  1. When sending grant award letters via Email - please create a function to auto-populate the non-primary emails into the cc fields. This would save so much time and not require staff to remember and manually add ccs each time. Alert notes don't even show up in the Email Grant Documents area so there's not an easy way to be reminded of who needs to be cced. There should be an option to automatically include more than just the primary email. Please also add any cc emails sent to the log of the grant and profile. Currently only the primary email…

  3. Right now, it is very difficult to understand what each of the datasets and columns mean while working in the data visualization tool. It would be very help to have either/both of:
    - A full Data Dictionary that explains what each dataset and their columns mean in layperson's terms
    - The ability to export the full dataset from the "Edit Data" page. Right now you can only see a couple rows at a time and there's no search functionality. It would be easier to see what each column means and find what you're looking for with the functionality that an…

  4. We would like to be able to run a report or somehow be able to see how many Profiles have a specific Profile Type. There is no way to quickly access this in a single report - we have to run a report for each Profile Type, then see how many profiles populate. Having a list to easy reference the number of profiles that have a Profile Type would be helpful to keep the data clean and up to date.

  5. There should be a system-wide option to delay sending automatic email notifications to fund advisors when a donation is posted. Delaying it for 2-3 days would give us more time to review and correct any errors.

  6. When entering a donation and using the multi-fund feature, a payment is automatically created. The payment date is defaulting to today's date - it is not pulling the date used when entering the donation. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the payment date after the fact. This used to not be the case and something has changed.

  7. I am curious to know if it is possible to hide non-custom fields? For example, if we never utilize the Recognition Name field in a profile, can this field not be provided as an option in the creation and view of a profile?

  8. When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

  9. Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
    Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…

  10. We archive unused fund fee types to get them out of the way. Please update the system so that archived fees don't show up when editing a fund. It would be much easier to not have to wade through fee types that are no longer used.

  11.     It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community     Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager.   12. We would like to add two designation types to the existing options: Planned Giving/Gift/Giver (whatever makes more sense) and Prospect. We currently use a Profile Type, but it hides that under the Relationships tab. It would be helpful to see they have a planned giving commitment at the native profile level, just as easily as whether a profile is a Donor. We also anticipate this will give us other ways to run reports and dashboard data not currently available.

  13. It would be great to allow us to add a section that asks how the donor heard about the fund they are donating to. They could make a selection from options we provide, such as website, event, referral, etc. This would help greatly with marketing efforts.

  14. It would be extremely helpful to have an Outstanding Loan Balance field available within loan templates and as an option for custom reports.

    Our organization would like to send annual loan statements to clients that clearly show the remaining balance on each loan. Currently, there isn’t a straightforward way to include this information, which makes it difficult to provide complete and transparent communication to our borrowers.

  16. Change the way CS searches names when adding a donation advisor: Currently, when you search names to add a donation advisor, the search factors prefixes and suffixes. It would be much easier if it just search Last Name, First Name. In some areas of the system, this is how the search function works, but it's not consistent across all area.

  18. Currently, when a file is shared, it's only shared to the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to see some file sharing options where we can choose where we would like to share the file to, and allowing to share to multiple areas. For example:
    1. Share to Advisor Portal
    2. Share to Grantee Portal
    3. Share to Donor Portal
    4. Share to Fund Profile
    5. Share to Profile

  19. Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when…

  20. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago.
