  1. We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.

    For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.

    Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

  2. Please allow for pre-built statement accounts to be selected/utilized when building out a new financial view.

    When building financial views currently, the accounts must be re-selected for each financial view when netting them together.

    Instead, it would be better if we could pick from an existing list of statement accounts as they already have the related accounts netted together and renamed. Of course, it would still be nice to have the option to choose within the financial view as well without impacting the existing statement accounts.

  3. It is very rare that a custom report needs to be shared with every employee, typically just one other person or a team. It would be very helpful to be able to select from the user list which employees you want to share with and be able to edit who you shared with at anytime. This will avoid the custom report page from getting overwhelmingly long for everyone.

  5. On the Sship ID level, add a field, or allow the description field, to move with the scholarship through to the grant/voucher process and appear in check letter.

    At this point, there is no way to communicate necessary payment instructions to schools when sending scholarship checks without a workaround that is time consuming when managing hundreds of scholarship grants in a week. At this time, the workaround is broken and is part of ticket ID #170033.

  6. When a grant is created with multiple installments, it only shows the total grant amount on the fund statements with no option to show the grant activity over the years/quarters.

  7. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

  8. When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.

    Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

  9. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  11. Would love to allow people sign up to our Newsletter Campaign from our website.

    Currently I've set up a separate event campaign that I will be linking to from our website to but it looks a bit weird as the form is meant for a "ticket" and it will require us to transfer profiles from one campaign to another.

We would like to email our yearly tax receipts to donors, but if a profile doesn't have an email the bulk job doesn't complete and all of the profiles without emails are listed so we can add an email to the profile to them run the job again for emailing receipts. In many cases we don't have the donor's email (when they mail a check for example). It would be great if the job would complete and send to those with an email and then create an 'exception report' for those without an email so we can mail those receipts…

  13. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  14. Currently any tribute created is made public immediately. This leads to a lot of clean-up later. Could tributes be made private by default or could we have a setting that makes this an option?

  17. We're running into an issue with running year over year financials for February. The system is pulling 02/28/2025 and 02/28/2024, instead of 02/29/2024. We run quite a few comparative reports and we're having to manually manipulate the 2024 column. It would be great if the engineers could fix the coding so the system would pull the month end date, rather than a set date.

  19. We have a long list of funds and so do not use the default card-style view for the Giving Hub because users have to scroll VERY far down to view all. Instead we use the "list view" for the Giving Hub, so it would be awesome if we could have fund advisors land there when they select Donate from their fund advisor portal, instead of on the card view.

  20. Please prompt the fund advisor to confirm that they want to Delete or Cancel a Grant Request before the record is deleted or cancelled. It is too easy to remove a grant request by accidentally clicking on those action choices.
