Candid Search in Portal
We are thrilled to have the ability for our fund advisors to search Candid. However, there are still too many clicks in the process and it is buried. Our donors don't want to think about whether a grantee is already in the One Valley database or not. Please make Candid the default search for "search for a new grantee". Or let us choose that as a setting. If the fund advisors add an org that is already in our database, it is easy to manage through the CSuite grant request bucket. This would simplify things for our advisors.

Add 'as of' date on the Fund Summary page of the portal so this information is included when an advisor prints their fund summaries.

Donor Portal suggestion to increase visibility of Create Grant Request
A donor requested that we make the CREATE GRANT REQUEST button larger/more visible so making a grant request is more intuitive on the new portal.

Allow fund advisors to see if a grant was anonymous
Sometimes fund advisors choose to make grants anonymous on a grant by grant basis, but may not remember which ones or want to see which ones they did. If that could be a visible field on the portal - if a grant was anonymous, and allow fund advisors to filter for those that would be a helpful feature. Currently they have to request that information from us.

Scholarships - Block Applicants from creating a duplicate application
There should be a feature added in SLM to prevent applicants from creating a duplicate application instead of just a warning. A duplicate universal application leads to quite a mess when it is submitted as it then creates duplicate individual opportunity applications as well. It is not only confusing for the scholarship agency, but even more so the applicant as it clutters their dashboard.

Add a footer to the online donation page in Giving Hub.
It seems odd that there is a footer for the donation payment page and not the primary donation page for giving hub. We'd love to add some additional text at the bottom without having to employ a coder!

Allow formatting of post-checkout page elements: Giving Hub
Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.
On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

Detail Trial Balance - Add to Left Menu
Add Detail Trial Balance to the list of reports on the left menu when in a fund record. Right now, if we go into a fund record we have to select Trial Balance, then the date, then go back to reports and select Detail Trial Balance and then adjust the date range.

Journal entry order: keep in entry/import order
Please STOP the system from resorting journal entries by amount. At the very least, have the all the data necessary in custom reports so the data can be sorted in the entry order for review,
When users create journal entries there is usally is a method to the order they are entered but for some reason the system re-sorts the entries by dollar value before posting. This makes it difficut to review the entries and makes them harder to follow if researching them.

Add Note ID to Global Search
We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.

Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.
Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

Attach a file to fund statements
We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

Fund admin fees on Fund Summary in portal
Our fund advisors would really like to see support fees (aka admin fees) on the Fund Summary page. Currently the only way we can report the fees assessed to their fund on a quarterly basis is by producing a statement of activity. Including this information on Fund Summary would provide a clearer picture of activity in their fund. Thanks!

Add the field 'Who' with dropdown options so a different staff person can be indicated in lieu of the person entering the note.
Allow for a staff person to indicate a different staff person in a 'Who' field when entering a note instead of auto populating this field with the person who is logged in.

Giving Hub link for guest Donations to Funds marked Private
Stealing this from an archived submission: "We should be able to provide a link to give directly to a fund, even if it is marked private. This would allow people who have the direct link to give to the fund, but it wouldn't show up in the list of funds or be searchable. Sometimes people don't want it public, but have a few family/friends they would like to be able to support a fund. It would be particularly helpful in memorial situations."

Add dates to recorded webinars
The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

Add checkbox in settings to NOT make the affiliate the grant advisor for internal grants
We'd love to use the affiliate portals, but we've historically run into legal issues with having affiliates listed in ways that could be perceived as their own entity, thus we'd love the option to NOT make the affiliate the grant advisor (and therefore the vendor) for internal grants so the grant still flows through our main org's profile and the grant advisor is listed on grant letters as such.

Login Pop-Up Notifications for Fund Advisors - This feature could enhance communication with fund advisors using the platform. Specifically, it would be helpful to have a pop-up notification window appear when a fund advisor logs in.
This pop-up could be used for:
Announcements about the grant catalog (e.g., opening/closing dates, deadlines, reminders).
Notifications when the foundation office is closed for holidays or special events.
Other time-sensitive updates that advisors need to be aware of right away.

Automatically Post Recurring Donations
Please implement a feature that allows for the system to automatically post the subsequent donation for recurring donations.
Currently recurring donations must be posted manually on some sort of cadence, which takes up a lot of time. It would be highly beneficial if the system could post these automatically when they are due for their next donation.

Two individuals from the household are listed together in a single row

Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.
Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:
