Multiple approvers for vouchers based on value of voucher
Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

Giving Hub - Customized Questions
It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. This option formed the basis of several policies related to the way we share donor information, so it would be great to have the option to bring this question back on our forms.

Printable Profile Summary Sheet
I would like to have a printable summary for a Donor Profile (or others) that includes the Profile Information, any Profile Types or Opportunities associated with the Profile, Engagement Strategy, and Notes. When I go into a donor meeting, this would be a great tool to capture the relationships and recent actions with a donor and to have handy during our discussion.

Link grant to opportunity
We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

Allow Event Campaign Requests to be Conditional on a Per Ticket Basis
Currently, Event Campaign Requests display for all tickets within an event. There is no way to limit a Request to only specific tickets.
We would like the ability to make Requests conditional based on the ticket purchased.
For example:
Dinner tickets may require a meal selection, but a general admit does not.Right now, all Requests appear for every ticket, which can cause confusion, unnecessary data entry, and post-event cleanup.
Suggested Enhancement:
Allow administrators to select which tickets a Request should apply to (multi-select or similar control). This would improve donor experience and event data accuracy, especially for events with multiple ticket tiers and sponsorship levels.

Invoicing
It would be great if there was a way to convert multiple invoices for the same vendor into one document to be sent to the vendor. This is of particular interest for loan invoices where multiple funds participate. Otherwise the vendor will receive a separate invoice for each fund, each month rather than just an aggregate amount.

Fund Beneficiary Grantees/Funds: Add ability for a fund to designate its own fund as beneficiary
Some fund agreements require a portion of spending be reinvested back into the fund's principal
Currently, CSuite does not allow a fund to be its own beneficiary. Therefore, a manual journal entry is processed annually to reclass the reinvested amount from spendable to principal. And it is must be entered after Create Spendable Grants has been completed.
Example:
- 80% of spending granted externally
- 20% must be reinvested into the fund's principal
- After "Create Spendable Grant" runs, a manual journal entry is posted to reclass the 20% from spendable to principal.Having the ability to designate the fund as a beneficiary would result in Create Spendable creating two grants automatically, split between the external grantee and reinvestment into fund's principal. In addition, this would provide transparency on fund statements as well. Right now the donor does not see the reclass into principal each year.

admin fees to two funds
It would be very helpful to be able to charge two admin fees to two different funds on one invoice. We have fiscal projects receiving grant funds with an indirect cost built in. Part of it covers our admin fee and part covers their overhead. It would be nice if that split could happen as part of the admin fee process. We are currently having to manually move their overhead costs.

Scholarship Letter Template
We would like the ability to select the Scholarship Letter that is supposed to be used on the scholarship record level. Currently you can set the Scholarship Award Letter, but not the letter itself. This functionality is available on the grant level.
We have different scholarships that utilize different Scholarship Letter templates (for letters to the school), that are processed on the same day. Currently, our only way to adjust the template is to go into the documents (once posted), change the default template in templates, and then regenerate the documents for specific check batches.
Having the ability to select the letter template on the scholarship record would be incredibly valuable. Thanks!

Improve Scheduled Report Frequency
We have had instances where we're expecting a scheduled report to be sent on a specific day and it does not get sent until a later day. If CSuite is unable to send the automated email due to a system issue or Internet outage, it will send the next available day and will also adjust the schedule from that point forward. We then have to manually change the "Next Send Date" for those scheduled reports so they're back to sending on a specific day. This is especially problematic for Weekly reports.
Instead of the schedule auto-adjusting on CSuite's end based on the "Last Sent" date, can the Next Send Date stay consistent with when the previous report was scheduled to send? For example, if a report is scheduled to be sent every Monday but there's a CSuite issue where it does't send until Tuesday, can the next email still automatically go out the following Monday?
Another option may be adding recurring options similar to what's avaialble through Microsoft Outlook for scheduling recurring calendar appointments.

Can Donate on Fund Advisor Portal Open Giving Hub in a New Browser Tab?
When you click on "Donate" from the Fund Advisor Portal left navigation, can the Giving Hub be opened in a new browser tab so the Fund Advisor can more easily get back to the Fund Advisor Portal?
We have disabled the Login button on the Giving Hub in order to reduce confusion for our donors who are not fund holders (we have not opened our portal for donors). So we are trying to figure out how to help our fund advisors get back to the portal. Of course, we can direct them to open a new tab or remind them to bookmark the portal URL.
Any reason why you would not want to open it in a new tab?

Two individuals from the household are listed together in a single row
Hi,
Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.
Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:
-First name, middle name, last name, nickname, and prefix
-Business details
-Phone numbers (home, mobile, and business)
-Email addresses
In addition to that, they request giving history: total giving, years of giving, number of gifts, last gift amount and date, as well as the largest gift amount and date.
When I prepared a file for iWave, just verifying and aligning the addresses and contact information alone took nearly a month due to the manual effort involved—especially moving the second individual's data into the same row as the first.
I have an upcoming project to conduct another wealth screening, and to be honest, I’m not looking forward to the extensive manual work required.
In GLM software, we have the flexibility to display data fields either horizontally or vertically. I strongly recommend considering a similar feature in CSuite—or exploring another solution—to help streamline this process.
Thank you for your consideration!

Allow fund advisors to see if a grant was anonymous
Sometimes fund advisors choose to make grants anonymous on a grant by grant basis, but may not remember which ones or want to see which ones they did. If that could be a visible field on the portal - if a grant was anonymous, and allow fund advisors to filter for those that would be a helpful feature. Currently they have to request that information from us.

Edit Page - Field Comments
It would be nice if, for each major page that has an edit button (profiles, donations, vouchers, etc), we could have a corresponding system data version of the page were we could write comments for each data field (perhaps in some kind of markup where we could also bold, italisize, color change/highlight). Just a textbox for each field that allowed us to insert comments for them that would then display during the actual use of that page.
In use, when a person hits "Edit" for the page in the data side of the system, the notes could be displayed so that they could see it. Maybe a person could set a flag on or off for themselves that would toggle the display of the commentary. It would just be a helpful way to ensure uniform use of conventions, and sharing of important knowledge inside the org, and lower the barriers to correct entry for staff that lack experience in that particular area of the system? Sometimes we get really nuanced uses for particular fields and I find myself having to go look up stuff separately when it would be nice for our own documentation to display there. Or we figure out something we need to do in order to use the system in a specific way for a particular field and instead of trying to communicate it to everyone in the org regardless of whether they are ready to receive it... it could just be right there when they need it?
I have attached an example for what this might look like on the user end:

Grants request through the Portal that exceed the fund balance and available cash.
The donor submitted grants request through the Portal that exceed the fund balance and available cash.
Currently, there is no setting or hard stop in place to prevent a grant request from exceeding the available cash. When a request is created that surpasses the total available amount, the system displays a warning message indicating this—but it still allows the request to be submitted.
I recommend implementing a control that automatically subtracts the available cash each time a grant is made, ensuring that future requests cannot exceed the remaining balance.
