  2. We'd love the ability to move the search for a fund bar to the bottom of the page. This isn't where we want donors to focus and having it at the top isn't ideal!

  3. Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.

    For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.

    Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.

We report out two figures to our fund holders – the value of the gift (as calculated by the average of the high and low values) and then the amount actually booked to their fund (the amount the stock sold for). Our donors expect to see both these values on their tax receipts, so now we are inputting this number manually, which increases our margin for error. Please bring back the sold amount field for tax receipts.

  5. When building a report from Home> Logs, profile hyperlinks are active. When accessing this same report from Reports, the profile hyperlinks are not active. Please make these profile hyperlinks available whether accessing the report from Home> Logs or from Reports.

  6. Love the new option to send emails to fundholders who still have grants left in their cart. Currently the only option is to send emails to all fundholders on list. Is there a way to select individual donors who would be receiving the email?

  7. It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.

    Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

  8. When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

  9. When the profile of a Nonprofit Organization is edited, it would be awesome to have some sort of reminder that there is a Nonprofit profile associated with it that may also need to be updated. For example, if an organization profile has a new primary contact and it is also tagged as a nonprofit, most of the time that means the Nonprofit profile primary contact also needs changed, since they are not linked.

  10. We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.

  11. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

  12. When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.

    Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

  14. It would be so helpful to bring some enhanced budgeting tools into CSuite.

    Currently, only one Budget is allowed per fiscal year as far as I can tell. Having the ability to populate and maintain different budget "scenarios" for each fiscal year would be amazing. The adjustment to Projected Budget seems quite limited and we are not able to "calendarize" the total adjustment or have multiple versions. With this the idea would be to apply a filter to select which "scenario" we are opting to look at for a given report with budget involved and ensure our headers reflect that…

    There is an extra step for Primary Advisors to approve a grant request that he/she has created and that is confusing to the Primary Advisor. Can it be configured differently?

    Note: This is a major competitive disadvantage for us vs Schwab, etc., and other foundations that do not use CSuite. It causes embarrassment.

  17. Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people

    There is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

  18. There should be an additional confirmation step for the "Cancel" option in the bank reconciliation. I lost an entire bank rec with 1 accidental click.

  19. In the bank reconciliation, checks paying multiple vouchers do not get matched with the csv upload and have to be reconciled manually. This makes the bank recon more time-consuming and leaves room for more errors. is there a way to fix this so that all checks get matched with the csv upload? We had over 100 checks paying multiple vouchers last month - would be great not to have to reconcile manually. Issuing several checks to the same vendor is not an option - sometimes there are dozens of vouchers linked to one check/vendor and it would make check signing…

In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)

    Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research…
