  1. Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.

    We would like the ability to:

    1. Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.

    2. Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).

    3. Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.

  2. Would be nice to setup a default "theme" with colors/fonts/etc. that could be applied to all dashboard (for example, if time is taken to align the theme with organization brand)

  4. Recently a donor opened a new fund in honor of someone's 90th birthday. They asked that we hold notifying the honoree until after their birthday so it would be a surprise about the new fund.

    Unfortunately there wasn't a way to stop a donor from automatically sending the email. I would like an option to edit/approve these email messages rather than them automatically sending.

  5. We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.

    Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?

  6. Not too long ago they have us the ability to add a file to a note - this is super helpful because we can often attach email correspondences without junking up the "Files" tab with so many attachments.

    HOWEVER - you can only "Add File" AFTER you post the note. So many staff members have forgotten that option is available now. Please put the Add File Option to the Add Note screen so we can attach at note creation.

  8. Sometimes fund advisors choose to make grants anonymous on a grant by grant basis, but may not remember which ones or want to see which ones they did. If that could be a visible field on the portal - if a grant was anonymous, and allow fund advisors to filter for those that would be a helpful feature. Currently they have to request that information from us.

  9. Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

  10. I would love to be able to bulk edit nonprofit radial buttons, categories and status. I am spending all day today checking boxes when it could be done in literally 10 minutes. Please consider this for future users!

  11. We would like the ability to select the Scholarship Letter that is supposed to be used on the scholarship record level. Currently you can set the Scholarship Award Letter, but not the letter itself. This functionality is available on the grant level.

    We have different scholarships that utilize different Scholarship Letter templates (for letters to the school), that are processed on the same day. Currently, our only way to adjust the template is to go into the documents (once posted), change the default template in templates, and then regenerate the documents for specific check batches.

  13. It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

  15. We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.

    1. Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
    2. Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
    3. Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
    4. If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

  16. Currently there are very few options for tracking fund advisor activity via the log. The provided columns, after filtering for fund advisor in the profile "Login Log" on sidebar, indicate very generic info such as Timestamp, IP address, 2-factor authentication, logout or locked out notification, error message (such as invalid password), if a team member signed in as a proxy to view a fund(s) in the portal, and location.

    From a marketing perspective, we would be interested in knowing not only who and when, but other potential "clicks" or "views" such as for resources/documents (ie: fund statements or other shared…

  17. It would be great if an affiliate/supporting organization that's set up with online fund advisor portal access could make internal grant requests to their own affiliate/supporting org funds. When I login in as a fund advisor and go to create a grant request on the portal and go to previous grantee or fund, it only lists non affiliate/non supporting org funds because those are marked as private so they don't show on our org's main online donation page. However it would be nice if affiliate/supporting org fund advisors could request internal grants to other funds within that affiliate/supporting org group.…

  19. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  20. I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you
