Sending emails in csuite
I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

Select Share Document [Yes/No] when uploading a file
It would help to streamline workflow if we could edit the Share File option in the Upload File(s) window, instead of having to upload the file and then scroll down on the Fund ID and then select the option to share the file.

Admin Fees: choose more than one donation type for an Admin Fee
It would be great to be able to choose more than one donation type to charge an Admin Fee to. I have an Admin Fee for 2.5% on each donation that comes into the fund. But it does not pick up internal donations or stock donations. I had to add two more Admin Fee Types to get this done, rather than being able to choose all three from a drop down list.

Search by check number
It would save a lot of time if you could search for a specific check by check number (A/P or Grant). Instead of having to scroll through pages of checks, being able to go straight to a specific check that you have the number for would save a lot of time! Especially since banks are having a lot of positive pay exceptions that have to be rechecked on a daily basis.

QR Code generated for online tickets sold for fundraising events & check in capabilities
Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Don't want to use another site/platform to do it.(Eventbrite). Would be nice to have them all in one place and since they bought the ticket on Csuite.

Add more than one picture to a campaign
We were discussing a future campaign and looking at how it looks on our website when people register for tickets. It would be a great idea to be able to have more than one picture on the website. For example, the first page with the campaign information would have one picture, the tickets page would have another, and the thank you page could have a third. We also would like to be able to size our pictures appropriately instead of just using a small square picture. The main page would ideally have a long header type picture, for example.

AP voucher line order should stay in order of entry
Is there a way to keep AP voucher line details in the order I enter them? If I have a large invoice and have entered numerous lines, save and then go back in, everything has changed from the order I entered data. Makes it incredibly hard to double check anything. Why does it change order? It doesn't go by alpha or dollar amount, doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. Please fix this. Thank you.

After further digging into this with my colleagues on the CSuite team. There is no rhyme or reason behind the voucher line order. I would recommend checking out our IdeaLab to add that as an idea to be implemented. As you mentioned the order may be updated one way and then after saving its a completely different order. I am sorry I wasn't able to provide a reason for the order you see.Is there a way to keep AP voucher line details in the order I enter them? Recurring gift receipts
Currently, it appears that we can only provide monthly tax receipts for recurring gifts. If the donor requests a yearly receipt for their recurring gifts there doesn't appear to be an easy "flag" letting us know who has indicated this preference. It would be nice if there was a mechanism within recurring gifts that tracks who wants a yearly receipt of their recurring gift rather than a new receipt every time a recurring gift is processed. The less we rely on an employee to remember to do tasks, the more efficient we can become.

Financial report fund filters
Provide the option to filters to include subfunds if the master fund is not included. At a minimum, provide a warning that the filter is incorrect if a user chose to filter on a subfund and does not include the master fund.
The Financial reports (Balance sheet and income statement) have been changed so the user can no longer filter on specific funds if the fund is tied to a master fund. When creating a filter, it is impossible to tell if a fund has a master fund.
There is a potential for reports to be run providing incorrect data because it appears as if the filter was applied, and it was not.

Change "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to Default Email Reply To
We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.
Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?
We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

Multifund Donation - Multiple Donation Types
Currently when entering a multifund donation only one Donation Type is allowed. Under certain circumstances split donations need to be applied to different revenue accounts.
Adding the ability to select a Donation Type for each multifund line item would expedite the entry process and eliminate separate entries for split gifts.

One Log In Across Foundant Platforms
It's pretty frustrating for folks to have to remember all their passwords across C Suite / GLM / SLM / Compass and Idea Lab. Especially when they don't all update on the same schedule. Would be great to have some synching of the platforms.

Sync attachments in csuite and glm
It would be nice to have a feature to sync attachments in GLM &/or CSuite over to the other rather than having to attach in both places. Ideally, we would be able to pick which attachments we want to sync over. For Community Grants, we start our process in GLM so we start attachments here and then sync to CSuite for final processing. For Donor Advised/Designated Granting we start in CSuite and include attachments here then sync over to GLM for tracking purposes.

Task Email Reminder to include task description
When a task email reminder is sent from CSuite to the person the task is assigned to, can the email include the task description?

Warning message if revenue share will push a fund underwater.
If there is a market loss, there is potential that a fund could be pushed under water without any kind of warning. Would like the system to pop up a warning if posting revenue share will push the fund under water.

Deposit List - ability to sort by different column
When I deposit in the till - it would make it MUCH easier if the deposits could be alphabetized by the FUND NAME - because they all get deposited in the same account. When I have a large till, I have to carefully check that right boxes for different deposits.

check void date
CSuite does not allow users to enter the void date on a check, it defaults to the day that it was done. It would be so helpful if we could enter the date that we want it to be voided.

Grant request notification for staff - add more data to email
Currently when an advisor requests a grant we have four staff members who receive the notification email about the request. However, the email only includes the advisor name in the notification. Is it possible to have the notification include the grantee and amount that is being requested?

Multi-Fund Journal Entries and attachments
Journal Entry with multiple funds should all have the same JE ID number when posting a single transaction involving multiple funds and the file attachment should be available prior to posting. As you enter the Journal Entry you are unable to attach a file until after the entry is posted then you have to manually attach the file to each entry. Example, I just entered a Journal Entry related to a single transaction that involved multiple funds. The documentation is the same for all funds but I could not attach it until the JE was posted then Foundant divided the transaction into 10 different JE ID numbers. I had to manually attach the file to each JE ID number. This entry should have been a single JE ID number but does not work that way in Foundant. When looking at history you are unable to pull this transaction up as a single post. This is difficult for the Auditors to trace a single transaction with multiple funds through the system.
