  1. Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home.…

  2. Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

  3. Currently the fund steward merge field returns the name formatted as "Last Name, First Name", which is not useful when using it on fund statements or other templates. Please create an option where it appears correctly.

  4. We use Admin Fee Group to group multiple funds by fund advisor in order to apply graduated admin fees.

    When asked to provide a financial report for a particular admin fee group or admin fee type, we currently run an admin fee export, manually isolate the applicable fee group, and then XLOOKUP financial information for each fund.

    This manual workaround is time-consuming and inefficient. Having "Admin Fee Group" and "Admin Fee Type" available as Financial Filters would streamline reporting and be a huge timesaver.

  5. It is incredibly difficult to share reports. It is cumbersome and inefficient to share reports without a hyperlink. Please make individual reports able to share via hyperlink - thanks!

  6. Enable customization of the top navigation bar. Most of our staff use only a limited portion of CSuite, so giving them direct access to the sections they rely on most is essential for efficiency and ease of use. For example, Funds, Donations, Grants, and Opportunities are features our team uses regularly. Requiring staff to locate these items within dropdown menus—where many of the options are not relevant to their roles—has been frustrating and may ultimately lead to reduced use of CSuite.

  7. Add organization name as a column in the charity check log to more easily confirm that the right Tax ID is in the profile. Right now, if you need to confirm that a grantee has the right Tax ID on file, you have to run a new charity check.

  8. The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.

    Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)

  9. In recurring grant records, the Delete button is directly beneath the Edit button. It's easy to click it mistakenly, and there is no secondary confirmation screen to confirm the deletion was intentional before it's done. Please add a secondary step to confirm a record should be deleted to avoid accidental record deletion.

  11. Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
    Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…

  12. When entering a note for another individual, it would be great if the "Who" was an option to change when entering the note. Currently I have to enter the note, then edit the note to change the "Who." Thanks!

  13. Money In / Bequest Pledge -- our foundation deals with complicated bequests every year which need detailed reports for our Audit. Please create the ability to have a Pledges-Bequest section which can be booked to our GL account for bequests receivable, which could map to our correct net assets GL code. Using Opportunities for bequests receivable does not allow for our desired Audit reporting requirements. We have experimented in the Sandbox for setting up bequests as a pledge, but currently it is too cumbersome having to constantly change the pledge default codes.

  15. It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.

  17. Foundant for Outlook is a great App but it doesn't allow for specifying a Note Type which is important for our internal reporting. Please add the option to specify the Note Type when using Foundant for Outlook.

  19. I would like the ability to set 'No Default Template', as opposed to leaving the field blank and having the system automatically assign the predetermined default template.

    Most of our grant notification happens via GLM/SLM, and we do not need to generate a 'Grant Letter' or 'Scholarship Letter', or 'Award letters' for individual grants in CSuite.
    However, we have some programs that run through CSuite only, and need a letter attached. Because these programs are the only ones using the 'Grant Letter' template type, the system automatically pulls this letter template for ALL grants, at this time. As it currently…

  20. There should be a feature added in SLM to prevent applicants from creating a duplicate application instead of just a warning. A duplicate universal application leads to quite a mess when it is submitted as it then creates duplicate individual opportunity applications as well. It is not only confusing for the scholarship agency, but even more so the applicant as it clutters their dashboard.
