I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  3. An option for users to select multiple fields (radio buttons/checkboxes) rather than just searching for a fund.

    So, the checkboxes could allow a user to select two different service areas and filter the funds that way.

    Anything in the works for filtering funds?

  4. The profile "created date" is one of the most important filters - please add so we don't have to use a custom report. This will help us spot dupes quicker!

  5. There should be an additional confirmation step for the "Cancel" option in the bank reconciliation. I lost an entire bank rec with 1 accidental click.

  6. Capacity to share notes between profiles would be awesome.

    Example 1: Fundraising visit with a particular business. Visit notes could go on the business profile, but the note could "tag" additional profiles, such as the business staff members present at the meeting.

    Example 2: We utilize notes to capture obituary information. Family members could be "tagged" on the note in order to share the information across profile records, rather than repeating the obit note several times. One entry, several tags = awesome!

Please add a notification of some kind when a csuite profile's address, phone, email has been updated due this updated information provided in GLM (and vice versa; when GLM is changed due to csuite change) We are finding this out after the fact and GLM contact information has overridden existing intentional csuite profile information. If we received notice when the data update happens, we can make an informed decision for data accuracy.

  9. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  10. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  11. I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

  12. Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. We want to keep the option for a DONOR…

  14. Would you please consider adding a sort option or categories for events? We have events for NonProfit Professionals, Donors, Development Officers etc and it would be nice to be able to group them together for ease of viewing and registering.

  15. We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

  17. Currently any tribute created is made public immediately. This leads to a lot of clean-up later. Could tributes be made private by default or could we have a setting that makes this an option?

  18. When moving a profile from 'inactive' to 'active', it is currently required to then click Clear 'do not mail', 'do not email', and 'do not call'. These steps do not remove 'inactive' from the address, email, and phone fields. It's then required to remove 'inactive' from these 3 fields. This should automatically happen when moving the profile from 'inactive' to 'active'.

  19. When creating a profile the State should always be capitalized. The system puts it in lower case. Would be great if it was automatically uppercase as it should be.

  20. It would be nice to have a field enabling the creation of a formula that checks whether the grant advisor is part of a household or not in the Grant Letter template. If yes, it will pull the household label instead of the individual advisor label field.
