  2. It would be helpful to be able to archive a campaign from the actual campaign page. When doing it from a campaign list, there are multiple steps that seem unnecessary.

  3. Would like a notes option for each Profile Type so that you can add a little history about what your intention behind the profile type was. Could also help with old profile types that were integrated from FIMS that are listed a little differently in CSuite.

  5. Ability to attach a PDF of an email (or any document) to Notes. Then full context to note is readily available to all users. If this were implemented, a note is created with coding etc. , add a one line summary followed by "see attached"

  6. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  7. The grant card template (giving card acknowledgement/receipt, not tax receipt) is available as a template and can be sent manually from the donor's grant card page, but the process is unable to be automated.

    Donors should receive a letter letting them know how their grant card was spent. There is no reason this shouldn't be automated just like every other template. And if they aren't going to be automated, they need to at least show a timestamp after one is manually sent so that it is clear that a letter has been sent.

  9. Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.

    It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.

  10. When building a custom task report, would like "task id" to be an active link so that tasks could be easily opened and updated from the report. This is currently available for "note id" in a custom note report, but not "task id" in a custom task report.

When Checkrun is processed, C-Suite populates the next highest number check in the "What Is The First Check Number" prompt when a new check batch is created rather than the last check number used. When we converted data we had historical check number sequences higher than current check stock in use. Therefore, the wrong check number populates. Suggestion is that the system use a timestamp for the last check used rather than a sequential number currently used. There are valid reasons historical check numbers would fall out of sequence.Check, First Check, Checkrun, Check Batch, Confirm and Post Checks, Check Run

  12. Historical reconciliations currently aren't available for closed accounts. I have to reopen the account in order to download the reconciliations. It would be nice if there were history reports for closed account reconciliations.

  13. When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

  14. I would like at least the option to remove the Campaign Category name from the event registration process. We use campaign categories for internal organization and do not want/need them on the public-facing page.

  15. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

  16. I want to be able to send event ticket receipts in bulk if the donations are manually entered. The option to download/print/email the ticket receipt as a pdf could be useful.

    When filtering to a Donation Campaign Custom Report, we have the option to print Yearly Tax Receipts, the option to print Event/Campaign specific receipts from the left-hand menu would be AWESOME!

  17. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  18. Our development team would love to have a way within the system to track future funds that are coming once we receive estate gifts. (i.e., we already have a fund agreement, but there are no assets that have been transferred). To me, this sounded like asking for the fund equivalent of pledge vs. promise within the system.

    They suggested adding a designation in the system as part of the "open" or "closed" options (maybe "future" or "inactive") so the information could already be entered and tracked within the system. This would streamline info instead of using spreadsheets or other tracking…

    This sounds like a great question for Compass! I have seen a lot of clients use Opportunities for this. You can create an opportunity for the profile and tie a fund beneficiary to the Opportunity. The Fund is created and added to a "legacy" fund group that can be moved once the estate gift is received.


    The Opportunitiy is created (titled Bequest Expectancy - or similar) with the following stages:

    1. Open
    2. Bequest Documented
    3. Realization Notification
    4. In Process
    5. Closed


  19. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  20. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.
