Update Other Profiles Function
I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

Add 'as of' date on the Fund Summary page of the portal so this information is included when an advisor prints their fund summaries.

Fund Statement Labels
When printing labels for paper fund statements, please change them so they print in the order that the fund statement prints instead of alphabetical order by the fund advisor's name.

Donor Portal suggestion to increase visibility of Create Grant Request
A donor requested that we make the CREATE GRANT REQUEST button larger/more visible so making a grant request is more intuitive on the new portal.

Voucher Template
It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

QR Code Use Analytics
It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.
This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

primary contact for campaign reports
Good afternoon,
An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.4 votes -
Portal Donate Button - Make the option for the fund advisor to set up recurring donations.
The new advisor donate button (next to the create grant request button) on the portal only allows one-time donations. The only way to set up recurring donations is through the Giving Hub. Please make it so you can also set up recurring donations.

Journal Entry Approval - Auto Advance
It would be great if journal entry approval worked like voucher approval by auto-advancing to the next je requiring approval!

Donation Advisor Salutation please add tax receipt template fields.
We send matching gift acknowledgement letters to the donor whose gift is being matched. Our current fix is their full name and then we must remember to edit. Someone else proposed this idea two years ago and it was archived.

Proposed Feature: Donation Gifts & Gift Notes
We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.
Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.
Key Capabilities Requested:
Ability to assign specific gifts to predetermined donation tiers
Automatic display of eligible gifts during the donation process
Option for donors to include a personalized note or dedication
Delivery of gift notes via email or printable format
Administrative tracking of gift inventory and fulfillment

Campaigns for programming sign-up
We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.
- Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
- Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
- Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
- If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?
- Can we skip the screen that comes up after the registration is submitted, and go straight to the “add guest information” screen
- Can the button that says “ADD GUEST INFORMATION” have different text? This screen is the biggest pain-point in all of our campaigns. If there has to be a screen like that on all online registrations, it would be great if it was moved to before checkout.
- Can the “GUEST REQUESTS” text be edited so that question can be a more flexible space to gather guest information. The attached screenshot shows one way we use that question.
- See screenshot attached--the text at the top is very confusing to our guests.

Attachments to Beneficiary Grants
The ability to attach documents to recurring grants is great but it would be nice to be able to attach documents to beneficiary grants as well. We process a large number of beneficiary grants and it time consuming to have to attach all the necessary documents to each grant every time we process those grants.

Add Grant Approver and Voucher Approval to Bulk Edit in Reports
Currently you can only add/delete grant and voucher approvers in Funds > Grant Approver or Voucher Approver. Clicking into the name of an approver brings up a list of every fund in the system, but you cannot filter it by fund group or any other filter.
I suggest just adding Grant Approver or Voucher Approver in the Bulk Edit menu on Reports! Then we can create a report that filters funds to our desire and then change Approvers there.
Looks like similar request was suggested in 2021 but archived from lack of engagement: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/44612853-add-fund-groups-to-grant-voucher-approval-process

campaign
I really appreciate the ability to customize campaigns with full HTML functionality. It has made our event pages look polished and visually engaging.
That said, I’ve run into an issue with the Location field. Since this field is required to appear on ticket receipts, it would be much more intuitive for it to display at the top of the campaign page alongside the date and time. Currently, it appears at the very bottom of the page, where it’s easy to miss and not particularly useful for attendees.
If I include the location only in the description, where it can be formatted and displayed more clearly, it does not populate on the ticket receipts. This creates a bit of a usability challenge, as we need the location to be both visible on the event page and included on receipts.
Improving the placement or flexibility of the Location field would make this feature much more user-friendly.

It would be very helpful if you could set a pop-up reminder for a task or alert that automatically popped up when you log into the system on the date that the reminder is set for.

Giving Hub pages not optimized for social sharing
When sharing direct links to pages within the Giving Hub, there are no defined metatags (og:title, og:image, og:description) which means the link preview in social media sites (or other places it's shared digitally, i.e. new Outlook) is empty/blank. This is not optimal for marketing purposes and particularly when we'd like donors/orgs to share direct links to donate pages and/or to campaigns.
The same is true of the landing pages for each section of the Giving Hub.
We could, I suppose, create a page on our org's native website "news" feed to correspond to each campaign for the purposes of social sharing, but this is not efficient.

Enhancement to Abandoned Cart Email Frequency
We really like the ability to email our advisors who have left a grant request in their cart. Right now, the only option in the settings is to send these email reminders nightly. It would be great if there were other scheduling options, like weekly. From our perspective, emails sent each day may be somewhat irritating. It would be great if there were an option to send them less frequently, like weekly, or based on a certain number of days. We intend to send them weekly, but, at present, it will need to be done manually.

Accept Combination of $ and , entered in Grant Request Amount on Portal
When creating a grant request, an error is still presenting if the user enters a dollar sign and a comma in the Amount field.
It does not error out if they only enter one of these.
Can you strip out the characters rather than display an error message?

Add ability to COPY internal grants in new Portal
In the new Portal, in Grants / Grant History, it's possible to COPY a previous external grant, but not to COPY an internal (i.e. fund to fund) grant. See attached screenshot. Why? Can this functionality be added?
