  1. Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

  2. I would like to add the capability to include the employee named that a task is shared with when an opportunity task is created so that both team members can share accountability for the outcome. We use this information in our development meetings and have a custom report created. It would be great to add this to our report to help with assignments.

  3. I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!

  4. Household is setup with members but the members, in the profile module, do not have profile links setup, for instance SPOUSE. Would be great to be able to bulk update the members to automatically assign a profile link to the members instead of manually adding.

  5. Currently you can only send an electronic payment notification to one email that is identified in the profile. We have had requests from vendors/grantees that the notification be sent to two or more emails.

  6. After posting fund fees, please allow for an export of the transaction detail. Currently once can only copy the detail and paste into excel in order to then be able to sort and analyze the data for volume of income from different fund types - an important part of my analysis, as I want to see how much partially-endowed funds are providing in comparison to fully endowed & non-endowed funds, as it's the most popular segment but the most active & unpredictable in terms of contributions and granting. Have an export will help immensely.

  7. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

  8. Please can you consider adding a financials tab to organisation profiles where we can upload relevant information such as revenue, expenses, net income, assets, liabilities, net assets for an organisation. And if we could add/filter by financial year, that would be super.

  9. When reviewing files in a fund, it would be nice to bulk checkmark attachments as Yes to Share. Currently, it is only done one by one and it takes you to a different screen after marking Yes to share for every file.

  14. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  15. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

  16. On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

  19. Would love to allow people sign up to our Newsletter Campaign from our website.

    Currently I've set up a separate event campaign that I will be linking to from our website to but it looks a bit weird as the form is meant for a "ticket" and it will require us to transfer profiles from one campaign to another.

  20. For quick reference it would be nice to see all grants made by a fund on their profile page, similar to a donations on the donors page. Please consider adding a tab to see grant history.

    From the left side menu of the Fund, their is a history option.  From that screen, you can select the Grant amount and get a historical list of all the grants.  There is also an option in reports to display all grants.  Select reports, grants, then the relative date of all.
