  1. Hello! Just started using tasks, and enjoying it. Would like a weekly task option, so it's easier to see what is to occur within the week. Filter option would be good too on the dashboard.

  2. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

  3. Add / Create Task - can the due date default to today's date, keep option to change date? A lot of tasks are done for daily activities, so why not save time for the due date?

    • (02-13-2025) Bank Reconcile - Settings: Add a new setting "Enable Bank Reconcile Approval". Enabling this setting will add a new column to the Bank Reconcile list of accounts titled Approved By. This will allow a user (with display and list permissions to Bank Reconcile) the option to approve the reconciliation. The user that approves the bank reconciliation must be different from the user that reconciled the account. If the account is unreconciled, the approval will be removed. Two additional columns, reconciled by and approved by, were added to the bank reconcile page. These columns will be populated by the user that reconciled and approved the reconciliation from this point forward. Historical reconciliations will display Foundant Technologies in the Reconciled By column.

  5. My idea is for the Donations, Grants, and Vouchers on the dashboard to be outlined in a red box when there are recurring donations, grants, and/or vouchers to process. This is similar to what happens to Tasks when there is a task with a due date on or before today's date. It will make it easier to see what action is needed right on the dashboard.

  7. Currently we us Outlook 365 and the Outlook desktop program. When I create a task for myself and choose to send a calendar invite, outlook does not allow me to save to my calendar (on the desktop version OR the web version) This means its double duty to create a task so I can track in the CRM system AND then have to create my own calendar invite. This gets to be really redundant and time consuming. Would love a fix or a work around that is not sending my task to another employee to have to send back to…

  8. I believe it would be helpful/beneficial to have a Task automatically created for each initial Recurring Donations. This can prevent missing any RD that need to be posted for the intervals to continue.

    When a RD is created via online the first donation is automatically posted BUT the actual RD is not. With not "Posting Donation" in the RD itself the intervals do not continue. Ideally, in the task page on the left menu under Me there can be a category "Recurring Donation Tasks", and from here we'd be able to view those that NEED posting in order for…

  9. When a task email reminder is sent from CSuite to the person the task is assigned to, can the email include the task description?

  10. Beneficiary and Additional Beneficiaries can be added, but they seem to be underneath the incorrect section. These fields are included under the "add opportunity tasks" rather than the actual opportunity itself. This gives the false impression that this field will be visible on Tasks, when in reality it won't.

  14. When creating a task, while it's nice that there is a calendar invite option, it would also be nice if there was an email alert option. So on the day that they task is set, the system would send an email to me to alert me of the task. This helps with two things - one, since my calendar is through outlook 365 any calendar invite I get doesn't actually add to my calendar so this feature is pointless for me. 2nd, we have a couple employee's who don't "live in the system" (log in every day) because their job…

  15. Stewards are on our household records, but some completed opportunities are on individual profiles. When running reports, I need to pull steward name. Please add household steward as field in Opportunity reports.

  16. We just discovered that when you void a check at a future date, the original transaction disappears. There should be a record of the original check, then the voided transaction should reverse the entry. For instance, a check issued in December, but voided in January should still should in the GL in December. The transaction completed disappeared.

    Added the ability for voided checks to display on the voucher record. This will allow clients to see the void on the voucher and help with transparency for year-end audits. Voided checks will now display in red on the bank reconciliation. Clients can now sort the bank reconciliation by check number to easily see the check and void.

  19. The drop down list of Task Types does not include all the types of tasks I want to track or assign. I can't seem to find any way to edit this list. I can leave the task type blank, but It would be great if you could either simply type in the task type, or edit the available drop down menu.
