  1. 1- Ability to import securities - helpful as some donors contribute 20+ stocks at a time

    2 -Auto complete the description of the security (but field should be able to be edited if needed). The database pulls the high / low information so it should also be able to pull the name of the security

    3 - Keep the securities listed in the order they are entered. For some reason csuite re-orders (in no particular order) the securities after saving the entry making it difficult to review the stock gift entry

  2. Our fund advisors would like to be able to see the In Memory of/In Honor of fields as well as the Recognition field of a donation. I would hope this would be an easy add to the fund advisor permissions.

  3. It would be helpful if, in the donor portal, it was clear to the fundholder that the Description field is visible to grantees but the Notes field is visible only internally. We have donors enter info in Notes that they want the grantee to see (e.g. "Thanks for all you do, from Joe Smith"), and we have to choose to copy it into the Grant Description field (labor intensive) or ignore it.

  4. Currently, profiles can be invited to a campaign in mass but RSVP and attendance must be set profile-by-profile which is a significant time commitment.

  6. Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.

    Without the compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating.

  7. Just tried copying a grant in CSuite - sweet! However, once you copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates. Also, the expense account does not transfer over. And, as we now have custom fields, any custom fields too - thanks!

  8. Hi! When reviewing grants on the New, Approval or Voucher tabs in the Grant section the "Grant Type" is a visible column. However, when reviewing the Grants on a Grantee profile, this column is missing. You have to click within the grant to be able to view the grant type. It would be helpful for us to have the grant type visible along with the other columns already there (ID, Grant Date, Fund Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description)

  9. For staff answering questions from nonprofits about grants they received, it would really help to have the Anonymous flag in the grid so it's easy to see and make sure they don't divulge donor names if they are not supposed to.

  10. It would be helpful if an "Open Opportunity" pop up notification comes up when entering a donation. Just how Open Pledges show up when entering a donation for a profile that has an open pledge (picture). This would an amazing feature, especially if there's over 100 opportunities created.

  11. We process a great number of interfund grant/donations and really need for CSuite to generate an automatic notification to the recipient fund advisor informing them that their fund has received a donation from another fund at our foundation. Is there any way you can do this for us?

  14. We use the mailchimp integration with CSuite and would love to have the ability to batch update the bounced emails as "Do not email." Currently these have to be done individually, which takes a lot of time when you have over 100 to do.

  16. Please create a way to link payments to opportunities. Currently, you can only link donations.
    Problem: we invoiced a county for their grant commitment per their request and to show on our books when the grant contract was signed. Unfortunately, I cannot (yet) link the payment to the opportunity so that tracking works (committed amount/balance remaining).

  17. It would be very helpful if there was more information on the investment report in Financials. When you go to the Financials page, select Investments, and enter the time period, the only information available is the amounts going in and out (income, realized, unrealized, gifts, payments, etc.). This can all be found in other areas - the fund activity, Revenue Share, the bank statements, etc. It would be very helpful if this also included percentages to show the investment account performance or some other way to determine how the investment account performed of the selected time period.   19. We would like to use the Fund Steward field on our Fund Statements as a specific contact for each fund holder. Our 900+ funds have been divided among 3 team members that will handle communication with the fund holders. We want to print on the statement something like - Contact Your Team Member with Questions - then list the Fund Steward name. Support told us that Fund Steward is not currently an available field to use on Fund Statements.

  20. It would be great to have the ability to temporarily shut down the donation portal.

    We recently had an issue (our error--and of course Foundant helped us fix it!!) that caused fund balances to show incorrectly. We were worried, of course, about donors seeing bad information in the donor portal. While we could have taken the log in page off of our website, a fair amount of our donors have the site bookmarked, so still could have gotten in. We also thought about unlinking Fund Advisors on the affected funds, but we have over 800 funds, so that would have…
