  1. Upon searching I see this was noted in 2023 but do not see that it was ever addressed. We had to inactivate a bunch of addresses that were provided by NCOA and we noticed that when selecting the "print envelope" feature within a person or organization's profile, all of the listed addresses populate to select from...even the "inactive" ones. Because of this you have to select the back button to confirm the active address. Please list only the active addresses and the top option should be the primary address. Please do not show the inactive addresses.

  2. I would like to be able to toggle off the closed accounts in the bank reconciliation page. I see the sense in being able to see them sometimes, but I think the reconciliation page will become cluttered over time.

  3. Currently, the Grant Catalog settings only allow us to show or hide the "Donate" button across all requests at once. While this is useful for previewing the catalog before donations open, it limits flexibility.

    We would love the option to control visibility of the "Donate" button on an individual grant or fund basis. For example, being able to hide the button on some grants/funds while keeping it live for others.

    Use Case:

    1. Allowing certain funds/requests to accept donations earlier than others.

    2. Running phased giving opportunities where some requests are open and others are still in preview.

  4. Allow contact information or at least guest names to be made required for registering for or buying tickets. For logistic and security reasons, we need to know who everyone attending an event is and it would be much easier to capture that information before confirming event registration.

  5. When an affiliate logs into the portal and submits grant requests, the "cart" button does not appear for them. They must go to the left hand navigation to navigate to the Grant Requests page where the grants are in the cart. It would make more sense for them to have the same "cart" button appear like other funds.

  6. Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.

    When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.

  7. We noticed the new feature you added for using Campaigns in fundraising—it's a great addition and works well for efforts like the annual appeal or other targeted campaigns. It would be even more exciting and engaging if a goal thermometer could update in real time as gifts are received. That visual element could really help boost motivation and momentum!

  8. There should be a way to customize the email subject line and body in the portal. We have a new portal user who has reached out to us about editing some of the wording as it is confusing to the user and I agree. The specific instance is the email that the user receives after submitting a grant request and the subject line is "Request Confirmation". To the user, it sounds like they need to take action, when it should say something like "We’ve Received Your Grant Request" or "Thanks for Submitting Your Grant Request". Same with the body of…

  9. When validating addresses in CSuite with the USPS validation, please spell out the entire city name as preferred by the post office (see screenshot below) instead of abbreviating city names that are 13 or more characters.

  10. There seems to be an inconsistency in how we can populate Tasks. If you create a task when you create an opportunity, you get far fewer fields than if you add a task separately.

    The available fields from Create Opportunity specific to Tasks are: Task Type, Description, and Due/Reminder Date. The available fields from the left-side menu of the opportunity "Add Opp Task" is Assign to, Send Calendar Invite, Task Type, Description, Due/Reminder Date, and Recurring interval.

    I would like this to be consistent across the areas where tasks can be added.

  13. A potential fundholder wants to get a tour of our portal ahead of deciding whether to open his fund with our community foundation. Is there a way to give him a tour of our white-labeled portal without showing him another person’s donor-advised fund data?

    Just like Foundant, or any other software company, community foundations need the ability to walk a potential fundholder through the UX of the system as part of their cultivation efforts to open new funds.

  17. We would love the option of toggling donations and grants notifications BY THE FUND for fund advisors. We add designated funds for our designated fund recipients so they can see previous year's grants, BUT we don't want them to receive the grants notification email when the grant is made, since some funds benefit more than one organization.

  18. Could we make Note Type mandatory? Currently, anyone can create a note within the system, and leave the Note Type blank. In terms of reporting, having Note Type filled in is key.

  19. The data visualization tool is a great addition. However, I would like to be able to review and check the data that is being pulled into the charts, numbers, and graphs. Currently the only way to check the data is to create a separate custom report, and then cross check with the data visualization. Ideally, I should be able to click on a chart/graph/number in the data visualization tool and it should automatically bring up the data that is being pulled into the visualization. Manually creating a separate report to check each data point is a bit frustrating and redundant.

  20. Have the vendor area of a profile have different view, edit, delete, etc. permissions form the regular profile so that vendor info can be locked down to control payment information
