  1. It would be helpful if the sandbox feature that prevented anyone but the creator of a grant from approving the grant was turned off.

    I struggle to understand why would preventing other people from posting my grants help in training?
    If the intent is for a user to be able to approve their own grant, CSuite offers a togglable setting that provides for this. Hard coding sandbox to prevent any user other than the creator of the grant from approving the grant is an un-necessary restriction.

  2. When trying to see a full picture of a donor and upcoming tasks, it would be nice to see future Opportunity tasks on the profile. Right now, I have to open the Opportunity to see if there is a future task set (or search All Tasks) and it would be nice if it were just to appear on the profile as a future task.

  3. Allow public facing campaigns to display similar to Fund listings. The Header and body text have a large amount of space between them. Feels like a mistake visually like something is missing. It gives the graphic designer in me the twitches. Examples below.

  5. The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

  6. We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level.   7. It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

  8. It would be great to have more options for running batches of fund statements that do not belong to the same group, subgroup, or segment. For example, pulling fund statements based on Fund IDs (Funit ID) would be extremely helpful.

  10. It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

  11. Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.

  12. I posted on this topic back in October and recently the Foundant folks said it was implemented in the new version of the portal. But the way it was implemented doesn't really fit with what our fund advisors are looking for, so I'm giving it another shot! We've tested the "Show Donor Portal Investments" option in our sandbox and it does not provide the activity we want to share, or that our fundholders are interested in. They're looking for net investment activity for the most recent month available.

  13. Our fund advisors would really like to see support fees (aka admin fees) on the Fund Summary page. Currently the only way we can report the fees assessed to their fund on a quarterly basis is by producing a statement of activity. Including this information on Fund Summary would provide a clearer picture of activity in their fund. Thanks!

  15. In the content settings for fund advisor emails, the only field we've ever had to use for an employee name is {{employee_name}}. That formats the name as last name, first name. We'd like it to show as first name last name, like John Doe instead of Doe, John. The only way we've been able to accomplish that is by changing employees in the system to a first name of John Doe with no last name. That works, but it's cumbersome to have some of our employees listed this way.

  16. We've come across some businesses that require an invoice prior to the purchase of a sponsorship style ticket. Currently, the only way to do this is to have the purchaser call our office, and then we can purchase the ticket for them with the "create receivable" option.

    It would be great to see an option available for purchasers to do this themselves when they navigate to an event to purchase a ticket or sponsorship ticket.

Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

  18. Provide an optional Dropdown Field on Grant Requests/Recommendations from donor-advised funds:
    - General support
    - Program support (indicate specifics in Grant Description)
    - General support for an event, no benefits are received
    - Grant is for an event, full minimum cost to attend has been already paid in full outside the DAF

  19. When importing grants you currently can not import into the payment date field. I would like this field to be added as an import option. If we want to book a years worth of grants when the request is received but schedule grants to go out each month, we now need to manually change the payment date for each grant. This is very tedious and would be great if we could just schedule the grant date and payment date in the import template.

  20. We would love to to be able to manually remove grants from fund advisor carts after several communication attempts. It looks like the only way to do this is by logging in as the fund advisor and removing it from their portal, which raises security concerns. We would like an option to be able to remove these grants on behalf of the fund advisor from the back-end of the system.
