would help us ensure that all the content in all the possible places could be the same font type, in line with our brand standards and creating a necessary professional look. Since content exists in CS in so many places, it would be much more difficult to check all the spots and settings one by one.
