  2. We are hoping to be able to use the portal to house donor's grant letters. I wish there was the ability put these letters on the portal with a mass upload instead of one-off via files and the share checkbox. Currently, if a donor wants to see their grant letter we either mail or email that letter, but we are hoping to encourage donors to use the portal more and having grant letters on the portal would be another customer service touchpoint to our donors.

  3. Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

  4. Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.

    Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

  7. Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

  8. Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

  10. Please allow the address of a nonprofit to be unlisted on the directory. We have organizations who work from a home and they don't want their street address to be public. Since it pulls from their main profile, there isn't a way to hide it without hiding it from all purposes.

  11. In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.

  12. When grants are being processed, it would be nice to either show on the screen their most recent grants, or even have a pop up for grants that are very similar. (same date, same grantee, same amount, etc)

Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.

  14. In the portal, a donor has asked if we can give him some way to see who is allowed to make a grant request on a fund. For example, the Fund Advisor would allow their children to make grant requests, and they want to see that list of people when he looks at this fund. Quentin said that this isn't currently a feature on the portal, but you can see the list of advisors when you look at grants that have already been created (in the grants tab).

  15. Now there is no Bi-weekly interval when creating recurring voucher. It would be greatly helpful to have that for organization that do bi-weekly salaries.

  16. It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

  17. Candid (GuideStar) asks non-profits to provide a list of grants data annually. They use a specific template (attached). It would be helpful to have a default report already created so that we can generate the information more easily and consistent with their template.

  18. In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.

  19. I like leveraging the custom fields to customize the platform to meet our needs. However, sometimes there are a lot of custom fields on the object. I try to group them by naming the field. Example: Presentations - Audience, Presentations - Description etc on opportunities to have a section of custom fields that are related to custom fields. Rather than having to have all of these longer names, it would be helpful if we could have custom field groups to begin to organize this information. Or to even designated tabs in the custom field section so we can flip through…

  20. Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).
