  1. It would be helpful to copy a ticket, not the entire campaign itself. Our organization is using the campaign tickets to sell memberships, but we have multiple different tiers, with mostly the same general information, except for the name. Thus it would be helpful to copy the ticket instead of manually creating each one.

  2. It is difficult to sort through RSVPs on a Campaign Page via the Profile tab. It is inefficient to go to a reports to just to easily see the RSVP Yes/No profiles. It would be much better to sort ascending/descending on the Campaign page like a Report.

  3. We would like the ability to remove or block connections with DAFpay. Currently the block occurs after a donor has linked their portal to Chariot's (without our permission or visibility). Instead, that block should exist at the start of the donor's attempt to connect DAFpay to CSuite's donor portal. We feel this is key for maintaining data/donor security.

  4. When matching CSuite profiles and looking for duplicates, please add:

    1) Conditional Logic (If/Then) – Use conditional logic and allow Users to choose which fields (name, address, email, phone) to use, and to set the order of those fields (Ex: If name matches, then match on address).

    2) Match on Address – Recognize and flag profiles with the same address on the duplicate screen.

    3) Fuzzy Matching – Recognize slight differences in names (Bob/Robert), and addresses (1234 E Elm St/1234 East Elm Street) and other information due to spelling variations, abbreviations, and typos.

  5. Currently, the Print Envelope feature only generates PDFs. Having the ability to download envelopes as a Word document would be extremely helpful, as envelopes often need minor edits before printing. With the current PDF format, the template formatting frequently shifts and addresses spill onto a second page, making them difficult—or impossible—to edit and print accurately. 
     
    Since Donation Receipts already include a Word download option, it seems this functionality may already exist on the development side and could potentially be extended to envelopes as well. Adding a Word option would provide much-needed flexibility and significantly improve usability.

  6. It would be nice to have the Fund field on Opportunities to be able to link to multiple funds. We have several donors with more than one fund, and opposed to setting up an opportunity for each fund, we'd like to have one opportunity for stewardship per profile.

  7. Currently, both new and experiences colleagues frequently encounter challenges locating profiles, funds, or organizations when the spelling entered in the search bar is not an exact match. This often results in unnecessary time spent refining searches or navigating through multiple records.

    One suggested process improvement would be to enhance the Global Search functionality by incorporating a results page that displays similar or related matches when an exact search term is not found. Similar to search engines online.

    Results could be organized by record type, such as: Individual Profiles, Household Profiles, Organization Profiles, Funds, Other Related Records

  8. When a tax receipt letter and/or grant letter is generated, have an option or a box to check to automatically upload it to the Portal. Right now, I save the letter to our server, then have to upload the letter to the portal. This is too many steps for the volume of letters that I create.

  10. When Household Giving is enabled in the Giving Hub, donors have the option to give as a household by selecting a radio button and entering household information.

    However, donors often do not know how to properly format the household name, which can lead to:
    -Duplicate households
    -Inconsistent naming conventions
    -Data cleanliness challenges for staff

    Suggested Enhancement:

    Provide the ability to enforce or guide a standardized household naming format during entry

    Examples of best practice formats:
    -Last, First and First
    -Last, First and Last, First (for different last names)

  11. I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system. If we then have to answer any questions that require us to be logged into CSuite ourselves, the portal user has to wait while the customer service…

  12. We just discovered with the new portal that when a fund advisor clicks "Cancel Recurring Grant", all record of the recurring grant is deleted out of the system. This is WAY too much access for the fund advisor to have. If they accidentally delete it, we can't view logs to see when it occurred or retrieve attached files to the recurring grant.

    Please allow us the ability to turn off certain features in the portal (like cancelling a recurring grant) for fund advisors if we don't want to take the risk of information being deleted without our consent. These types…

  13. It would be helpful to be able to select the same beneficiary more than once when setting up percentages in the fund. The beneficiary may have separate purposes and percentages. For accuracy and staying within the parameters of the text limits this would be very helpful to users. A previous idea has been archived. Please consider this.

  14. For JE object custom reports, all transactions are tied to the same Journal Entry ID, which prevents the report from capturing reversal entries. For example, if a prior-year JE is reversed in the current year, the reversal will not appear when pulling current-year JEs.

    The report should include reversal dates, transaction IDs, and account numbers. It should also present reversing entries as separate lines (ideally at the individual line-item level), rather than linking everything back to a single Journal Entry ID.

    For audit purposes, we need a complete report of all manual JEs. Currently, this requires pulling two separate reports…

  15. Currently, when a fund advisor submits a grant request that is fulfilled via an internal grant (a transfer to another fund within the same foundation), the Grant Notify email is not triggered upon posting the internal transfer check.

    This creates an inconsistency in the donor experience:

    Fund advisors receive Donation Notify emails when their fund receives an internal grant

    But they do not receive Grant Notify emails when their fund gives an internal grant

    This lack of communication may cause confusion for fund advisors, especially if they are used to receiving confirmations for external grants.

  17. I am bringing back a couple of ideas you have previously archived. It is not clear whether the system architecture will not allow these changes to be made or if there is insufficient support for the idea. However, the way the system is behaving today is extremely misleading.

    Situation:
    When adjustments are made to a promise record, the system does not allow it to be deleted. The only option is to Cancel the promise record.

  19. It would be very helpful if Foundant allowed budgeted accounts to include multiple line items (subcategories) within a single GL account or subaccount, rather than restricting imports to one total amount per account.
    Currently, Foundant only allows one total per account (e.g., Account 4XXXX = $10,000). In practice, this total is often made up of multiple components (e.g., Consulting $5,000, Team Meetings $5,000). This limitation forces users to track supporting details outside the system, reducing visibility, increasing manual work, and creating a higher risk of error.

  20. When a donor submits a pledge through the Giving Hub, they see an on-screen confirmation, but no email confirmation is sent.

    For donors, an email confirmation provides reassurance that their submission was received and gives them a record to reference. For foundation staff, it reduces inbound inquiries from donors wondering if their pledge went through.

    A simple confirmation email triggered on pledge form submission would close this gap and bring the pledge experience in line with other Giving Hub workflows.
