  2. In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.

  5. Currently the fund steward merge field returns the name formatted as "Last Name, First Name", which is not useful when using it on fund statements or other templates. Please create an option where it appears correctly.

  7. It would be nice to have the Fund field on Opportunities to be able to link to multiple funds. We have several donors with more than one fund, and opposed to setting up an opportunity for each fund, we'd like to have one opportunity for stewardship per profile.

  8. It is incredibly difficult to share reports. It is cumbersome and inefficient to share reports without a hyperlink. Please make individual reports able to share via hyperlink - thanks!

  9. Add three new features in opportunities, that would allow us to (1) merge Deed of Gift templates with data (much like the send letter field does now), (2) create the fund in CSuite, and (3) have the notes carry forward from opportunities to the new fund profile.

    Ideally, we would have these additional fields in the opportunity that we currently use in creating a fund related to the Deed of Gift in the opportunity:
    - Name [of fund]
    - Group
    - Division
    - Internal Description [which we use for the Fund Purpose]

  10. Allow Potential Duplicates to be separated by type of profile: for example separate potential duplicate org profiles from potential duplicate individual profiles. In the screenshot included, you'll see individuals and orgs are in the same list.

  11. There is a workflow that will give the fund advisor access to view grant documents that are shared with them.

    When the grant is created from a request, you can share the uploaded file with the advisor by marking the document as Shared. Once it’s shared at the grant level, the fund advisor will be able to see and open that file when they pull up the grant in the portal.

    This same functionality is needed for Vouchers. The advisor submits the voucher with the voucher request but then can no longer see the documentation once it becomes a voucher.

  13. Hi, it would be great if we could pull the grant template/document name field from the grant report. We need to be able to filter by this field in the merge file so we can print four different cover letters.

  14. Currently there is no ability to easily record and report on GST which is a statutory requirement in Australia. There are workarounds, however it would be a significant improvement if there were tax codes created which could then be reported on.

  15. Currently, when a file is shared, it's only shared to the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to see some file sharing options where we can choose where we would like to share the file to, and allowing to share to multiple areas. For example:
    1. Share to Advisor Portal
    2. Share to Grantee Portal
    3. Share to Donor Portal
    4. Share to Fund Profile
    5. Share to Profile

    We have started to send Welcome Letters from Opportunities. When we share the auto attached welcome letter, we would typically share this on the Advisor Portal and the Fund profile.

  17. Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

  20. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

    With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.

    This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.
