  1. It would be nice to be able to see any attached file for a profile record from any of the designation fields without having to change tabs. My suggestion is that the file tab has a drop down by designation so that when you are looking at a profile marked as a donor you see donor related files first, but have the option to see other related files if that donor is also a fund advisor, grantee, etc. without needing to change designations. I don't like knowing that I uploaded a file but then seeing "0" under files because I…

  2. It would be useful to have more interval options than are available for recurring grants. In particular, we would like to have an 'every other year' option.

    An archived idea once suggested a 'twice a month' interval, so other foundations do occasionally wish to set up recurring grants outside of standard intervals.

  3. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object.   4. Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have…

  6. It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.

    Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.

  7. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  8. In the old saying, "a picture says a thousand words", could pie and/or bar charts be available in the following areas:

    Balance sheet - Cash and Investments, by GL account number, be shown in a pie chart.

    Statement of Activity - Investment income items, interest income, dividend income, realized gains (losses), unrealized gains (losses) be shown by month in bar chart

    Statement of Activity - Donations/Gifts, Grants actual compared to budget be shown in a bar chart.

  9. Is there a way to have an area that shows all the tickets that still need guest information filled out?

    This isn't a huge issue on a small scale, but we have a larger event, it may be tedious to go through all the profiles and make sure they have their guest info filled out.

  10. When a task email reminder is sent from CSuite to the person the task is assigned to, can the email include the task description?

  12. Just tried copying a grant in CSuite - sweet! However, once you copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates. Also, the expense account does not transfer over. And, as we now have custom fields, any custom fields too - thanks!

  13. At our foundation we routinely have fund advisors making multi-year & multi-payment grants. How these grants are presented in the portal is slightly misleading, as it shows the full grant commitment. When fund advisors look, it requires digging into the details to see the payment schedule. This is also true for the grantee presentation in the portal. If the non-profit doesn’t look close enough, it could appear that the full commitment was paid out instead of just the 1st payment. It would help to lessen confusion for the fund holders & grantees if these grants could have the current payment…

  14. We have gift match programs going on most of the time. We need a way to check that incoming donations are all linked to the donors' pledges. Running a full donation report and whittling down to the donors who have made pledges is a time suck. I've tried writing a custom report, but there isn't a sort or field for "Pledge is Linked to Donation" or "Donation is Linked to Pledge."

    Please consider adding a "Pledge Linked" column on the Profile/Donor page. The "Pledges" tab only shows that the donor ever made a pledge, not the status of a pledge.

  15. The Donation Comment for historical donations needs to be editable just like any other closed donation. There is an [edit] link beside it, but it takes you to a 404-error page when you click it.

  16. We share the cost of SLM across Scholarship fund group and the cost of GLM across Unrestricted and Field of Interest fund groups. Currently, there's no way to RevShare an expense across FUND GROUPS nor is there a way to import long list for INTERNAL GRANTs. We have to hand enter each fund's share of the cost for ~200 funds. If one of these options was available, we'd save hours of our precious time.

    So I request:

    1) the option to RevShare across FUND GROUP

    and

    2) the ability to import for INTERNAL GRANTs

  17. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
    It would be great to have a default setting for this!!

  20. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.
