  1. When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

  2. Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

  4. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

  5. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  6. I would really like the Additional Information section to come BEFORE the Tribute Information section.

    And I would like the "Needs tax receipt" to be right under or above the "Receipt Template". Not all the way down the page by itself.

    We use the Additional Information section on EVERY gift and only use the Tribute Information section on a few gifts.

  7. Thank you for the updates to the Add Donation page. I wanted to share a few observations that might help improve the user experience:

    The Process button currently appears in the middle of the page, which can feel awkward unless you’re on a larger monitor.

    Since most of our gifts come via check, the workflow for entering check donations could be more intuitive. After selecting “Check,” the next section is Tributes, and the Check Number field appears much further down. On smaller screens, this makes the page feel cramped, while on larger screens, it feels overly spread out and difficult…

  8. Adding a fund to the grant catalog functions differently in the fund portal-facing catalog than it does in the public-facing catalog. There are also differences in how funds function when added to a portal-facing catalog, as opposed to all other imported requests. I’ll give an example and explain the problems this presents.
    In the portal-facing catalog, there is no “Learn More” button. This is inconsistent with the “Learn More” buttons on other requests imported from GLM or added manually. Additionally, clicking on a fund does not take you to an intermediary screen to read the full fund description (as do…

  9. My understanding is that on the Email History on a Profile, it will only display the file that was attached if it's system-generated.

    It would be useful to display the attached file for emails sent MANUALLY through CSuite, too.

  10. A potential fundholder wants to get a tour of our portal ahead of deciding whether to open his fund with our community foundation. Is there a way to give him a tour of our white-labeled portal without showing him another person’s donor-advised fund data?

    Just like Foundant, or any other software company, community foundations need the ability to walk a potential fundholder through the UX of the system as part of their cultivation efforts to open new funds.

  12. Currently, when attempting to sort the stages within an opportunity, you need to use the numeric sorting method -- I believe a drag & drop option could be more impactful and user-friendly. This style of sorting is seen throughout the Csuite and would benefit opportunities.

  13. I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

  16. Copilot (AI) data integration for optional feed into a client M365 tenant. This would allow clients to leverage their CoPilot (or other AI) licenses as they deem appropriate. As of now, there is no good way to utilize AI with data from CSuite. Please add an optional API or other integration that would allow staff to be more efficient when reviewing reports, profile notes, and other information in the system.

    The prime example is how CoPilot can help you prepare for a meeting by reviewing emails, calendar meetings, and notes pertaining to the topic. It would be great if we…

  17. Add the ability to set the Grant Documents Template and mark Omit Grant Documents to multiple grants via the Bulk Action tool.

    Currently, you can set the Grant Award Letter Template and set Award Letter Needed (or not) but cannot do the same for the Grant Documents.

    Side note - it would be beneficial to have the language for Grant Documents be consistent throughout the system. When in a grant, it's Grant Documents Template, but when in the Templates section, it's "grant_letter".

  19. Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.
