Grants On Hold In More Buckets - Approval & Voucher
It would be nice in C-Suite to be able to put a grant On Hold in the Approval and Voucher buckets in addition to the New bucket. The New bucket has not yet booked an expense to the General Ledger and often we want to book the expense but still prevent the grant from being paid for various reasons.

Display default payment type when entering grant
There should be a way to know that a grantee is set up to receive ACH payments while you are entering the grant. Right now I have to go all the way back to the profile to see if they are ACH. This would help when choosing what letter template to use.

Admin Fee Edit
It would be very helpful to be able to edit the calculated admin fees prior to posting. Similar to how distributions/spending calculations can be edited prior to posting.

Fields available for Bulk Update/Import/Delete on Records
It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)
Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

I would like to be able to see who has been a Fund Advisor for a specific fund over the course of time.

Print/Generate Fund Statements grouped by Fund Advisor/Individual
Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…

investment strategy: option set a dollar amount
It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

Change Fund Group at a Point in Time
For audit purposes, it would be helpful to be able to change a fund group type at a point in time instead of changing all of history. We have memorial funds that come in as "Unrestricted" but turn into restricted scholarship funds (or others). When we change the fund group it changes the data for all of time which makes our ending balances for PY not match beginning balances in terms of audit categories.
Right now we are closing the memorial funds completely and opening a new scholarship fund but this has us lose the donor/donation history for the fund.

Beneficiary "On hold" or Inactive
Allow for making a distribution to a Beneficiary on a fund "on hold" so that it will not be created when spendable grants are done. we have many funds that have beneficiaries as part of their fund agreement but the distribution is on hold for various reasons (the fundholders desire the fund to get to a certain level before making distributions, the fund is waiting for proceeds from life insurance, etc.). But we would like to have the beneficiary information created on the fund so it can easily be "activated" when the hold is removed.

Sort feature in Till
It would be incredibly helpful if there was a sort feature in the till. I would love a sort feature to organize gift id numbers in order. During my busy season, this was a huge, time-consuming headache. I resorted to using Ctrl + F to locate all the gift numbers that I needed in my deposit.

Notification for Approval Requester
Currently there is no automatic notification to notify the user that their request for approval is approved. Normally the personal with approval authority is very busy. The extra time spent to send an email confirming the request has been approved is very inefficient. Please add automated approval notifications so the staff requesting approval can be ready for the next step in their process.

Attached files sorted most recent at the top (or options to select sort).
It would be helpful to see most recent activity at the top of the attached files instead of having to scroll down to the bottom or have an option to sort by whatever column you'd like.

Opportunity Tasks Notes Need to Show Up on the Fund
When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

Admin Fee Report/Audit Support
When generating the admin fees, I would like to see the total calculation that the fee is being processed on. It shows in a description box but not in a column on it's own (nor does it show the total). Would be very helpful to make sure fees are calculating on portfolio balances accurately. This was something that FIMS included on their admin fee report, it showed both the full portfolio balance along with the fee column.

The ability to inactivate a scholarship to remove it from the scholarship list.
If a scholarship is retired or no longer being used, the ability to inactivate it would be helpful. This would allow that list of scholarships in the scholarships menu to just reflect active scholarships.

Enable Custom Account Types
The ability to create additional account types would be a huge timesaver. The Account Types offered currently are too few in number and can't possibly align with the account types (or groupings) of the typical user. Custom account types would also simply the process of creating financial views.

One Log In Across Foundant Platforms
It's pretty frustrating for folks to have to remember all their passwords across C Suite / GLM / SLM / Compass and Idea Lab. Especially when they don't all update on the same schedule. Would be great to have some synching of the platforms.

Bank Reconciliation with Outstanding Items List
It would be nice on the bank reconciliation to show a list of outstanding items with the totals at the bottom of the bank reconciliation, so it's a complete report which will tie into the Balance Sheet.

Turn off notifications when deactivating CSuite user
When we "Make Inactive" a CSuite user when an employee leaves, it should automatically turn off any notifications to that user.
Currently, we have to remember that a person is receiving "grant request notification" emails for example, and uncheck the box manually BEFORE deactivating the user, or else those emails will continue. Worse, when you go to see whether they are included in the list of people receiving this notification, their name won't even appear... which requires you to reactivate the user just to be able to turn the notifications off.
It's nice when you don't have to do these…
