  1. The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.

    Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)

  2. I would like to be able to toggle off the closed accounts in the bank reconciliation page. I see the sense in being able to see them sometimes, but I think the reconciliation page will become cluttered over time.

  3. When we email customer invoices the primary email is the default email, even if there is a separately marked pay email on the profile. Invoices should default to going to the pay address, not the primary. If you email invoices individually you can select what email address to use but you can't see which email is marked primary or pay unless you go back to the profile which is tedious, and the bulk email does not even list the option to switch the recipient email .   4. We should be able to add multiple unused checks at one time in a batch instead of needing to add them one by one. For example, if you have a printer error and need to mark 30+ checks as unused this is very tedious to do one by one.

  6. Enable entry of Grant Type on Refund Grants to ensure accurate grant reporting. This will allow grants to be correctly grouped by Grant Type in reporting. Currently, capturing this information requires manual adjustments in Excel after exporting the report.

  7. Adding a fund to the grant catalog functions differently in the fund portal-facing catalog than it does in the public-facing catalog. There are also differences in how funds function when added to a portal-facing catalog, as opposed to all other imported requests. I’ll give an example and explain the problems this presents.
    In the portal-facing catalog, there is no “Learn More” button. This is inconsistent with the “Learn More” buttons on other requests imported from GLM or added manually. Additionally, clicking on a fund does not take you to an intermediary screen to read the full fund description (as do…

  8. Within the Duplicates option, any duplicate profiles that have accents or umlauts are not able to be deduplicated from the current workflow being:

    Profiles>Duplicates> then clicking the accented name.

    In lieu of returning a page where you can merge the profiles, you get a yellow warning that says "Not Found". Therefore, foundations with more individuals/names with accented names are not able to fully use the dedupe functions.

  9. Require Primary Advisor Approval - Multiple Advisors

    On a fund with multiple advisors, currently only one Primary may be indicated when requiring approval of a grant request. If someone other than the Primary submits a request, the Primary is notified to log in and approve the request. If the Primary submits a request, none of the other advisors are notified for approval. We need to be able to require equal approval from all advisors, so that when any advisor makes a grant request, the other advisors will be prompted to log in for approval.

  10. Many of our donors or grantees with access to the portal are having trouble setting (or resetting) a password because there is no guidance on the login page for what their passwords must contain, i.e. minimum characters, special characters, etc. I asked support if we could add info on the login page but they said, currently, there is no ability to do this. Please vote and thanks for considering!

  14. Can the task description field be a long text field instead of a short text field? Also would be great to make this a rich text field so we can add bullet points. We like to create a general task with more information on what is needed to complete the task.

  15. Please integrate an option for a yearly consolidated tax receipt that would issue a single tax receipt number for all annual recurring donations, instead of having to send12 separate receipts at year end. This is standard practice in Canada and is required to comply with Canadian law/CRA. We are not able to send a summary document with all receipt numbers listed, although being able to attach a summary to the single receipt is nice, but not necessary.

  16. When entering a note for another individual, it would be great if the "Who" was an option to change when entering the note. Currently I have to enter the note, then edit the note to change the "Who." Thanks!

  17. We use Double the Donation as an external vendor to help donors find information for their company matching programs. It would be so helpful if there was an integration with Double the Donation and Foundant to share donor contact info.

  18. Currently, when creating an Opportunity Task Note, users can associate both a Profile and a Fund with the note.

    The note does display in the Notes tab on the associated Profile
    However, the note does not display in the Notes tab on the associated Fund

    This creates an inconsistency in how notes are surfaced across related records.

    Suggested Enhancement:
    -When a Fund is selected on an Opportunity Task Note, the note should also appear in the Notes tab of that Fund
    -This would mirror the existing behavior for Profiles and create consistency across the system

  19. Currently, it doesn't appear that you can add a deceased individual as a donation advisor. This creates issues when someone gives us money through their estate. The donor will usually be "the estate of" or a trust associated with the original donor. But we cannot add the deceased individual. That means we won't be able to see a donor's total giving history even if they made clear their intentions during their lifetime.

  20. Be able to pull other profile fund relationships on to the fund statement. For example, be able to put successor advisor name and contact information so that the fund advisor can confirm that information annually.
