  3. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.

  4. Please make the visible on-screen Profile address fields/windows LONGER. When you are entering a particularly long address, it is difficult to keep track of what you are entering.

  5. The new "Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal" option goes to the email address login page. We would like it to go to the "?userpass=1" page instead so the fund advisor gets the username and password prompt to be more like their previous experience for ones who just bookmarked the old link. Can this be added as an option or as the default for when that option is turned on?

  6. It would be very helpful if we could bulk add year-end receipts to the portal so our fund holders can view their year-end receipt with all gifts in one receipt in one place. Fund Statements are generated and posted on the portal so it seems like the mechanics are in place to do something similar for year-end receipts. It would be great for our donors who have a fund, especially those who make multiple gifts during the year, to be able to view/print a year-end receipt from the portal.

We report out two figures to our fund holders – the value of the gift (as calculated by the average of the high and low values) and then the amount actually booked to their fund (the amount the stock sold for). Our donors expect to see both these values on their tax receipts, so now we are inputting this number manually, which increases our margin for error. Please bring back the sold amount field for tax receipts.

  9. Please add ability for "Percent" and "Avg Balance" detail to export with the Revenue Share Audit Balance Percent Detail Report. It would be useful information to have both the Beginning "percentage" and the Ending "percentage" per month calculated and exportable.

  11. Currently an atttached Charity Check keeps us from deleting a vendor and profile that have no other activity. Please update the logic to allow profile to be deleted.

  12. Opportunities have a unique opportunity id. There is no way to search for an opportunity via its id. I would love to be able to search for an opportunity via its id in the global search on the top. And within the opportunities object have more options for searching for an opportunity.

  13. When I'm looking at a profile, under Engagement, there's an option to delete the profile from a campaign. The problem I'm having is that after choosing delete, I'm taken to the CAMPAIGN instead of back to the profile so that I can delete it from other campaigns or make a note. It makes more sense to me, and would improve my work flow, if the system returned me back to the profile where I started.

    Related to this, it would be helpful to have a Delete button on the archived campaigns found under List All Campaigns within a profile, rather…

  14. As the CFO, I work on fund clean-up and other grants movement all the time. It would be helpful if grants went to the Approval bucket in Vouchers so my CEO could approve all of the week's payments at once and I wouldn't have to ask her to approve grants constantly. OR so I don't have to constantly change the Settings in Grants back and forth. Maybe this is a toggle within the grant creation? Thanks for considering this idea!

  16. Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

  17. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  18. Could we please have the ability to set up a fiscal sponsor relationship on a grant when it is synced from GLM to CSuite?

    We need to maintain the applicant/application in GLM under the org applying/completing the work (because not every fiscal sponsor applies on behalf of the sponsored org or wants their application history intermingled). Therefore, it would help immensely if we were able to keep the GLM profile as is, then have an option when building the grant to move the applicant to the "Sponsored Org" field, and add the Fiscal Sponsor as the true grantee.

  19. When Household Giving is enabled in the Giving Hub, donors have the option to give as a household by selecting a radio button and entering household information.

    However, donors often do not know how to properly format the household name, which can lead to:
    -Duplicate households
    -Inconsistent naming conventions
    -Data cleanliness challenges for staff

    Suggested Enhancement:

    Provide the ability to enforce or guide a standardized household naming format during entry

    Examples of best practice formats:
    -Last, First and First
    -Last, First and Last, First (for different last names)

  20. It would be helpful to be able to select an Alternate Email that Statements are sent to through the Fund Advisor designation like is possible for Donation Notify and Grant Notify. It would be even more helpful if we could select email delivery addresses for all three (Statement, Donation Notify and Grant Notify) on a fund-by-fund basis within the Fund Advisor designation. We have many people who have both work and personal connections to funds and would prefer not to comingle their communications.
