  1. private notes for each user

    It would be nice to have the ability to mark a note "private" so that it is visible only to the user who entered it. This would be helpful if someone wants to remember something that should not necessarily be visible to all staff.

  2. Deactivate a tribute

    It would be great if we could mark a tribute as inactive so that it does not get used going forward; but that it's searchable in history and can live on the donation.

  4. move donations to new profile

    Be able to move a donation(s) to a different profile. For example, a donation gets posted to a person's "business" profile in error and should have been posted on their "personal" profile.

    Right now, you have to create a new profile then reconnect all of the funds and then disconnect the funds from the old profile.

  5. Roles/ Relationships report for each donation

    Donation reports be able to pull Roles/ Relationships associated with each donation. This would be helpful to show who each donors board contact is for thank you calls/ notes/ development.

  6. donor report

    Please make pledge data available when building custom donation and donor reports. I need the ability to include all people who are considered supporters in one report as well as get a total of dollars raised and committed to a fund. I currently have to run separate reports and merge them in Excel, which is unwelcome extra work to get a standard set of information.

  7. Pay Sponsored Org on Voucher

    Can there be a way to add a Sponsored Organization on a vendor's voucher the same way you do on a grant. We have a lot of expenses paid via credit card and it would be helpful to be able to create a voucher with the vendor's name (ex. Dominion Energy) but make the check payable to our credit card since that is how the bill is paid. This way we can easily search/review expenses instead of having to dig through our credit card transactions.

  8. update other profiles?

    If you are updating or entering an Address Type on a record, the popup to apply the update to other addresses appears. You check the other addresses, select "Update Checked Items" and the page refreshes. But the other profile Address Types are NOT updated.

    Include Address Type for updating or have a response from the system that it isn't included in the update other profiles batch.

  10. Fund statement email - no reply email redirect

    Currently if a donor presses reply to a fund statement email they received, it will automatically populate the users email who sent out the statements rather than the default email reply to listed in system data and despite it coming from a no-reply@fcsuite.com email address. The user also receives notifications on any emails which have bounced.

    It would be great if there was a field where we could either input a email for replies to come to or the system defaults to the the one listed in system data as the person approving the fund statements may not be the…

  11. Edit Profile Payments

    Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

  12. Link payments to opportunity

    Please create a way to link payments to opportunities. Currently, you can only link donations.
    Problem: we invoiced a county for their grant commitment per their request and to show on our books when the grant contract was signed. Unfortunately, I cannot (yet) link the payment to the opportunity so that tracking works (committed amount/balance remaining).

  13. Grant Request Notes Visible to Fund Advisor After Submission

    Once a Fund Advisor submits a grant request, the information submitted in the Notes area is no longer visible to them. This prevents the Fund Advisor from having any visibility later on to ensure they provided correct instructions or wishes for their grant. Please make this a viewable field in the portal.

  14. Budget Import template

    Budget import template: does not match how we format our budget excels which we then convert to csv sheet (months in template are in rows instead of columns); could there be options for more flexible csv files to accommodate different formatting with the csv file?

  15. Allow for campaign RSVP and attendance to be set via filtered report and Upload IDs report function.

    Currently, profiles can be invited to a campaign in mass but RSVP and attendance must be set profile-by-profile which is a significant time commitment.

  16. Custom Field Word Wrapping

    It would be helpful if custom text fields would word wrap similar to the way the Notes area does. We would like to use a custom text field on funds but don't like how it stretches the fund information table out to the width of the screen. When that happens it then pushes down the Fund Advisors, Grant Approval, and Fund Profiles information below the Fund information instead of on the right side.

  17. provide an option to print labels for only fund advisors receiving paper fund statements.

    Need an easy way to create envelopes or labels for paper fund statements, preferably in the same order that the statements print to allow easy stuffing. (Currently labels print for every fund rep which isn't useful if only need for fund reps receiving paper statements. To create a mail merge, you have to export all fund reps, delete non paper statements and then use as source for your mail merge however envelopes created are then in order by fund rep and not the fund name so matching them up takes considerable time.)   18. Ability to Delete a Task

    PLEASE - build in the ability to build a task. We have recently had several deceased individuals with tasks and opportunities assigned. We need to be able to delete them, rather than marking them as done. This is so important due to the fact that we are tracking our tasks completed for board reporting and so simply cannot mark something as done that was not, and no longer needs to be done.
