Integration with Payroll or Payroll Module in CommunitySuite
Would really like to be able to process payroll through CommunitySuite, either by adding a payroll module to the system or by integrating CommunitySuite with a payroll solution so that would automatically push over the JEs they need to account for payroll each pay period.

Fund Advisor Tab Options Default
Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.
We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

Prevent Duplicate Fund Short Names
We would love to have a way that C Suite could prevent duplicate short names from being created or provide a warning that there is another fund with the same short name. We use short names in lots of financial reports and having a way to prevent a duplicate would reduce human error. Thanks for considering.

Inactive Emails should not display as a selection in email functionality or anywhere!
I marked an email inactive and then updated the current email as Primary. When I go into the email function from the left menu bar, I still have the Inactive email address as the first option in the email dropdown. What is the point if having an email marked Inactive, if it still shows up in the functionality? And, the user has to go back to the profile to determine which one is the Primary/active one. At the very least, can you mark the inactive email with "Inactive" ?

Opportunity bulk import improvement
Currently in bulk import of opportunities we are unable to set the stage and add custom fields. I have to manually and individually change the stage if it isn't the first stage. And to add custom fields I have to do v-lookups and do it in different bulk uploads to identify the opportunity id to then bulk update the custom fields. The bulk import of profiles allows the import of custom fields and the default fields. I would like to when doing a bulk import of opportunities to also set the stage it should be at and the custom fields…

Make Suggested Donation Levels Customizable for Affiliate/Supporting Org Donation Portals
We like the idea of the suggested donation levels but would love to have them be customizable for our Affiliate/Supporting Org pages. Our giving circle has a specific membership level and it would be great to have that amount be the suggested donation for that page while having other suggested donation amounts for the general donation page. Event Registration - needs to stay on affiliate/supporting org branded portal
After a person clicks Add to Cart for an event registration (from an affiliate/SO branded portal), the portal defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. Further, if the registrant needs to add additional "event tickets" they must navigate through the general event tickets page and find the event they are looking for.
Please keep the registrant on the affiliate/SO branded portal and allow them to go back to that specific event registration to add more to their cart. The current navigation is not donor/registrant friendly.

Fixed Assets and Depreciation
I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!

memo line on grant checks
Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

Allow donor to opt out of automatically generated tax receipt from online donation
Please allow an online donor to opt-out of automatically generated tax receipt and/or allow fund advisor to opt-out of donations they make to their own fund.

Grant Notifications: Ability to customize email/subject line
Make the grant notification email something we can edit, or at least edit the subject line. Some of our donors get confused by the "Request Confirmation" subject line and feel like they have to respond to the email. Something like "Grant Requests Received" would be more helpful.

Nonprofit Directory Enhancements
We're planning to launch our nonprofit directory page soon, and in addition to a previous idea I added about being able to sort/filter the list by service area, I have a few other ideas for enhancing this area of CSuite. The nonprofit directory already seems to pull some information directly from the profile itself but this can be overridden by editing the nonprofit area which can be different from the profile information. grant catalogue dates
We would like to have the start and ends dates for grant catalogue requests to be tied to the individual requests in our grants catalogue rather than tied to the entire catalogue. We recently had a request that needs to be removed from the catalogue prior to it's full funding due to a change in the entity that owns the project asking for funds. Permission for Cancelling/Writing Off a Pledge.
Need to be able to determine who can cancel/write-off a pledge or pledge payment. Currently there is not a separate permission in pledges where you can determine what users can write-off or cancel a pledge.

Donation/events check out page: remove option to donate/ register as organization
We are encountering a problem when an individual registers for an event as an organization. This results in duplicate profiles of the organization, and we are unable to merge or delete the profiles because a ticket is associated with it. Additionally, we have difficulty knowing which individual from the organization is attending the event because the person registering does not usually go back to edit the guest information with their name. Payment Contact Name
Could a new "payment contact name" field be added to the Organizational profile? Currently, the fields "Contact" and "Contact Title" populate the address blocks on an envelope. If we have a separate "PAY" mailing address for checks, then we need a payment contact name to correspond/match to that PAY mailing address.
