  1. Please add the custom content back to the new and improved applicant dashboard. On the old dashboard, we included instructions on filling out the application, contact information for our Foundation, and links to trainings. This is not currently possible with the updated version of the applicant dashboard.

  2. We keep comments for several organizations in the organization profile. If a comment is accidentally deleted, there is no way to get it back. A history of previous comments would be super helpful, like how the change log shows up for the org.

  3. As the evaluation fields cannot be pulled into merge templates, we have built our due diligence processes into an internal-only section of the application form. As a result, this means that the application is extremely long, and we are needing to continuously scroll up and down to review the required information. It would be much better if we could have a side-by-side view, such as you get with the evaluation stage.
    We could build the due diligence into the evaluator 1 stage to do this, but none of the fields could then be included in our merge templates. If these…

  4. We want to require our GLM users to enable 2-factor authentication, but are concerned about asking them to download an app to do so. Most of them probably aren't using an authenticator app anywhere else. We would like to offer them the option to have a code sent to their phone or email to authenticate so they are not required to download an authenticator app.

  5. The new Organization Summary for administrators is missing the "organization email history". Viewing the email history is necessary in my documentation process.

  6. For our processes it would be helpful to have the option for a "conditionally approved" status that lies between regular "draft approved" and "approved". Also being able to make batch actions on any of these three levels of approval is also ideal.

  7. It would be ideal if "due date" was changed to "payment date" or an option to select from both.

    Also, being able to chose from "payment date" (executed) to "payment confirmed (cashed/etc) would also be helpful.

  8. Hello, for our auditing purposes, it is helpful for us to be able to batch print pdf's or once big pdf of the email notifications of awards. Additionally, it would be best if that has a time stamp on it as well for date sent as that is part of the critical data. When you view individual email correspondence you don't see that information, only when looking up the email history in the tab drop down. Right now I have to copy them all and put them into Excel or Google Sheets and then make a pdf.

  9. I know this has been mentioned before, with little response, so I want to reintroduce it here. Having the ability BATCH UNASSIGN an EVALUATOR from multiple assignments in one step would greatly reduce the time I have to spend removing an evaluator one evaluation at a time if they can not complete the evaluations in time. Although I can pull up their applications and assign a new evaluator in a single step, it is not efficient removing someone. This year I had two evaluators injured or hospitalized and not able to do evaluations after they were assigned. In total, I…

  10. It would be nice to have a section on the admin dashboard that allows applications to be marked as 'alternates' so they don't have to remain in the 'evaluations closed' section. As the site is now, there is no way to hold an application as an alternate other than leaving it in the evaluations closed status.

  12. It would be helpful for SLM to include a spelling/grammar check tool within the scholarship applications for students to use when writing their essays or short answer responses. I know that some internet browsers have a spell check included, but it might be helpful from the student side to have a more comprehensive tool to help with spelling, grammar, etc. as they write their responses.

Particularly when we are down to the deadline wire for committee member scoring in Foundant, it would be helpful not only to know the last login of the users, but also easily see who all is actively logged into our system at any point in time. This would help me understand who is still working vs. who I need to reach out to. I do not want to bother our busy volunteers if they are already doing what I need them to do.

  15. Block new application from applicant who hasn't completed a grant report on a previous grant award. This would encourage applicants to complete their grant report and provide another level of due diligence built into GLM

  16. I should be able to "drill down" the data on all data shown on the dashboard. For example in the amount awarded chart on the metrics dashboard, I would like to click on the bar graph and have an spreadsheet of all the grants included in that bar graph.

    Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. The one tricky part about requested amount is that it is a custom field and not a system field in 2026 we may be looking at how we can create more system fields, or creating coding that would help us know what fields are similar across clients to use in scenarios like this.

  19. It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.

    This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

  20. I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.

    We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…
