  2. When adding an Auction to a Campaign, you are currently only able to enter one account # (I add Auction Non-Deductible). Due to this the donation portion does not go to the correct fund. I have to manually go in and override each donation portion from contribution to Auction Deductible.

  4. Ability to add a grantee as a beneficiary to a fund more for more than once would be helpful. We have several funds in which the same grantee is designated for two very different purposes and different percentages. The current text field isn't large enough to account for multiple purposes, and having two separate line items would create the individual spendable grants when creating them in bulk, which would be extremely helpful.

  5. It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.

  6. In Tax Receipt Template Logic, currently "Payment Type" is assigned the most points. It would make more sense that a the Fund assigned to the template get the most points. Funds often have nuances that need to be addressed in the tax receipt, and the current value system does not easily or simply allow for that.

  7. May I suggest when looking through a household (or any) profile, in the Donor tab & Donations bucket, the sections for "Donations (Household And Members)" and "Advised Donations (Household And Members)" be flipped so that it is in alphabetical order?

    We initially couldn't find the section with a member with a long Donation list

  8. When creating a donation, I would love to have the option to drag my attachment directly into that page before having to process the donation.

    I currently have to process the donation, then go into attach file and pull in my attachment there, and to finish up with posting it. It would simplify things for my workflow to just be able to drag my attachment into the screen where I'm creating a new donation. (We attach a copy of the check for all donations)

  9. For the new CRA Reporting function, running a T3010 report of grantees does not include schools. We issue our scholarships directly to the universities, so we need the report to include these payments.

    I thought when I ran it initially the schools were there, but running it now for our auditors, they are not. A fix would be great, thanks!

  10. When a grantee updates their contact information in GLM, it would be nice if that information would sync over to CS either automatically or into a queue to be accepted or ignored. That way both systems are showing the same information and grantees/students can update their information in a way that reflects across all systems.

It would be most helpful, on the budget entry screen, if the 3 columns on the left that identify the individual accounts (Type, Account, and the Account Name) remained in view as one scrolls to the right across to different departmental budgets. We run 5 organizations, each with a multitude of active funds, and it's quite difficult to isolate a certain GL for entry within a fund that's a far distance to the right across the funds list.

  14. Not all donations going to a particular fund have the same fee associated so we aren't able to set an admin fee to the fund. We'd like the ability to set fees on each donation, pledge, or promise we receive.

  15. Add bulk option to 'Set Notify' on a custom report so that a profile type can be used to isolate only main advisors on funds to receive the notifications. Currently, only option is to bulk add 'Set Notify' on the fund advisor page which would add the notification to all advisors on every fund.

  16. Is there a way to get Profiles that start with a numerical name to appear in the search i.e.Street address as the name of the ORG? When I enter the number, I only get system id numbers to appear in the search.

  17. Including the organization contact label field in the pledge reminder template would be highly beneficial.
    Currently, the template displays the donor's name "(organization)" without providing the primary contact's full name field.
    It shows:
    Foundation Name
    address1, 2
    City, State, Zip

  18. May we request that transactions with net zero dollar amounts (e.g. admin fees posted to accounts nested in a Pooled Asset investment strategy) be not displayed, and required to be checked off, on the bank reconciliation screens.
    Currently, checking/clearing a net zero dollar amount transaction also affects the Deposits/Bank Credits and Checks/Bank Debits subtotals on the bank reconciliation screens which eliminates a valuable tool for accounting professionals. Thank you.

  19. You can set a primary contact for an organization. But there is no way to pull that into a report. We prefer not to set the contact on the actual organization profile because it then prints that name on a check. There is no way to pull primary contact as a field in a report. It would be great if this was a reportable field so we can create effective and efficient contact lists.

  20. The basic functionality is there to send an email to a vendor when a Check is posted; however, it doesn't allow us to indicate whether the payment was made electronically. In fact, we only need these to go out if payment is electronic to serve as a remittance notice. The PDF version of the Check that is currently attached to the email references "Check" and the Fund which is not helpful to the vendor. We are not able to modify it. Suggesting (1) the ability to modify the attached "Check" and (2) designate two different email bodies, one for electronic…
