  1. Add organization name as a column in the charity check log to more easily confirm that the right Tax ID is in the profile. Right now, if you need to confirm that a grantee has the right Tax ID on file, you have to run a new charity check.

  2. We currently don't have a way to get a report that shows both the opportunity tasks and their associated notes. Without this ability, any report available leaves out critical information, such as when tasks are completed, or when users enter a completion note. Can this be added?

  4. Problem Statement:
    There is currently a technical conflict between our organization’s security tools and the CSuite platform. We enforce the use of Keeper for all staff to generate and store high-entropy passwords. However, CSuite rejects many of the standard special characters generated by these tools (e.g., ^, *, [, {, |).
    When Keeper generates a secure password, CSuite frequently returns an error, forcing staff to manually change or delete characters that are not allowed or resort to simpler, less secure passwords. This creates a significant friction point and undermines our security posture.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    Update the CSuite password validation logic…

  5. I need old events to NOT show up on the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page. See attached picture. Right now, we only have a couple years’ worth of events, but I’m worried about how long it will get once we start having more events. I’ve tried making the old events “historical” events, but they’re still showing up as available tickets to purchase.

    Additional info: I get to the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page when clicking “Buy Ticket” from a profile payment. There are both current and past events visible that have clickable ticket links.…

  6. For custom reports with multiple fields for criteria, we can currently select either "And" to exist between the filters or "Or". We'd like to be able to have a combination of "And" and "Or" between the filters within the same report.

  7. Foundations increasingly allow donors and fund advisors to update their contact information directly through the Portal, which is a great improvement for data accuracy and staff efficiency.

    However, when an individual profile that belongs to a household updates their address, the household address is not automatically updated. Many foundations use the household record as the primary source for mailings and communications, which can lead to inconsistencies and outdated addresses.

    Current Challenge:
    -Individual updates address via Portal
    -Household address remains unchanged
    -Mailings continue to pull from the household record
    -Staff must manually reconcile records

  8. Allow contact information or at least guest names to be made required for registering for or buying tickets. For logistic and security reasons, we need to know who everyone attending an event is and it would be much easier to capture that information before confirming event registration.

  10. When processing grant letters through the Document Bucket and sending them via email, the system automatically populates the “Email” field using the primary email address on the profile.

    However, the “CC” field currently requires manual entry, even when additional email addresses already exist on the profile.

    It would be very helpful to enhance this workflow by allowing users to select from existing email addresses tied to the profile, rather than manually typing them in.

    Suggested Enhancement:

    Add a dropdown or selector within the CC field that:
    -Displays all email addresses associated with the profile
    -Allows users to quickly select one…

  12. A potential fundholder wants to get a tour of our portal ahead of deciding whether to open his fund with our community foundation. Is there a way to give him a tour of our white-labeled portal without showing him another person’s donor-advised fund data?

    Just like Foundant, or any other software company, community foundations need the ability to walk a potential fundholder through the UX of the system as part of their cultivation efforts to open new funds.

  13. In recurring grant records, the Delete button is directly beneath the Edit button. It's easy to click it mistakenly, and there is no secondary confirmation screen to confirm the deletion was intentional before it's done. Please add a secondary step to confirm a record should be deleted to avoid accidental record deletion.

  15. Currently, the Giving Hub setting that requires donors to review and agree to legal terms (one of CSuite’s latest releases) applies only to donations.

    As a donor-directed Foundation, we require donors, each time they make a grant request, to approve and attest to the IRS written acknowledgment confirming that no services or benefits are received in exchange for a distribution.

    Having this Giving Hub setting extend to grant requests submitted through the portal would allow for this process to be streamlined.

  16. In the legacy portal there is a clear way for an Advisor to search for another foundation fund to recommend a grant. In the new portal you have to click "Previous Grantee", even if the Advisor has never given to that fund before. There should be a button that says Grant to Another Foundation Fund so that Advisors know where to go to make interfund grants. This is especially important for emergency & disaster response funds and giving circles. Please make it clearer so our Fund Advisors know how to recommend grants to other funds at the foundation.

  18. Is there ANY way to show the paper clip symbol for an attachment on the listing of a voucher?? So, when you have a list of vouchers or grants, there would be a symbol showing you have an attachment scanned for that voucher and/or grant. We scan our payables into the voucher and grant so if our Auditor picks that item in the audit, we don't have to physically pull it, it is in CS. I would like to go back and check to be sure I scanned the payable portion to the voucher and/or grant but have to go…

  19. It would be helpful if Foundant produced how to videos or user manuals that is appropriate for external users accessing any of the portals. With the changes to the number of portals and ways to access info, and the pending potential mobile app, it's a lot for us to try to keep up with communication-wise to our fund advisors, donors, grantees, etc. As managers of the system and its changes, if would be extremely helpful if this could be considered when new features are added or changes made?

  20. Please format the "amount" field for all Content notifications to display as $#,###.## (e.g., $64,500.00). Formatting currency with commas is essential for clarity, especially with larger numbers.
