  1. Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

  3. When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.

    Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

  4. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

  5. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  7. We use Admin Fee Group to group multiple funds by fund advisor in order to apply graduated admin fees.

    When asked to provide a financial report for a particular admin fee group or admin fee type, we currently run an admin fee export, manually isolate the applicable fee group, and then XLOOKUP financial information for each fund.

    This manual workaround is time-consuming and inefficient. Having "Admin Fee Group" and "Admin Fee Type" available as Financial Filters would streamline reporting and be a huge timesaver.

  8. When processing grants, it would be very helpful if we could assign a letter template to a specific payment type. If a default payment type is saved for a grantee, it would be great if CSuite could automatically generate the correct letter. Currently, we have to manually select the electronic payment letter when processing grants paid by ACH bank transfer.

  9. When working with Endowment Funds we have to remember to calculate the spendable balances for the fund each year. It would be great if Csuite allowed you to set a date that spendable balances were automatically calculated for you.

  10. We push people to the Portal a lot, but right now we really don’t have a good way to see how often people are actually logging in.

    We can’t easily tell who’s active, who hasn’t logged in for a while, or whether people are using the Portal the way we hope they are. Without that info, it’s hard to know what’s working, where users might be getting stuck, or how engaged our fund advisors and other users really are.

    It would be incredibly helpful if C-Suite could make basic login details—like last login date, how many times someone has logged…

  11. Please update the Voucher Refund process and the ability to edit fields. Currently when we process a refund on a Voucher, the word “Refund” is in the Description field and we are not able to update any other fields should we want to. It would be helpful if it either copied over the original description and included the word “refund” within that copied description OR if we had the ability to update it ourselves so we could reflect what the refund entailed.   12. When calculating the annual distributions for a fund, the system allows you to edit the amounts Csuite is calculating before review and posting. We often adjust the amounts for scholarship funds, new funds, etc. It would be helpful if the system would allow you to see an adjusted total before selecting review or an edit selection after review is selected. Lack of this ability causes much rework as errors happen and the entire process has to be redone.

  13. The short description and long description of a grant request on the catalog is not differentiated in any way. This looks a bit messy to the donor who may only want to glance at the short descriptions as opposed to reading the entire long description for each grant request. It would be very beneficial if there was a separation between the short description and the long description such as a line, a larger space, or even just bolding the short description and not bolding the long one.

  14. I need old events to NOT show up on the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page. See attached picture. Right now, we only have a couple years’ worth of events, but I’m worried about how long it will get once we start having more events. I’ve tried making the old events “historical” events, but they’re still showing up as available tickets to purchase.

    Additional info: I get to the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page when clicking “Buy Ticket” from a profile payment. There are both current and past events visible that have clickable ticket links.…

  15. Add organization name as a column in the charity check log to more easily confirm that the right Tax ID is in the profile. Right now, if you need to confirm that a grantee has the right Tax ID on file, you have to run a new charity check.

  16. The links and QR codes for the giving hub are available on each fund. However, exporting a full list is not available. This is a request to create an easy export or custom reporting field to get these out of the system in bulk more easily.

    Additionally, please include the affiliate funds/affiliate giving hub funds when building this out.

  17. When sending grant award letters via Email - please create a function to auto-populate the non-primary emails into the cc fields. This would save so much time and not require staff to remember and manually add ccs each time. Alert notes don't even show up in the Email Grant Documents area so there's not an easy way to be reminded of who needs to be cced. There should be an option to automatically include more than just the primary email. Please also add any cc emails sent to the log of the grant and profile. Currently only the primary email…

  19. When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

  20. Currently, when attempting to sort the stages within an opportunity, you need to use the numeric sorting method -- I believe a drag & drop option could be more impactful and user-friendly. This style of sorting is seen throughout the Csuite and would benefit opportunities.
