  1. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN.   2. Automatically Populate Grantee Contact on Internal Grants:

    It would be great if the grantee contact field would automatically populate with the primary fund advisor on the recipient fund for internal grants and/or we could have a drop down menu with fund advisors to pick from, as opposed to having to manually enter the grantee contact via profile ID each time.

    This already happens for external grants-- so it would great to have the same functionality for internal grants.

  3. We love the bulk update functions in custom reports for grants. It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to bulk upload IDs and then gain access to the bulk options for grants.

    For example, we are tracking grants for Hurricane Helene, which requires pulling reports and sorting in excel. It would be worlds more efficient if we could bulk upload grant IDs to mark the custom fields on these grants at once (vs. going one at a time, incredibly time consuming during a challenging time in our state).

  4. The new Reports permission, Full Access, allows someone to delete anyone's custom reports. That should be isolated to Admins, since that's dangerous. However, without this permission, no one can schedule their own report. That's not dangerous, and I would like to give that to most anyone. Can we de-link scheduling reports from the Full Access permission?

  5. Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

  6. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  7. Please make it possible to archive old and unused admin fee types. This has been proposed many times and it keeps getting closed because it's already been implemented, which is incorrect.

    The only way to get rid of an admin fee type is if it's never been applied to a fund or used. This is the error message you get when you try to delete one: This fee type was used in 2 admin fee calculations and cannot be deleted.

  8. It would be so helpful to bring some enhanced budgeting tools into CSuite.

    Currently, only one Budget is allowed per fiscal year as far as I can tell. Having the ability to populate and maintain different budget "scenarios" for each fiscal year would be amazing. The adjustment to Projected Budget seems quite limited and we are not able to "calendarize" the total adjustment or have multiple versions. With this the idea would be to apply a filter to select which "scenario" we are opting to look at for a given report with budget involved and ensure our headers reflect that…

  9. Currently if you filter on a financial report to include/exclude a fund that is a subfund, the filtering does not apply unless the "Show Fund" and then "Show SubFund" options are expanded first. The filtering should be able to apply without needing to show the subfunds just as it applies to non-subfunds without needing to show those in the report.

  10. Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

  11. We would like the fund log to keep record of all changes made to a fund. In particular changes/removals made under the Relationship tab of a fund is useful information for our staff.

  13. The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. A simple screen asking if you want to copy this record would avoid this without causing too much…

  15. The Donation 'Display' permission allows a user to click [sent] [clear] in the Tax Receipt field enabling them to 'edit' the record. This should not be allowed when the user group only has 'Display' permission.

  16. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

  17. I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

    A rich text editor was released on 9/12/2024. Here is the release note:

    Site: Added Rich Text Editor to the email creation areas for Profiles, Grant and Scholarship documents, Invoices, grant_letter_email_body content area and Grant Catalog.

  18. When an affiliate logs into the portal and submits grant requests, the "cart" button does not appear for them. They must go to the left hand navigation to navigate to the Grant Requests page where the grants are in the cart. It would make more sense for them to have the same "cart" button appear like other funds.

  20. I created a test opportunity in the sandbox to explore the new features, including assigning a primary assignee, two additional assignees, and a professional advisor. While I appreciate the effort that went into developing these updates, I did notice something that could become problematic.

    Currently, when viewing the assignee, additional assignees, or professional advisor profle, it appears that each of them is also shown as having a duplicate opportunity identical to the donor’s. From a fundraiser's perspective, this could be quite confusing and potentially overwhelming.
