Donor Portal: Do not require phone number on grant request
It would be helpful if the "phone" field in the grant request section of the donor portal was not required, similar to "email." Donor advisors are unable to enter a grant for a new organization if they don't have a phone number of if the donor advisor doesn't know the phone number.

Allow Donors to Add Grant Contact/Address in Portal
I have had Fund Advisors using the portal request the ability to see an existing grantees address when requesting a new grant to know if they need to update the mailing address. They also would like to add a "Contact Name".
Could you add a drop down allowing them to select the grantees address (from existing profile addresses) once you select the organization and/or add a new one if applicable?

salutation/mailing label auto fill
Salutation/mailing label areas of Profile set to auto fill. When entering a profile, it would be helpful to have these auto fill rather than entering each time. Then they could be overridden based on if the profile needs a change. Such as instead of Mr. and Mrs. Jones, override to Bill and Mary.

Make spendables a field in both the Fund Summary dashboard and the custom reports
We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.
It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.
However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.
Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.
Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

Destination funds for internal grants named on fund statements
We just realized that when we pull fund statements, the grantee for internal grants is listed as our Foundation rather than the destination funds. We want the donors to know their grants went into the correct funds, so we'll have to hand write the destination funds on all the paper statements. It would be great if fund statements could name the destination funds for internal grants.

Recurring Grants - Donor Portal View
When donors submit a recurring grant through the portal, the request itself is listed in their grant history, in addition to each grant distribution. If we enter the recurring grant through CSuite, they do not see any indication that the grant is recurring in the donor portal.
We would love for donors to see a similar record when we create a recurring grant to when they submit a recurring request, indicating that we have entered the grant as recurring, with the amount, frequency, and start date, as well as max recurrences.

Give foundations the option for fund statements to sort by either fund advisor or fund.

Link one note to multiple profiles or funds
Often times, we have to copy the same note to multiple profiles or funds because either there were multiple contact people for one fund or there was one contact person for multiple funds. Right now the only way to show up in multiple places is to copy the note.

On fund statement templates, be able to pull the fund advisor name and company in a normal usage AND SALUTATION.

Donor/Fund Advisor Portal Donate Tab
Currently the "Donate" tab in the Donor Portal shows the name of the individual's fund and any funds we are promoting. We like the option to promote several funds, however, the donor's fund gets lost in that page as it just appears alphabetically. We would love the option to float their fund to the very top so it's easier to find.

Refer to GL for Grant Summary Screen
It would be great if the grant summary screen on a grantee profile showed grants made based on the GL instead of based on payments made. Currently, mult-year grants won't show in this area until all payments have been made. So a grant made in 2018 with payments in 2018 and 2019 won't show in the 2018 grant summary column until the final payment is made in 2019. Change Grantee in Grant Request to internal fund
After a grant request has come over from the portal and is in the new bucket, we have the option to change the grantee. However, this only allows us to select a grantee profile and does not include any of our internal foundation funds. It would be nice if there was also the option to change the grantee to a foundation fund and process as an internal grant. Thanks for considering!

We recently invested in an impact investment where we have a portion of $ in a mortgage. We earn interest and principal repayments monthly but only receive the funds 2 a year. I would like to book the monthly int earned and reduce the principal by the amount owed and set up a receivable for the twice a year payment. I was looking to the add int/fees to book the income no problem but how can I reduce the principle balance and set up the receivable other than booking journal entries. The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

Campaigns and Opportunities Flag When Entering Donation
When a donation is entered into the system, it would be helpful if any campaigns or opportunities associated with that profile were displayed, so that the gift can be properly credited. There could be an alert that displays as soon as the profile is chosen, if the profile is connected to a campaign or opportunity. This would be a big help when tracking the success of a mailing campaign, for instance.
