We would like to have the start and ends dates for grant catalogue requests to be tied to the individual requests in our grants catalogue rather than tied to the entire catalogue. We recently had a request that needs to be removed from the catalogue prior to it's full funding due to a change in the entity that owns the project asking for funds. It seems like the only way to do that currently is to edit the requested amount so it looks like it is fully funded. Our grants catalogue functions on a rolling basis so every request is going to be on a different timeline anyway, so having the dates tied to the requests rather than the catalogue would be super helpful.

Permission for Cancelling/Writing Off a Pledge.
Need to be able to determine who can cancel/write-off a pledge or pledge payment. Currently there is not a separate permission in pledges where you can determine what users can write-off or cancel a pledge.

Donation/events check out page: remove option to donate/ register as organization
We are encountering a problem when an individual registers for an event as an organization. This results in duplicate profiles of the organization, and we are unable to merge or delete the profiles because a ticket is associated with it. Additionally, we have difficulty knowing which individual from the organization is attending the event because the person registering does not usually go back to edit the guest information with their name. To solve this, we would like to have an option added to the donation and ticket check out page, allowing donors/attendees to input their Organization Name/Work Organization on the same screen where they enter their name, phone, and email, rather than registering as an organization.

Have the option for a specific fund to not display the "anonymous donation" checkbox when checking out.
We have a specific fund that needs to track everyone who is making a donation as they are using their fund as a flow-through. However, a few members had made their donations and accidentally marked their donations as anonymous when checking out. This made it difficult for the Fund Advisor to follow up with those who had not made their donations. To make it easier for both the Fund Advisor and the members who are donating, it would be nice to have the option to disable/remove the "Anonymous Donation" checkbox from the checkout screen, but only for this specific fund rather than all funds.

checkout - event options for non ticket options
We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.
For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.
I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.
Someone donating for a table of 8 would not expect to check out with "1 ticket."

Voucher Reference Numbers - please either allow duplicate reference numbers in a voucher and/or pop up a warning when entering the voucher that it is a duplicate and then allow a bypass. When we pay certain bills (phone bill, insurance, etc.), we put our account number in the reference number spot which is appropriate in those cases and doesn't change from year to year. Not every payable has a different invoice number each time.

Deceased profiles linked to opportunities
Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

Charity Check Data should be updated daily
The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.
2 votesAt this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

Please can we have an option to remove the do not email, call or mail in bulk for individual profiles? You currently have to click through all three - can we have a do not contact option that encompasses all 3?

Calculate CGA/CRT Payments based on % of FMV.
Need the system to take the FMV and calculate the new year's payment on CRTs based on a specified % of FMV. His example was 8% payout annually of FMV. But that FMV updates every year, so payment amounts need to change; the % remains static.

portal access: details on pages that profiles are viewing
Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.

990 Division Checkbox Filter
Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

I would like a hard stop or a warning message when a user is going to take an action that is going to result in the fund spendable balance exceeding the total fund balance. We have seen this occur when an manual distribution is made to the spendable beyond the total fund balance and also from transfers out of the fund balance that did not hit the spendable balance. Since the spendable number is the most important when it comes to our grant budgeting, we never want a case where the spendable is showing higher than it actually is or could possibly be.

Ability to build custom dashboards
Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.
With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.
This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

Bulk delete grants...please!
We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

Online Donations: Setting to disable auto receipt when a tribute is included
When I create print letters to notify folks that a tribute gift was made, I typically make edits to the letters before printing and sending. However, if someone has selected to notify the tribute via email, I am unable to edit the letter.
Could there be a setting to toggle off this option on our website so that the public can only choose to notify people via snail mail?
Or could the system allow me to edit my letter before it is emailed?

Allow adding a campaign to a posted voucher
If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

Grant Notify and Advisor Request Notify Email Management
It is so confusing with the grant notify checkboxes at the Fund Advisor level and the Advisor Request Notify checkbox at the Portal level. All of these should be at the Fund Advisor (or Profile) level, with the ability to bulk edit. Non of these emails should be set as an All or Nothing option, because it is often specific to the individual, but we do need the ability to manage in bulk, if needed. Administration of emails is really important and the user experience of doing so for these is pretty awful.

Many things can be renamed or turned off on the left side navigation of the new portal. However, under the "Grantee" tab the left side navigation lists "Summary, Grants and Scholarships". I think we should have the ability to turn off scholarships particularly if you do not use that language with your grantees and there is a student tab that has scholarship info. It seems like it would cause some confusion. I realize some orgs my call their grants or donations scholarships so it would make sense to be able to turn this particular section off and on for grantees both individually or in bulk.
