With Impact Investing becoming a more prevalent means of helping our communities, it would be very helpful to have a way to allocate these loans to multiple funds without having to have an outside massive spreadsheet to "revenue share" manually and account for repayment manually to each fund. The loan feature does not work for this as that is only allocable to one fund and Investment Strategy does not work as you can also only allocate one per fund.

  2. It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)

    Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

  3. Notes descending by date. When we bulk uploaded Notes we found even if the note had a past date, the note was at the top of the list of notes since the order is determined by the Note ID. Allow admin to pick how the notes are sorted.

  4. On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.

    While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

  5. The Donation Comment for historical donations needs to be editable just like any other closed donation. There is an [edit] link beside it, but it takes you to a 404-error page when you click it.

  6. Tribute tab in Donations - we would like to have the number indicator back on the Tribute tab in Donations. The number indicator let's us know there is something that needs to be addressed on that tab, similar to the number indicators for the other tabs in Donation on the attached screenshot.

  8. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.

  9. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

  10. It would be extremely helpful if we could import updates & new items for funds, especially related to our Giving Hub portal. These would include descriptions and images. Manually adding these fields, one by one, is time-consuming, and we’d like to make our Giving Hub experience as rich as possible for our donors. Can an import feature be added for funds?

  11. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  13. Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

  14. It would be very helpful if we we could customize the order in which checks and check letters were sorted. We would like to be able to sort by the Grant Letter template. We have eight difficult templates that involve multiple constituencies and a number of letters. If they were grouped, we could process each type all at once which would reduce the opportunity for errors when processing the mailing.

  15. Show inactive stewards in italics at bottom of the steward list just as inactive org roles show in the org roles section of the relationships tab in organization profiles. Also add active/inactive as report and filter options on steward custom reports and other reports that can include steward information.

  16. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

  17. Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

  18. To help increase the efficiency of processing scholarship payments that need to be payable to the student; a bulk action to set grantee to student would be beneficial. Currently, it requires creating the student profiles in CSuite first via a bulk import with the is grantee, is vendor, is student designation then you have to create the scholarship award (manually, via import or through integration). If you use the SLM integration you must set the student as the grantee/payee on each scholarship one by one. This is a very tedious process that leaves lots of room for error, the creation…

  19. In Cash Management - Balance Swap - Add Filter, when you select "From Account" and then checkboxes, the check list that appears includes accounts that are closed (which for us is a lot). It makes no sense that closed accounts would be showing here. It should only show open/active accounts.

  20. In an effort to move to more ACH payments, we would like an integration of a cloud-based, third party billing service. At our foundation, we have no interest in collecting our vendor and grantee's sensitive bank information and storing and entering it ourselves. That is why we believe a successful third-party billing option is the best way to go. We have heard that CSuite is experimenting with Bambora, however, upon our research, we find that this may not completely suit all our needs.
