  1. Allow the 'Ref' field to be revised in Notes so a Note can be moved from one record to another

    Allow the ability to move a Note from one profile to another or from a fund to a profile or opportunity. Currently having to copy and paste, delete and create a Note, is tedious and this functionality is often needed.

  2. Outlook Plugin for CommunitySuite

    Can currently copy profile ID for profiles in Little Green Light when sending emails out of Outlook and the email will automatically attach to the profile as a note. Big step backwards for them to have to manually copy and paste or attach emails to profiles in CommuintySuite.

    Would really like to have an Outlook plugin that would allow them to sync emails into CommunitySuite.

  3. Closed Funds - History for Donor Portal

    Could there be an option to allow donors to view the donation and grant history of closed funds on the donor portal? Currently, if you close a fund, there is no longer any access and many of our donors would like to continue to see the info.

    For example, one of our donors with multiple funds was done with a fund so it was closed. However, they would like to see their grant/donation history in the portal. The only option right now is to re-open a fund that will never be used again and leave it open, or have them…

  4. First and Last Donation Date to change based on other report filters

    It would be extremely beneficial if the first and last donation date field would change based on other filters in the custom report. Ex. A donation report filtered by a fund that shows all the donors to the fund with the date of the first and last donation to that fund.

  5. Increased Ability to Make Bulk Changes

    Many issues we face could easily be resolved if we had more ability to apply bulk changes. This includes updates and deletions to records in most areas of the system, but particularly grants, donations, profiles, and funds. We realize that Foundant may be reluctant to do this, since bulk changes can be dangerous. However, at some point, we have to be accountable for our own actions. As long as these areas have permission levels, we could selectively assign them to our best people, taking responsibility for whatever changes are made.

  6. Listing of Funds on the portal - use public name field

    The fund listing on the fund portal should show the fund's "public name" field from CSuite rather than the "fund name" field, which typically includes more internal language in it. If there is no public name populated then the fund name field could be used.
    It's counterintuitive not to have the "public name" field populate the fund portal fund listing--a public-facing resource.

  7. Make Suggested Donation Levels Customizable for Affiliate/Supporting Org Donation Portals

    We like the idea of the suggested donation levels but would love to have them be customizable for our Affiliate/Supporting Org pages. Our giving circle has a specific membership level and it would be great to have that amount be the suggested donation for that page while having other suggested donation amounts for the general donation page.   8. Profile mailing address

    We have profiles with a Primary address and a different Mailing address. When creating a report we are not able to have Mailing Address as a field, only whether or not there is a mailing address. Could the Mailing Address be a radial button like the Pay and Primary addresses are? This may also help with Campaigns . . . If a profile has a Mailing Address, that is the address used. If not, the Primary Address is used. Currently we get labels for both Primary and Mailing Address and one needs to be removed. Thank you.

  9. When editing a Note, allow fund name to be removed

    Allow the fund name to be deleted from a Note when editing a Note. Currently, we have to delete the entire Note and re-add the Note without the fund name so that Note doesn't appear in the Fund's Notes tab.

  10. Remove Automatic Capitalization on Fund Names

    The system is automatically capitalizing every word in a fund name at the top of the fund screen even though it is not entered that way. I thought i had typed the name of a new fund incorrectly when I saw it at the top only to discover that I had entered it correctly and the system is doing the capitalization at the top. The top heading should match exactly the fund name as entered. (See screen shot).

  11. Improve Campaign Requests

    Update campaign requests so that they appear before a guest checks out. Please also add functionality to assign guest names before checkout. There is no indication for a purchaser to add their guest's name or meal choice (request) after checkout and we have to contact literally every single person who buys a ticket to get their meal choice for events. This is a huge inconvenience.

    We would all appreciate this implementation!!

  12. Tribute bucket shows number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses

    Tribute bucket in donations should show the number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses at the top of the page, next to the word Tribute, similar to the Receipt bucket and how it shows the number of donations that are done being reviewed and need their tax receipt sent.

  13. Indicate if there are Relationships on a record

    Hello there,

    Would it be possible to indicate if there are any Relationships on a profile? It would be nice to see a number as there is with Files and Notes. I'm currently working on a clean up project and finding that I have to click on the Relationships tab for every record to see if the record is linked to an employer.

    I see that there was an Idea Lab requesting an indicator already. That idea seemed to trigger the addition of a number for the Files and Notes, but it didn't seem to roll over to Relationships and…

  14. Linking profiles to funds- multiple links at a time

    It would be very helpful and much less clicks if there was an ability from the "link fund" or "link profile" screen on the profile if you could link that certain profile more than once to a fund or other profiles before creating. Like at this screen attached if there were multiple boxes if you wanted to link the profile to another fund, same fund, etc. instead of going back to the profile screen and clicking link again.
    Or at least be able to link to one fund at a time but have multiple fund categories to one fund per…

  18. Manual entries - Admin Fees, Distributions, Journal Entries

    I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

    Hello, the new profiles are great! would it be possible for the tabs to indicate if there is information on the tab? For instance by color or bold lettering. Then you would not have to open every to know if there was data. This would be so helpful.

  20. Non Tribute Gift Reporting - Donor vs Donation reports

    This defect or design issue was discovered in comparing our non-rolled-up donation report (#1660) which indicates that there is a tribute made by a particular user during a particular time period, while the rolled-up donor report (#1699), using the exact same fields, does not. The fields used are Tribute Name and Tribute Donation. With help from Support, we learned that this particular donation lands in the Non Notify Tribute field because the donor did not populate the Whom To Notify Field and/or did not select the mode of notification.
