  1. Please add the ability to dedupe by address and also by "similar" name. Right now, the dedupe feature will not allow us to dedupe by address. That needs to be added. Also, the majority of dupes in organizations systems are not there because the are exact matches, they are there because of small differences. Such as Robert vs Bob Smith or 106 10th Avenue vs 106 Tenth Ave. I have worked with many other CRM's that could detect "similar profiles" (i.e. the name is slightly different but the address is the same, etc.) and offer them up for suggestions for…

  2. A simple idea that would help us a lot is to have checkboxes for alerts of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc when creating profiles. A step better would be receiving an email with this alert . Would be much easier than setting a task for each date for every profile .

    You could create a report with a relative date filter that is sent to your email. That might help with this request!

  4. When a grant is created with multiple installments, it only shows the total grant amount on the fund statements with no option to show the grant activity over the years/quarters.

  5. Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

  7. Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

  9. I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system. If we then have to answer any questions that require us to be logged into CSuite ourselves, the portal user has to wait while the customer service…

  10. When posting/approving grants, if there are no more grants to be reviewed, why do we have to then click to return to the grant you just approved? This extra step will really make a difference in Q4 when we're posting several hundred grants.

  13. Would really like to be able to process payroll through CommunitySuite, either by adding a payroll module to the system or by integrating CommunitySuite with a payroll solution so that would automatically push over the JEs they need to account for payroll each pay period.

  14. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  15. The new functionality for linking more than one individual to an org profile is great! But we need the ability to report on it. This is a huge help in creating mailing lists, but we can't use it if we can't report on it. Thanks!

  18. For the new portal I know you're able to login and view all of the funds you are a fund advisor for and then click into that funds overview. Say I am a fund advisor for a few Library funds in the area, is there a way to have one page that shows the summary of each fund? To view them all together?

    There is an option to create an Affiliate profile, then add funds to the affiliate and add to a Fund Advisor. Detailed instructions can be found in this help article: https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409824568599-Affiliate-Portal

  19. When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

  20. We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.
