Name and Contact Information for Tickets
Allow contact information or at least guest names to be made required for registering for or buying tickets. For logistic and security reasons, we need to know who everyone attending an event is and it would be much easier to capture that information before confirming event registration.

Opportunity Assignment
When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

Opportunity Beneficiary Profile
Beneficiary and Additional Beneficiaries can be added, but they seem to be underneath the incorrect section. These fields are included under the "add opportunity tasks" rather than the actual opportunity itself. This gives the false impression that this field will be visible on Tasks, when in reality it won't.

Custom Reports: Using "And" and "Or" between multiple filters for the same report
For custom reports with multiple fields for criteria, we can currently select either "And" to exist between the filters or "Or". We'd like to be able to have a combination of "And" and "Or" between the filters within the same report.

Bulk email for grantees
I think it would be very beneficial if we could send a bulk email to grantees, and have the email save in Notes in each profile.

Add Social Media Links to Nonprofit Directory
Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.
We would like the ability to:
Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.
Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).
Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.

paid invoices bucket
The paid invoices bucket has the oldest invoice at the top rather than the most recent. Please resort this bucket so newest invoices are at the top when you open the paid invoices bucket.

Add the Ability to Reserve/Assign Incoming Grants to Staff Members
We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves. Affiliate Portal Permissions
We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Fund Statement Review Email Body
It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.

grant payment notification for scholarships
Fund Advisors of scholarship Funds do not receive email notifications when scholarships are paid, even though scholarships are paid as grants within CSuite. Please make Grant Payment Notifications apply to scholarships. I'm fielding lots of questions from anxious FA's about whether or not checks have been sent out.

Linking funds
The new updates for opportunities is great. It would be great to have the ability to add funds like you can add profiles. We have donors that have multiple funds under one agreement. But we don't have way to link the funds other than the relationship tab under fund owner.

Add dates to recorded webinars
The dates of recorded webinars/trainings are not shared. This is really confusing. I just watched one saying an update will be pushed out "next Wednesday" and I have no idea when that will be or was. Makes it hard to know when information is outdated - I don't want to waste my time watching a webinar that is no longer relevant.

Fix Must Be A Decimal Number Error
It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

Attach a file to fund statements
We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

Two individuals from the household are listed together in a single row
Hi,
Preparing profiles for screening through iWave or WealthEngine (both platforms that provide donor intelligence solutions to help organizations identify potential donors and optimize their fundraising strategies) typically takes about a month.
Why does it take that long? The software requires detailed information for both individuals in a household to be listed in the same row. This includes:
-First name, middle name, last name, nickname, and prefix
-Business details
-Phone numbers (home, mobile, and business)
-Email addresses

Tax Receipts: Separate fields for Donor profile and Donation Advisor
Please create separate tax receipt template fields for the Donation Advisor profile that mirror the currently available fields for the Donor profile (salutation, legal name, org contact label, work title, organization, recognition name, etc.). While it's helpful that the address fields beginning in "addr." will change depending on if there is a Donation Advisor applied to a particular donation, we still have to make manual updates on every tax receipt letter to correct salutations, etc. when we have a Donation Advisor applied to the donation. anonymous grant record details from portal
When a grant request is submitted through the portal and requested to be anonymous, the record that it was requested to be anonymous should carry through all stages of the grant. Currently, the grant requests in the portal tab show whether the grant is anonymous, but once the grant is created, the Online Grant Request details do not show whether or not the grant was anonymous. It would be helpful to have this here for easy reference, especially for funds that do not always send grants anonymously.
