  1. When importing grants you currently can not import into the payment date field. I would like this field to be added as an import option. If we want to book a years worth of grants when the request is received but schedule grants to go out each month, we now need to manually change the payment date for each grant. This is very tedious and would be great if we could just schedule the grant date and payment date in the import template.

  3. We have a long list of funds and so do not use the default card-style view for the Giving Hub because users have to scroll VERY far down to view all. Instead we use the "list view" for the Giving Hub, so it would be awesome if we could have fund advisors land there when they select Donate from their fund advisor portal, instead of on the card view.

  4. Please prompt the fund advisor to confirm that they want to Delete or Cancel a Grant Request before the record is deleted or cancelled. It is too easy to remove a grant request by accidentally clicking on those action choices.

  5. When you change the Navigation or Tab, these changes should extend to the title on the page. For example, currently if you change the left side navigation "Donations" to "Gifts", Donations will still show on the inside of the page above the listing of the gifts.

  8. When a fund advisor is looking at the FUND SUMMARY page and Recent Grants, the list of Recent Grants that displays on this page is a maximum of 20 grants. It’s not a list determined by a lookback of a month or anything that seems to make sense, in fact an advisor of ours made a bunch of grants on the same date and this list was only showing some of them, which led her to believe that not all of them had gone through.   11. It would be great to have a return check feature. When you complete a bank deposit and a check gets return, there needs to be a way to show that check was deposited but returned. The current way requires you to unpost and delete the check/donation. This is problematic especially when crossing months and the reconciliations don't match your bank statement.

  12. Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

  13. When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.

  14. Please add the option to save changes made to the Report Columns options when on the Print screen in Financial Reporting. The new changes made in Financial reporting allow for additional print options, but it is not possible to save these changes for future use. Please provide the option to save these changes so they can be loaded when re-running these financial reports in the future.

  15. When reviewing stock sales the screen shows the list initial value of the securities with a total. The sales history on the same screen shows the net deposit without a total. Can you add a total so we can tie out to the net deposit?

  16. In the portal, a donor has asked if we can give him some way to see who is allowed to make a grant request on a fund. For example, the Fund Advisor would allow their children to make grant requests, and they want to see that list of people when he looks at this fund. Quentin said that this isn't currently a feature on the portal, but you can see the list of advisors when you look at grants that have already been created (in the grants tab).

  17. Now there is no Bi-weekly interval when creating recurring voucher. It would be greatly helpful to have that for organization that do bi-weekly salaries.

  18. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  19. When a donor makes a tribute gift online via Stripe and does not elect to notify someone, all available template fields begin with capitalized "In Honor/Memory of MB". There is no option for "MB" (honoree name only) or "in honor of MB" (lower case "i" and "h/m").

    This makes things difficult for us because we want to mention the tribute in the automatically system-generated acknowledgement letter back to the donor, and it looks awkward with the capitalization.

    Would it be possible to add at least one template field with either the honoree name only OR lower case "in honor of"?…

  20. On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.
