  1. We have just started using the Grant Catalog to promote challenges for some of our funds. Could we have the ability to customize the "Requested" wording on the bottom of the square that is listed in the portal or on the giving hub to something we choose? We'd love to be able to rename it to "Goal" as that better suits what we use the Grant Catalog for.

  3. Would love to have the "Reconcile List" button that takes you back to the list of reconciling accounts within the completed bank reconciliation page. As I'm now approving bank recs within CSuite, I currently have to press "Back" and then "Reconcile List" once I've approved a bank rec and I'm ready to go to another one.

  4. Add functionality to be able to bulk delete emails and/or phone #'s from a specific type of profile. Two options that will help are:
    1. add 'type of profile' to profile Download files
    2. add 'email id' as a column option in custom reports

  5. Csuite currently allows us to set a CC fee percent that donors have the option to cover when processing a donation online. It would be great if instead of a fee percentage, they could see a "live calculation" for their credit card fee. I have attached an image of another platform that uses Stripe as their payment processor and they have integrated a "live calculation" so that the donor can see a dollar amount versus a percentage.

  6. We are hoping to be able to use the portal to house donor's grant letters. I wish there was the ability put these letters on the portal with a mass upload instead of one-off via files and the share checkbox. Currently, if a donor wants to see their grant letter we either mail or email that letter, but we are hoping to encourage donors to use the portal more and having grant letters on the portal would be another customer service touchpoint to our donors.

  7. Less an idea and more an observation of inconsistencies between the online version and paper version of fund statements within the same batch that requires attention. The page count of the online statement is accurate for that statement (i.e. "1 of 5"), however the page count of the paper statement gets recalculated for the full size of the paper file (i.e. "1 of 306"), as though a new batch of statements have been generated rather than compiling the already generated individual statement PDFs into a single document. Can you fix the process for generating paper statements so that the document…

  9. We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

  10. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  11. It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

  12. Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.

    Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

  13. Please allow for the serial number functionality that can be enabled for tax receipts to also be an option for tribute notifications. At this time, what is sent out for the tribute notification is not captured in the system (the "receipt" PDF specifically).

    Currently, CSuite allows for tax receipts to be serialized. It would be amazing if the Tribute Notifications allowed for this as well to see what was sent out and when.

  14. Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

  18. We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

  19. It would be great to have Giving Hub customizations (radio buttons for instance), which can be linked to parts of the donation approval/recording process on the Finance side of the transaction.

    For instance, a radio button for Endowed/Spendable that allows donors desiring for a donation to be flowed through to their Spendable balance, which is linked to the Spendable checkbox in the transaction record.

    An option to split the donation between Endowed and Spendable would be great too.

  20. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.
