Capacity to tag additional profiles in notes
Capacity to share notes between profiles would be awesome.
Example 1: Fundraising visit with a particular business. Visit notes could go on the business profile, but the note could "tag" additional profiles, such as the business staff members present at the meeting.
Example 2: We utilize notes to capture obituary information. Family members could be "tagged" on the note in order to share the information across profile records, rather than repeating the obit note several times. One entry, several tags = awesome!

Archive Old Admin Fee Schedules
Please make it possible to archive old and unused admin fee types. This has been proposed many times and it keeps getting closed because it's already been implemented, which is incorrect.
The only way to get rid of an admin fee type is if it's never been applied to a fund or used. This is the error message you get when you try to delete one: This fee type was used in 2 admin fee calculations and cannot be deleted.
A clean list makes it easier to process admin fees and would also help when setting up new funds - there isn't a huge list to comb through. Please make it possible to archive old and unused admin fee types. Scholarship list
A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

Customize Fund Advisor portal
I propose two key enhancements to the Fund Advisor Portal:
File Upload Feature:
Allow fund advisors to upload files directly through the portal. This would streamline the submission process for grant requests by enabling them to attach relevant documents, such as proposals and supporting materials.
Customizable Fields and Questions:Implement a feature that allows administrators to add or modify questions and fields in the grant request forms. This flexibility would help ensure we gather all necessary information tailored to different grant opportunities and donor requirements.
These improvements would enhance the usability of the portal and facilitate a smoother grant request process for both fund advisors and our team.I propose two key enhancements to the Fund Advisor Portal:

Export List Views - Pledges Specifically
It's great that pledge balance is available in list view, but I would love to either be able to export that table to excel and/or be able to pull that same information into a pledge report.

Recurring Grants - New Interval
It would be useful to have more interval options than are available for recurring grants. In particular, we would like to have an 'every other year' option.
An archived idea once suggested a 'twice a month' interval, so other foundations do occasionally wish to set up recurring grants outside of standard intervals.

Personalization of "Make A Donation" button - to display FA's fund only
When a Fund Advisor is on the (new) Donor Portal page, a button shows up that says "Make a donation". This takes them to a donations page with all of the promoted Funds along with the user's DAF. This is a bit confusing for our user base, and we would like the option for that button to instead direct them to a page that only shows their own Fund(s). To be clear, it directs them here: https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate We would prefer that it directs them to their own fund (fund id 1111 in this example) https://topjfoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1111

customizable text for tribute fields in Giving Hub
Be able to add text to explain tribute notifications in Giving Hub. Many donors don't understand the purpose of the notification. They are using it to receive notification that their donation was processed. Later, someone chooses that tribute for their donation (because you can't tell who will be notified from the dropdown), and some random person(s) gets notified of the list of donations given using that tribute. It gets ugly.

Show who is notified in online tribute dropdown
When displaying tributes for donors, in the dropdown on the Giving Hub, to select from, show who will be notified. We have tributes with different people to notify for the same person being honored/memorialized. For instance, the son's friend wants to notify the son of their donation, not the spouse. You see multiple tributes for the same person but have no idea why or who might be notified. We also have people put their own name in the notify thinking this is how they will get acknowledgement of the donation.

NPD: Add breadcrumb for navigation back from a category page
After clicking on a Category, there is no breadcrumb back to the Nonprofit Directory Home page. Please add this.

Change Donor Warning-Second Step
It's great when we realize we posted a gift to the wrong donor (happens a few times during our Annual Give Day). While it's easily corrected, could there be a warning that you must also Edit the General Ledger information. This is a two part process.

Profile Fund Relationships - alphabetize Categories
Profile Fund Relationships - I see that the fund names are alpha order, but the relationship Categories are not. We often have more than one relationship per fund. Can you also put the Categories in alpha order? It would greatly help readability.

Rolling Up Sub-Funds for Fund Statements without Rolling the Financials
Please add an option in the Fund Statement Format to roll up subfunds into a master fund statement without rolling the financials together.
Many fund holders would still like a breakdown for each of their funds but don't want to look at a bunch of separate statements, instead, it would be great if it all lived in a single PDF/document.
I could see this working similarly to how financials views work in fund statements, if not adding on an additional foreach that allows each sub-fund to generate its own group.

Recurring Spendable Grant
It would be nice if when opening a new fund you could go ahead and create the spendable balance as a recurring annual grant. We don't have just one specific fund group where all the beneficiaries automatically receive the spendable amount. If not possible, is there a way to pull a report of just the funds that are to automatically generate the spendable grant once a year?

Add the Grant Funding table for Grant Catalog Grants to the Grant (Award) Letter
Please make the Grant Funding table, found at the bottom of a Grant Catalog Grant once it has been funded, available to the Grant Letter and Grant Award Letter templates. Currently, it is not possible to use a template to pull where the grant was funded from out of the system.
Nonprofits often want to know where the money comes from when they are funded for a Grant Catalog grant. The only way is to manually pull that info out of the system, and it isn't really reportable either.
The Grant Catalog is becoming a more and more popular way to fund grantees. This will become more pertinent as time goes on and will very positively impact CSuite users who utilize the Grant Catalog.

Google Translate Display
We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. However, as it currently loads, you have to zoom out on a browser screen to be able to view more languages with the way the columns cascade to the right. For most of the languages spoken in this area, a standard laptop screen will not display them without zooming out on the website, which is not something your average user will likely just try.
Could the list styling be adjusted in the following two ways:
1) sorted where a foundation can select to prioritize commonly spoken languages in their area to be listed first before all the others (for example, Spanish would be listed first instead of having to find it through a list of 100 languages)
2) can the formatting be fixed where you don't have to zoom out to be able to see all languages? Using a simple dropdown vs. the columns would make this SO much more intuitive for a user who is not a native English speaker. We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. online donations creating new profiles each time
A donor should have the option to use their existing profile in the system instead of creating a new profile every time they donate.
60 votesWhen both the Giving Hub and new Portal are enabled, there is an option to add a Login to the Giving Hub main menu. This will allow a User to login to their profile prior to donating. If a profile is logged in prior to making a donation, a new profile will not be created.

scheduled reports
Scheduled reports: Would be nice to be able to add text to the body of the email when scheduling reports for distribution. This would allow for addition information to the recipient on purpose and/or use of the report data. Particularly useful when sending data in CSV format where that data is intended for use in a subsequent process.

Add unique id attributes to the body element for each page in the Portal
Customizing the Portal's styles is unnecessarily difficult. In part, this is because the elements on each page are only given generic classes. In particular, the body element has the classes "ft_body" and "portal." But that makes it very difficult to target the content of only one page with a desired style.
Instead, the body element should be given a unique id attribute to distinguish the page on which it appears from every other page. Ideally, the id should identify the role-based portal in which the page appears and the function of the page within that portal.
For example, when viewing the Donation Summary page in the Donor portal, the body element could have the id "donor-summary." In contrast, the Contributor Summary page in the Fund Advisor portal could have the id "fundadvisor-contributor-summary."
Or each page could have a seemingly random--but persistent--body id. What ultimately matters is the id's uniqueness and persistence, not its meaningfulness.

Alert Notes on Recurring Grants
It would be helpful if an alert option was available in notes on recurring grants so when you create a grant, the note can be visible.
