  1. If we have a constituent with multiple email addresses (work, personal, etc..), we would like the ability to mark a single email address on a profile as "do not email" vs marking all of them using the do not email link. Making a single email address inactive is not visually effective to the end-user as compared to red headings and strike-through text that the do not email function provides.

  2. Please add Primary Fund Advisor field to the Profile Fund custom report. Currently there is no way to see which funds do not have a primary advisor or have out-of-date primary advisors, without opening each individual Fund record. It's making system setup and maintenance unmanageable.

  3. On the Nonprofit Directory settings, add option to 'display' or 'hide' the 'Email' and 'Phone' columns so we have the ability to just display a list of the Nonprofit Organizations.

  4. Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

  5. It would be very helpful if we we could customize the order in which checks and check letters were sorted. We would like to be able to sort by the Grant Letter template. We have eight difficult templates that involve multiple constituencies and a number of letters. If they were grouped, we could process each type all at once which would reduce the opportunity for errors when processing the mailing.

  6. Has Foundant explored the idea of creating their own mobile app for CSuite? I see a lot of requests related to making content more mobile friendly and responsive. I know you are revamping the donation pages with this in mind. But what about if there are staff members who could be helped by having a true mobile app with limited functionality? I'd bet there are many that have to be in the field meeting with folks for at least part of their day, and they would find great benefit in being able to quickly look up profiles, view grant and…

  7. When there is an opportunity that is attached to a fund, it would be great if the opportunity showed up on the relationships tab of the fund, just like for individual profiles.

  8. Traditionally in financial statements, long-term liabilities are listed after current liabilities. Currently, it's the opposite, long-term liabilities are listed before other liabilities.

Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

  10. Capacity to share notes between profiles would be awesome.

    Example 1: Fundraising visit with a particular business. Visit notes could go on the business profile, but the note could "tag" additional profiles, such as the business staff members present at the meeting.

    Example 2: We utilize notes to capture obituary information. Family members could be "tagged" on the note in order to share the information across profile records, rather than repeating the obit note several times. One entry, several tags = awesome!

  13. We want to see items that do not have a file attached....specifically vouchers. We want to verify that all vouchers had documentation attached to it before discarding the paper we have. At this time, it appears a Files report only will show you items that do have a file attached but not the opposite of not having an attachment. A "null" option for files would be helpful to see those items that are missing documentation.

  14. With the new profile updates, I noticed that when I change an address associated with a household, it does not ask if I want to update the other addresses within the household. Can we please have this feature restored? I now have to go into each profile and update the address which is time consuming.

  15. Currently, it appears that we can only provide monthly tax receipts for recurring gifts. If the donor requests a yearly receipt for their recurring gifts there doesn't appear to be an easy "flag" letting us know who has indicated this preference. It would be nice if there was a mechanism within recurring gifts that tracks who wants a yearly receipt of their recurring gift rather than a new receipt every time a recurring gift is processed. The less we rely on an employee to remember to do tasks, the more efficient we can become.

  16. Currently when entering a multifund donation only one Donation Type is allowed. Under certain circumstances split donations need to be applied to different revenue accounts.

    Adding the ability to select a Donation Type for each multifund line item would expedite the entry process and eliminate separate entries for split gifts.

  17. In our organization, the group responsible for managing fund profile relationships is not the same as those who are responsible for deleting profiles. However, the Delete Profile permission is required in order to unlink a profile from a fund. We need these permissions separated.

  18. We have quarterly operating grant transfers we process. We have set these up as recurring.

    1. Hate that you have to wait until that exact date to post them if you are trying to work ahead. Someone has mentioned that and I have voted on.

    2. Most importantly- When these recurring grants are created... the voucher date should default to the next date on the recurring grant record- not the day you go in a create those grants. All of these grants that are recurring are electronic and we do in large batches. After I run the large batch.... I have to…

  19. Positive Pay - Template Edit Capability. In past softwares I've dealt with, we've had the ability to create bank groups which tie to a specific bank's positive pay file requirements because each bank has to have their own unique template. The bank group templates are then linked to the bank ledger account so, as you issue checks, the system knows which format to file for the positive pay export.   20. There should be a way to know that a grantee is set up to receive ACH payments while you are entering the grant. Right now I have to go all the way back to the profile to see if they are ACH. This would help when choosing what letter template to use.
