Fund Statements, Advisors, Beneficiaries
I have had several fund advisors ask for the fund's beneficiary recipients listed on their fund statement. There isn't a good way to include this information on the statement. I can run a custom report but then have to send them 2 reports. It would be nice if the fund statement would include reference fields for the beneficiary information - name, description, percentage.

Donation Review
On the donation review page/tab, when reviewing all, could we add the column of the receiving fund to match the "new" tab to allow reviewing in bulk with checkboxes?

receipt donation function shows unposted donations
Currently, donation receipts show in list before posted for receipts. If they only appeared after posted, it would reduce the potential error in sending out a donation receipt too early, but allow for a placeholder to be made.

Filtered Fund Lists (with URL)
Introduce the ability to categorize funds within the Giving Hub - allowing users to filter the fund list by specific types, such as scholarship funds.
Each filter view would generate its own unique URL. For example, the filtered list of scholarship funds could be accessed via: csuite.com/donation/scholarship-list
This would allow these specific fund lists to be easily shared on websites, etc.

Foundant for Outlook add-in: add date to note
Please bring over the date of the email when the Foundant add-in is used to copy an email to a note in CSuite from Outlook. Currently the note date is the date the email is copied (even if that is not the day the email was sent/received), and the original email send date is not recorded anywhere in the body of the CSuite note.

Add search functionality to tasks
As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

Set Individual Profile set as Primary "Org Role" on Organization profile as default Grantee Contact
An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

QR Codes for Affiliate Giving Hub Funds
QR codes for fund donation pages are great. We could use them also for funds that are set as Private, but are visible through the affiliate Giving Hub. There are URL's for those affiliate fund donation pages but no QR codes through CSuite.

Fund Statement Grants
Our current recommendation regarding the inclusion or exclusion of a table in a fund statement involves using a conditional statement based on the "Grants Total Amount". While effective, we encountered an issue recently: if a cancelled amount equals the granted amount, the total grants display as "0.00". These unrelated grants should ideally still be visible on the fund statement.
I propose adding a field indicating whether grants were issued during the statement period, marked "yes" or "no".

Nonreported Individual and Household Duplicates
Duplicates are not being caught if the profile has a prefix or suffix vs. the same profile without the prefix or suffix listed. For Example, Dr. Audrey Hauser vs. Audrey Hauser are the same people but are not being reported as a duplicate. Could we have C-Suite ignore prefix and suffix to catch duplicates?
Duplicate households are not being caught if household names are inverse. For example, Hauser, Audrey & Olson, Cameron vs. Olson, Cameron and Hauser, Audrey are the same households but not being reported as duplicates by C-Suite. Could we have C-Suite catch duplicate household names regardless of order shown.

Separate Internal Description for Campaign
It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.

Record photo covers file type
When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.
It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

Can Donate in new Fund Advisor Portal open Giving Hub in "list view," rather than "card view?"
We have a long list of funds and so do not use the default card-style view for the Giving Hub because users have to scroll VERY far down to view all. Instead we use the "list view" for the Giving Hub, so it would be awesome if we could have fund advisors land there when they select Donate from their fund advisor portal, instead of on the card view.

birthday - option to not include year
Can we please have the option to select birthdays without a year or even a specific date?
Sometimes we may know the Month and Year
Other times, we may only know the Month and Day, but not a year.It is nice to capture this information for donor development

Outlook integration - attach to a fund or funds, profile or profiles and note type, and sticky; create a task
When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

Copy Grants
When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.

pledges
It would be helpful if we could add a pledge directly from the profile page. When working in the Pledges section, we often see multiple profiles with similar names, and it doesn’t display the associated contact. Adding pledges from the profile would reduce confusion and make the process more efficient.
Or add contact name in pledges.

grant minimums by fund group
We would love to have a minimum grant request option for the portal but its done by fund groups. For example: DAF's minimum grant is $500 but maybe and Org Endowed is $100. We adopted a policy that requires all DAF grants to be over $500. However, if we set that as the grant request minimum for the portal it will cause issues for some of our small organizational endowed funds who maybe don't have $500 in ATS in any given year.
