In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Catalog Request Form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a NPO copmleting the form must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be helpful if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

    Currently, if they click the "next" button without completing ALL the required fields, it just clears out the form. Would also be helpful if we could add sub-directions for each field. For instance, put "max 200 characters" as sub-directions for…

  2. Please allow for the serial number functionality that can be enabled for tax receipts to also be an option for tribute notifications. At this time, what is sent out for the tribute notification is not captured in the system (the "receipt" PDF specifically).

    Currently, CSuite allows for tax receipts to be serialized. It would be amazing if the Tribute Notifications allowed for this as well to see what was sent out and when.

  4. Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

  5. We need to be able to have more than one Event Ticket Tab Name. We have 19 affiliates so it is not uncommon to have more than one event with tickets for sale happening at any given time. It would be nice if this Event Ticket Tab Name was somehow tied to the actual Campaign, this way for each affiliate, their event tickets for multiple events would each have their own tab name.

  6. We utilize the parent and child org relationship quite a bit in our system. In CSuite, when you review a parent org's grant history, all grants received by both the parent and child are listed. It does not appear to do the same within the portal. When the advisor for the parent org logs in, only those grants received by the actual parent are listed. This means a separate log in would be required for each profile within the parent/child family....and often this would be the same person. It would be great that a single log in as the parent…

In the Giving Hub on the individual fund's donation page, we'd like to add a label that allows us to specify that the person whose contact information and picture showing is the fund's main contact (or as we call it, "Fund Liaison". That way someone from the public can know why the person's contact information and picture is showing.

  8. We are thrilled to have the ability for our fund advisors to search Candid. However, there are still too many clicks in the process and it is buried. Our donors don't want to think about whether a grantee is already in the One Valley database or not. Please make Candid the default search for "search for a new grantee". Or let us choose that as a setting. If the fund advisors add an org that is already in our database, it is easy to manage through the CSuite grant request bucket. This would simplify things for our advisors.

  9. In the new portal if Grant Request is turned on the Create Grant Request button displays on all the pages - which is great. However, there is a Grant Request item in the left Nav bar that is VERY CONFUSING. This does not navigate to anything useful, it's a list of past grants, that is already available on the Grants nav page. Please remove this Nav item and simply toggle the Create Grant Request button on or off depending on the system settings for this.

  10. The check register needs to include all check numbers, even "combined' checks. If there are multiple distributions to one recipient, the field is left blank. The check number should print, even if there are multiple of the same check numbers.

  11. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  12. It's great that pledge balance is available in list view, but I would love to either be able to export that table to excel and/or be able to pull that same information into a pledge report.

  13. Please include the Fund name/short name on the Pay Vouchers screen. I want to double check that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund when paying multiple amounts from multiple funds to the same recipient.

    We have multiple people enter the vouchers/grants and the person approving them doesn't always check the attached/uploaded files to make sure the amount is distributing from the correct fund.

    When I write the check, I need confidence that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund. I have the supporting documentation printed and in front of me when writing checks.

  16. We report out two figures to our fund holders – the value of the gift (as calculated by the average of the high and low values) and then the amount actually booked to their fund (the amount the stock sold for). Our donors expect to see both these values on their tax receipts, so now we are inputting this number manually, which increases our margin for error. Please bring back the sold amount field for tax receipts.

  17. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.

  18. Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

  19. It's great when we realize we posted a gift to the wrong donor (happens a few times during our Annual Give Day). While it's easily corrected, could there be a warning that you must also Edit the General Ledger information. This is a two part process.

  20. Profile Fund Relationships - I see that the fund names are alpha order, but the relationship Categories are not. We often have more than one relationship per fund. Can you also put the Categories in alpha order? It would greatly help readability.
