  1. On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.

  5. Can we add sponsored org to the profile of a organization. This would be helpful so if we create a check for an org, that sponsor automatically goes on the check and gets paid. This will also help with record keeping when we pay grantees.

  6. When the profile of a Nonprofit Organization is edited, it would be awesome to have some sort of reminder that there is a Nonprofit profile associated with it that may also need to be updated. For example, if an organization profile has a new primary contact and it is also tagged as a nonprofit, most of the time that means the Nonprofit profile primary contact also needs changed, since they are not linked.

  10. Currently there is no ability to easily record and report on GST which is a statutory requirement in Australia. There are workarounds, however it would be a significant improvement if there were tax codes created which could then be reported on.

  12. Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

  14. Beneficiary and Additional Beneficiaries can be added, but they seem to be underneath the incorrect section. These fields are included under the "add opportunity tasks" rather than the actual opportunity itself. This gives the false impression that this field will be visible on Tasks, when in reality it won't.

  15. It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

  17. The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

  19. Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.

    We would like the ability to:

    1. Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.

    2. Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).

    3. Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.

  20. We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves.
