E-Tickets for Events in CSuite
It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.
Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

Filtering in portal reports
We would love to be able to filter the reports available in the new portal (without having to export it into Excel and then filter). This was a functionality available in the legacy portal that does not look to have transferred over

Create Fund Advisor Login (for Legacy Portal) from "Fund Advisor" record
Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.
Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.
We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

New Login Screen - Default to PIN
The new functionality to get MFA by email has now ADDED more clicks for users who have been regularly using MFA apps/PIN. Now we have to select the PIN option before entering. Can we make PIN the default and if someone wants the code by email, they can click that option? Usability and the number of clicks a normal user has to make really needs to be taken into account when making updates to the system. New functionality should try to avoid add more work to the common user.

Stripe Terminal
Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

When completing a recurring task, provide option to add a note
When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

Public Securities - Name of Stock - in Description Field
We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.

Option to Sort Custom Reports by Date Last Run
On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.

"Logout" button design and position in Csuite
I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.
Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

Custom Sort Order for Checks & Letters
It would be very helpful if we we could customize the order in which checks and check letters were sorted. We would like to be able to sort by the Grant Letter template. We have eight difficult templates that involve multiple constituencies and a number of letters. If they were grouped, we could process each type all at once which would reduce the opportunity for errors when processing the mailing.

Unique URLs to Easily Share Reports
It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display
I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

Fund Design - Permission for adding fund images and description(s)
Our Communications team would like to be able to add photos and fund descriptions but we are very hesitant to give them full fund edit permission. Can you provide a new "Fund Design" permission so that this can be accomplished?

Calendar View in CommunitySuite
Would really like to be able to see a calendar view of tasks and deadlines in CommunitySuite or be able to integrate with their Outlook or Google calendar.

Edit a Pledge
Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

giving hub
It would be great if a fundholder could make a credit card donation to their fund through the Fund Advisor Portal, rather than through the public webpage of the giving hub. We would prefer if not all our funds were listed on the giving hub, since most of our funds are not trying to publicly fundraise and some of the funds would like to be anonymous. However, if we make a fund "private" a fundholder can no longer contribute money to their fund via a credit card donation on the giving hub. Thank you for your consideration!
4 votesA fund holder will be able to donate to their own private fund when logged into the new portal. The new portal must be enabled, and the profile must be logged in as a Fund Advisor. Their private funds then display after the promoted funds when they select donate.

New Portal tutorial for outside users
Please create a Portal tutorial for outside users similar to the GLM tutorial for outside users here https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4479853059991-GLM-Applicant-Tutorial . This would help alleviate a lot of phone calls and emails so that we can do our jobs more efficiently. Thank you.

grant minimums by fund group
We would love to have a minimum grant request option for the portal but its done by fund groups. For example: DAF's minimum grant is $500 but maybe and Org Endowed is $100. We adopted a policy that requires all DAF grants to be over $500. However, if we set that as the grant request minimum for the portal it will cause issues for some of our small organizational endowed funds who maybe don't have $500 in ATS in any given year.

Fund Anniversary/Upcoming Anniversary Reporting Functionality
I am in a strategic process here at the Foundation thinking through further ways to engage fundholders and we would like to pursue using the “Fund Open Date” data to acknowledge anniversaries.
Currently, reporting will allow "Fund Open Date" field to be pulled by Month (regardless of year) but Relative date options are tied to year and will not produce a whole list.
I’m able to pull the report and work in excel, but wanted to work with y’all if there might be a non-external way to do this entirely on the CSuite system.
Desired improvement would be a functionality…

When moving a profile from 'inactive' to 'active', automatically remove 'inactive' from the address, email, and phone fields
When moving a profile from 'inactive' to 'active', it is currently required to then click Clear 'do not mail', 'do not email', and 'do not call'. These steps do not remove 'inactive' from the address, email, and phone fields. It's then required to remove 'inactive' from these 3 fields. This should automatically happen when moving the profile from 'inactive' to 'active'.
