  1. Currently when entering a multifund donation only one Donation Type is allowed. Under certain circumstances split donations need to be applied to different revenue accounts.

    Adding the ability to select a Donation Type for each multifund line item would expedite the entry process and eliminate separate entries for split gifts.

  2. In our organization, the group responsible for managing fund profile relationships is not the same as those who are responsible for deleting profiles. However, the Delete Profile permission is required in order to unlink a profile from a fund. We need these permissions separated.

  4. Please consider providing a way to group non-till transactions when depositing to bank. It is sometimes financially prudent for our foundation to use a 3rd party payment processor other than Stripe for an event, and so we may have hundreds of donations processed and then transferred in groups to our bank account. Without a way to group accordingly in C-Suite, we must reconcile the bank statement with thousands of individual deposit entries.

  5. We have quarterly operating grant transfers we process. We have set these up as recurring.

    1. Hate that you have to wait until that exact date to post them if you are trying to work ahead. Someone has mentioned that and I have voted on.

    2. Most importantly- When these recurring grants are created... the voucher date should default to the next date on the recurring grant record- not the day you go in a create those grants. All of these grants that are recurring are electronic and we do in large batches. After I run the large batch.... I have to…

  6. Positive Pay - Template Edit Capability. In past softwares I've dealt with, we've had the ability to create bank groups which tie to a specific bank's positive pay file requirements because each bank has to have their own unique template. The bank group templates are then linked to the bank ledger account so, as you issue checks, the system knows which format to file for the positive pay export.   7. There should be a way to know that a grantee is set up to receive ACH payments while you are entering the grant. Right now I have to go all the way back to the profile to see if they are ACH. This would help when choosing what letter template to use.

  11. We use the short name for funds regularly, and would like to be able to search the short name of funds in multiple areas. Today, I am in the Set Scholarship Fund area and this area does not allow for searching by Fund short name. Can the Fund short name be searchable across the CSuite site?

  12. When generating Pledge Reminders/Statements, it would be very helpful to be able to merge them into Word so changes can be made to specific letters. Currently after clicking on Payment Documents all the pledge letters are merged into a PDF.

  13. We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.

    It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.

    However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.

    Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.

    Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

  15. In the new portal, if a fund is marked private (like we do for agency funds that only accept contributions from the agency itself, not the public) it is currently showing up as an option to donate to when she goes to the Giving Hub via her donor advised fund dashboard.

    Example: Jane Doe is a fund advisor on both her family donor advised fund and she's a fund advisor to the Pawsome Animal Clinic agency fund, for which she serves as a volunteer treasurer. Even though “Donate” is not checked in her advisor access options for the Clinic's agency…

In the new portal, when a grant catalog is visible to fund advisors there are two options after you choose to donate to the grant catalog - 1. complete a donation through the Giving Hub, 2. choose Grant Request to request a grant through the fund advisor's DAF. We currently only market our Grant Catalogs to our DAF holders to encourage them to use their DAF spendables to support local non-profits. It is confusing to have both options available. Could the "Donate" option be turned on or off at our discretion instead of always included?

  17. In the new portal, the Grant Catalog feature is "hidden" behind multiple clicks. Previously, when there was an active Grant Catalog the tab showed at the top alongside all other tabs. Those tabs are now on the left menu in the new portal, but the Grant Catalog information can only be found after you click Grants - adding in an additional click. Our donors have found this to be confusing and hard to find. Could the Grant Catalog be pulled to the left menu?

  18. If an image exists on a fund in CS, provide the option to allow this image to appear on the fund in the portal instead of the default icon. Also provide the option to not have an icon or an image appear on the fund in the portal.

    In Portal Options>Giving Hub Settings> select edit. There is an option to display fund image. If an image is on a fund record it will display. I assume this request is for the Portal?

  19. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  20. Please add the ability to dedupe by address and also by "similar" name. Right now, the dedupe feature will not allow us to dedupe by address. That needs to be added. Also, the majority of dupes in organizations systems are not there because the are exact matches, they are there because of small differences. Such as Robert vs Bob Smith or 106 10th Avenue vs 106 Tenth Ave. I have worked with many other CRM's that could detect "similar profiles" (i.e. the name is slightly different but the address is the same, etc.) and offer them up for suggestions for…
