Fund History Report Pie Chart Numbers
On the Fund Profile History page the actual amounts for the grantees are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. It would be great if this pie chart could show the number values so that it can be used in greater detail at meetings with Fundholders.
And/or, the ability to export the pie chart to excel to make these edits ourselves would work well. Right now it can only be copied as an image.

display future year's spendable amount on fund statement
When creating fund statements at the end of the year, it would be useful to include the spendable amount for the next year on the statement.

task list show profile name
There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.
Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.
This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

Profiles Marked as Deceased
I would like to suggest for Fund Advisors to be able to see (in the portal) whether a donor's profile is marked as deceased.

Add a label field for the Fund Steward section for each fund in the Giving Hub
In the Giving Hub on the individual fund's donation page, we'd like to add a label that allows us to specify that the person whose contact information and picture showing is the fund's main contact (or as we call it, "Fund Liaison". That way someone from the public can know why the person's contact information and picture is showing.

Multiple Envelope Templates
Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

see all information on initial profile page
I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!

Expendable Fund Distribution Alert
Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. It would also be nice if the community foundation staff could determine a threshold for which the distribution requests could not exceed and have the ability to set the threshold in the system. For example: Our staff might create an internal policy that states that expendable fundholders cannot make a distribution request that exceeds 80% of the fund balance.
With an alert a fund advisor who seeks to make a distribution request online that will exceed 80% of the fund balance, for example, will receive an alert and the distribution request won’t be processed until the fund advisor communicates with the key personnel. The community foundation key personnel will be given an alert via email. The distribution request would only be completed online or internally (captured via phone call or email) when the key personnel remove the alert in CSuite.An automatic alert on the fund profile would support the staff who process the distribution requests. The alert should be automated if possible. The idea is to allow the system to make the staff (admin included) aware. If the staff create and attach the alert to the fund the process won’t be as helpful.
The integration of fund balance alerts in CSuite will support fund advisors and foundation staff meet their goals. Many financial institutions have alerts. I believe the creation of fund balance alerts will provide a welcomed solution for our expendable fund advisors, especially non-profit leaders, and position Foundant’s users for greater client retention.Thank you for holding space for your user’s thoughts. Dashboard
Change/Edit Date Range for Dashboard display should be sticky. Currently, the Start and End Date for Dashboard can be edited to display a different range than the default, pre-populated range. However, navigating away from the Dashboard reverts the date range back to default values. It would be amazing if the Start and End Dates were sticky, so I don't have to edit/re-select dates every time I go to the Dashboard.

Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

inactive household profile
When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.
If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.
Is there a way to fix this?

Export format to excel to preserve hyperlinks
This idea has been proposed before but archived for lack of engagement. However, I think it's worth posting again as it would be extremely beneficial to be able to export report to formats other than a plain CSV. For example, if we could export as an excel, it could preserve the hyperlinks in a report.

Stock Gifts
When entering stock gifts with multiple different stocks, once the securities have been created, it would be helpful for them to be listed in alphabetical order. Once you click Create, they are not in alphabetical order.

Ability to Add Custom Fields to the Edit Menu for Designations
Please add the option to add particular custom fields to the edit menu of specific designations. For instance, it would be amazing if we could add a custom field to the Grantee designation's Edit menu.
This would allow me to choose particular custom fields that would show on the edit menu of one or all of the specific profile designations. When I go to that Designation and click Edit, I will see the custom field I added and the ability to input/select a response for the custom field.

charity check disable or bulk action
We are an Education Foundation supporting our local K12 public schools. Our grants are directly to the District, to individual teachers, or to higher ed institutions. The Charity Check feature presents difficulties. We need a bulk action to set "No Charity Status Check" or a system wide option to "Disable Charity Check" as these features do not serve our present situation.

Alumni
Our alumni are marked using custom fields. It would be helpful to be able to change these records to the new Alumni Designation using bulk updates and to have an option to import alumni records.

Close period - additional options
It would be helpful if month-end close could be broken down so we could close by the transaction type (ie donations, grants, vouchers, general ledger) or even by division. There are some areas that Finance wants to close ASAP to prevent back-dated transactions by other departments, but other areas that need to remain open for entries by Finance. The current all-or-nothing approach forces us to keep the period open, which means transactions (often grants) can post incorrectly into a past month. Please consider the functionality to allow for piecemeal closes instead of one all-encompassing.
