Create Fund Advisor Login (for Legacy Portal) from "Fund Advisor" record
Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.
Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.
We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

Campaigns: Option to add all or primary emails to report
Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

Financial Views
When adding an account group in the financial view, it would be helpful to be able to have a box "select all" accounts and then unselect the ones that are not needed. Otherwise, it takes a long time to select a large group of accounts.

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

Advisor Household label field in grant template
It would be nice to have a field enabling the creation of a formula that checks whether the grant advisor is part of a household or not in the Grant Letter template. If yes, it will pull the household label instead of the individual advisor label field.

Files - Report when there is NOT a file attached (NULL)
We want to see items that do not have a file attached....specifically vouchers. We want to verify that all vouchers had documentation attached to it before discarding the paper we have. At this time, it appears a Files report only will show you items that do have a file attached but not the opposite of not having an attachment. A "null" option for files would be helpful to see those items that are missing documentation.

Impact Investing
With Impact Investing becoming a more prevalent means of helping our communities, it would be very helpful to have a way to allocate these loans to multiple funds without having to have an outside massive spreadsheet to "revenue share" manually and account for repayment manually to each fund. The loan feature does not work for this as that is only allocable to one fund and Investment Strategy does not work as you can also only allocate one per fund.

Fields available for Bulk Update/Import/Delete on Records
It would be nice to have the availability to bulk update/import/delete all fields on a record (profile, gift, grant, fund, etc)
Because of the volume of each of those items in a database it become tedious and tiresome to do some of the most simple and routine task.

notes by date
Notes descending by date. When we bulk uploaded Notes we found even if the note had a past date, the note was at the top of the list of notes since the order is determined by the Note ID. Allow admin to pick how the notes are sorted.

Duplicate Issue -- Accents
Within the Duplicates option, any duplicate profiles that have accents or umlauts are not able to be deduplicated from the current workflow being:
Profiles>Duplicates> then clicking the accented name.
In lieu of returning a page where you can merge the profiles, you get a yellow warning that says "Not Found". Therefore, foundations with more individuals/names with accented names are not able to fully use the dedupe functions.

Fix Sort Order on Files Tab for Affiliates
On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.
While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

Add the field 'Who' with dropdown options so a different staff person can be indicated in lieu of the person entering the note.
Allow for a staff person to indicate a different staff person in a 'Who' field when entering a note instead of auto populating this field with the person who is logged in.

Fund Imports: Giving Hub
It would be extremely helpful if we could import updates & new items for funds, especially related to our Giving Hub portal. These would include descriptions and images. Manually adding these fields, one by one, is time-consuming, and we’d like to make our Giving Hub experience as rich as possible for our donors. Can an import feature be added for funds?

Improve Functionality of Adding Profiles to a Campaign
Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

Stripe Terminal
Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

Custom Sort Order for Checks & Letters
It would be very helpful if we we could customize the order in which checks and check letters were sorted. We would like to be able to sort by the Grant Letter template. We have eight difficult templates that involve multiple constituencies and a number of letters. If they were grouped, we could process each type all at once which would reduce the opportunity for errors when processing the mailing.

Reporting for multiple objects at once
When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

Bulk Make Student Grantee/Payee
To help increase the efficiency of processing scholarship payments that need to be payable to the student; a bulk action to set grantee to student would be beneficial. Currently, it requires creating the student profiles in CSuite first via a bulk import with the is grantee, is vendor, is student designation then you have to create the scholarship award (manually, via import or through integration). If you use the SLM integration you must set the student as the grantee/payee on each scholarship one by one. This is a very tedious process that leaves lots of room for error, the creation…

Balance Swap Account Filter shows closed accounts
In Cash Management - Balance Swap - Add Filter, when you select "From Account" and then checkboxes, the check list that appears includes accounts that are closed (which for us is a lot). It makes no sense that closed accounts would be showing here. It should only show open/active accounts.
