  1. The grant request notifications we currently receive when clients request a grant, contain the name of the fund advisor who submitted the grant request, the grantee name, and the grant amount. We would prefer that the grant request notifications include more information similar to that of the grant request emails that fund advisors receive. The information we would like to see included would be fund name, grantee EIN, grantee address, and grant description.

  2. We would like for the option to assign a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee, similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record. This would save users time and avoid forgetting to add the sponsored org to each grant before payment is processed.

  3. Currently, the Giving Hub setting that requires donors to review and agree to legal terms (one of CSuite’s latest releases) applies only to donations.

    As a donor-directed Foundation, we require donors, each time they make a grant request, to approve and attest to the IRS written acknowledgment confirming that no services or benefits are received in exchange for a distribution.

    Having this Giving Hub setting extend to grant requests submitted through the portal would allow for this process to be streamlined.

  4. As foundations grow, it's common to end up with profile types that are no longer in use. Cleaning those up currently means archiving profile types one at a time, which gets tedious fast.

    The idea: add a bulk archive option at the profile type level, allowing admins to select profile types and archive in bulk.

    This would be a big time saver during database cleanup, data audits, or any time profile types are being consolidated.

  5. Right now there is no statement that lists all open invoices on a customer profile. The Customer Balance Report lists all invoices, but does not clarify if the invoices were paid or not. A statement of open invoices with the customer name and our logo would be really helpful so we can send the statement to our customers. Right now we have to take the invoice information from their profile (or build a report) and manually format a statement in a word doc. If this was a built in feature in CSuite it would save us a lot of time.

  6. It would be really nice if we could search via the DBA field. We miss the ability to search via "aliases" in our old CRM. We run the risk of creating duplicate records and potentially missing important notes on existing records if we can't find them via their name.

  7. Bulk Reassign Tasks and Opportunities: t would be helpful to be able to Bulk Reassign Tasks and Opportunities when one employee leaves an organization. As of now, users must go into each task and opportunity to reassign them. There IS a Bulk Close and Bulk Complete option, but no Bulk Reassign.

  8. Please bring back a couple of features with Bank Recs!

    1. Please allow for sorting transactions by check number again. I can now filter to only checks but they're not always in order and I don't see any way to make it so.

    2. Allow for easier unreconciling/rereconciling. It used to be if I had to fix something from three months ago that required unreconciling the bank account, I could rereconcile with only one click. Now I have to go in and uncheck every transaction for the following months, reconcile the first month, recheck all the items for the second month, reconcile…

  9. Is there ANY way to show the paper clip symbol for an attachment on the listing of a voucher?? So, when you have a list of vouchers or grants, there would be a symbol showing you have an attachment scanned for that voucher and/or grant. We scan our payables into the voucher and grant so if our Auditor picks that item in the audit, we don't have to physically pull it, it is in CS. I would like to go back and check to be sure I scanned the payable portion to the voucher and/or grant but have to go…

  10. As a community foundation with defined impact goals
    I want to be able to show a fund holder what they have contributed toward those goals
    So that I can inspire them to give more to the impact areas.

    Another application of this functionality would be to show the fund holder a breakdown of all their grants by grant type.

  11. When you look at the fund list and pull by group, there is no count of how many funds are in that group. It would be nice to have a number, maybe at the bottom of the list, that tells you exactly how many funds make up that group. We advertise what types of funds we have, scholarship, endowed, etc. and being able to quickly look at how many would be very beneficial.

    Currently we have to hand count from the screen or copy/paste into an excel document to count. Something that should be very easy is made very difficult.

  12. Upon searching I see this was noted in 2023 but do not see that it was ever addressed. We had to inactivate a bunch of addresses that were provided by NCOA and we noticed that when selecting the "print envelope" feature within a person or organization's profile, all of the listed addresses populate to select from...even the "inactive" ones. Because of this you have to select the back button to confirm the active address. Please list only the active addresses and the top option should be the primary address. Please do not show the inactive addresses.

  13. Can a process be created where we can upload in bulk internal grants? Each year there are many funds in Community Suite that transfer funds to our Grant Making fund. It would be quicker and easier if this were able to be completed with a CSV upload instead of having to do all the steps of an internal grant multiple times.

  14. Please format the "amount" field for all Content notifications to display as $#,###.## (e.g., $64,500.00). Formatting currency with commas is essential for clarity, especially with larger numbers.

  15. When you search in the general search box, add "(Closed)" after the fund name. This was a previously implemented idea but I'd love to see a tweak to it - can you change the "(Closed)" to RED letters? I love that it's there but still often click on the wrong fund because it doesn't catch your attention

  16. Hello - we have had issues with fund representatives being able to view partially posted interfund gifts to their fund, namely interfund gifts in the approval bucket. We would really like to be able to have an additional new bucket to stage grants so that our new bucket does not get so cluttered.

  17. Could we make Note Type mandatory? Currently, anyone can create a note within the system, and leave the Note Type blank. In terms of reporting, having Note Type filled in is key.

  18. We need to send different letters to students throughout the year, but the Csuite system only allows for one. If you 'regenerate' for a second/different letter, it deletes the previous one. This is fine if you made a mistake and want to resend one, but we need to both send the original award letter, AND a reminder hey your payment is coming letter (not the scholarship letter) AND in some cases a renewal letter.

    Can you please develop a way to send more than one template email/letter to a student from the award record?

  20. Many foundations need a quick way to identify donors who have not made a gift within a specific date range (for example, donors who have not given during the current fiscal year or within the last 12 months).

    Currently, users can filter the Donor Report by Last Donation Date, or view Year-over-Year donation columns, but there is no simple way to directly filter for donors who have not given between two specific dates.

    A few examples of common use cases:
    -Identify board members who have not yet made a gift this year
    -Identify lapsed donors who have not given within…
