  1. When a grant is created with multiple installments, it only shows the total grant amount on the fund statements with no option to show the grant activity over the years/quarters.

  2. Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

  3. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  4. Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people

    There is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

  5. Currently, the Print Envelope feature only generates PDFs. Having the ability to download envelopes as a Word document would be extremely helpful, as envelopes often need minor edits before printing. With the current PDF format, the template formatting frequently shifts and addresses spill onto a second page, making them difficult—or impossible—to edit and print accurately. 
     
    Since Donation Receipts already include a Word download option, it seems this functionality may already exist on the development side and could potentially be extended to envelopes as well. Adding a Word option would provide much-needed flexibility and significantly improve usability.

  6. My understanding is that on the Email History on a Profile, it will only display the file that was attached if it's system-generated.

    It would be useful to display the attached file for emails sent MANUALLY through CSuite, too.

  7. I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

  8. If an organization is a beneficiary of a fund, I would like to see that on the recipients profile, not only on the Fund profile.

  9. Consider adding the Fund Steward as a field for grant letter templates, just like the fund statements. We use a custom field to present this information on our grant letters but having the Fund Steward available is ideal. It's available in other templates so hopefully this is easily implemented.

  10. It would be nice to include an "Item Date" for tax receipts in the foreach item section. Currently, if you wish to include the date of an item/donation for a tax receipt in a table, a SET-REF condition needs to be used within the template.

  11. We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

  13. In the Portal for a Fund Advisor, on the donations tab of a fund, I see the description; however, I have to click into the Donation ID or Export to see if there's any tribute information. It would be great if there was a way to show the tribute information on the initial donation listing page and not have to click into the ID or export. Thanks for considering!

  14. It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

  15. This idea has been proposed before but archived for lack of engagement. However, I think it's worth posting again as it would be extremely beneficial to be able to export report to formats other than a plain CSV. For example, if we could export as an excel, it could preserve the hyperlinks in a report.

  16. Right now, our fund statements attach to the email as statement.pdf. We prefer more specific naming conventions (ideally the Public Name of the Fund and the Time Period of the Statement) but at a minimum would like to be able to name the PDF with our Organization name.

  17. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.

  18. Please make the visible on-screen Profile address fields/windows LONGER. When you are entering a particularly long address, it is difficult to keep track of what you are entering.

  19. Sometimes different schools have differing criteria for the student information they would like us to communicate along with scholarship payments and being able to accommodate those differences within the templates assigned would be a great convenience. At the simplest level, some schools request we include a student info form and it would be great if our letter could reference that form as part of the complete correspondence, while not referencing any attachments on letters to schools that do not request supplemental documentation.

  20. Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.
