  1. At our foundation we routinely have fund advisors making multi-year & multi-payment grants. How these grants are presented in the portal is slightly misleading, as it shows the full grant commitment. When fund advisors look, it requires digging into the details to see the payment schedule. This is also true for the grantee presentation in the portal. If the non-profit doesn’t look close enough, it could appear that the full commitment was paid out instead of just the 1st payment. It would help to lessen confusion for the fund holders & grantees if these grants could have the current payment…

  3. We share the cost of SLM across Scholarship fund group and the cost of GLM across Unrestricted and Field of Interest fund groups. Currently, there's no way to RevShare an expense across FUND GROUPS nor is there a way to import long list for INTERNAL GRANTs. We have to hand enter each fund's share of the cost for ~200 funds. If one of these options was available, we'd save hours of our precious time.

    So I request:

    1) the option to RevShare across FUND GROUP

    and

    2) the ability to import for INTERNAL GRANTs

  4. Currently, if a user logs in to their donor portal, they are able to see donations that are in the "new" bucket - AKA donations that are not yet posted and may contain inaccuracies.

    This has caused confusion for a couple of our donors, particularly those that are also fund advisors and contribute to their fund via check. If we've just entered the check donation but it has not yet been posted, the fund advisor could log-in, see a low balance on their fund advisor portal, but then go to their donor portal and see the "pending" donation, though it…

  5. Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

  6. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
    It would be great to have a default setting for this!!

  7. When profiles are marked as deceased and linked to a household, the household is being pulled with the deceased information instead of now defaulting to the active individual profile only. This impacts mailing lists for marketing campaigns and grant letters as it now pulls in deceased households.

    There should be an automatic unlinking/adjustment so that we do not have to manually unlink which is the only workaround to solve this issue right now. Ideally, there would be a way to keep the individual linked to the household profile for historical purposes too.

  9. We have gift match programs going on most of the time. We need a way to check that incoming donations are all linked to the donors' pledges. Running a full donation report and whittling down to the donors who have made pledges is a time suck. I've tried writing a custom report, but there isn't a sort or field for "Pledge is Linked to Donation" or "Donation is Linked to Pledge."

    Please consider adding a "Pledge Linked" column on the Profile/Donor page. The "Pledges" tab only shows that the donor ever made a pledge, not the status of a pledge.

  11. We are thrilled to have the ability for our fund advisors to search Candid. However, there are still too many clicks in the process and it is buried. Our donors don't want to think about whether a grantee is already in the One Valley database or not. Please make Candid the default search for "search for a new grantee". Or let us choose that as a setting. If the fund advisors add an org that is already in our database, it is easy to manage through the CSuite grant request bucket. This would simplify things for our advisors.

  12. I’d like to customize my campaign event information and increase the font size of the date/time/location. The default text size is unreadable for older folks, I've been told. However, when you do this using html, the coding shows up on the ticket receipt. This looks very silly to have donor-facing. Also, there is no way to increase the size of text in the date field, as this is a numbers only field.

  13. I would like the ability to set 'No Default Template', as opposed to leaving the field blank and having the system automatically assign the predetermined default template.

    Most of our grant notification happens via GLM/SLM, and we do not need to generate a 'Grant Letter' or 'Scholarship Letter', or 'Award letters' for individual grants in CSuite.
    However, we have some programs that run through CSuite only, and need a letter attached. Because these programs are the only ones using the 'Grant Letter' template type, the system automatically pulls this letter template for ALL grants, at this time. As it currently…

  16. Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.

    On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

  18. Please include the nick name and birth name fields in profile search results. This will allow us to search for individuals with a nick name or who have changed their name, and will also help prevent the creation of duplicate profiles when we do not get the expected search results.

  19. When pulling the registrant list for an in-person events, it would be ideal to select the info and layout of the list, such as all registrants with guest info below, and organization info if the participant used their organization.
    As it is now, there is a lot of sifting necessary to narrow down the list to make an effective check in list.

  20. There should be a feature added in SLM to prevent applicants from creating a duplicate application instead of just a warning. A duplicate universal application leads to quite a mess when it is submitted as it then creates duplicate individual opportunity applications as well. It is not only confusing for the scholarship agency, but even more so the applicant as it clutters their dashboard.
