List Cart Emails
Love the new option to send emails to fundholders who still have grants left in their cart. Currently the only option is to send emails to all fundholders on list. Is there a way to select individual donors who would be receiving the email?

Foundant for Outlook add-in: add date to note
Please bring over the date of the email when the Foundant add-in is used to copy an email to a note in CSuite from Outlook. Currently the note date is the date the email is copied (even if that is not the day the email was sent/received), and the original email send date is not recorded anywhere in the body of the CSuite note.

Develop Login Report that also shows Profiles logging in with PIN
Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

Masking Anonymous Profiles
We would like to ensure that anonymous profiles/donors are anonymous throughout the system. Basically their information would be masked (similar to the SIN numbers in Foundant) and only those individuals with access can un-mask the information like names, emails, etc. Otherwise it would just show as anonymous with their address.
This would help to ensure anonymous donors remain anonymous, as it would limit the information throughout the organization as well. We have many staff that need access to Csuite for campaigns and events, but are contract staff and students. We are trying to limit the access to temporary staff to…

Stripe fee percentage
Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.
11 votesThe additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.

Automatic Emails for Opportunities using Stages as Triggers
Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.
We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.
This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

Subfund Filtering on Financial Report without needing to show subfunds
Currently if you filter on a financial report to include/exclude a fund that is a subfund, the filtering does not apply unless the "Show Fund" and then "Show SubFund" options are expanded first. The filtering should be able to apply without needing to show the subfunds just as it applies to non-subfunds without needing to show those in the report.

Change Log back to detail it used to provide
The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow. For example, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the subgroup, it only has the ID which I would have to research to interpret the log. Previously, as recently as January 2023, when the fund’s subgroup was changed, it included the ID number as well as the name of the subgroup. This change makes it very difficult…

Balance Swaps Should Warn if a Account goes Negative
C-Suite allows balance swaps to swap out of investment accounts even if it causes the investment account to go negative. There should at least be a warning to prevent this from happening. Requested by GMF.

Security Issue: Inactivating a User
We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous. We just want to give someone the ability to do user maintenance functions, such as resetting a password, unlocking a user, or…

Add "Are you sure you want to copy?" to all copy buttons
The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. A simple screen asking if you want to copy this record would avoid this without causing too much…

Online Donations: Setting to disable auto receipt when a tribute is included
When I create print letters to notify folks that a tribute gift was made, I typically make edits to the letters before printing and sending. However, if someone has selected to notify the tribute via email, I am unable to edit the letter.
Could there be a setting to toggle off this option on our website so that the public can only choose to notify people via snail mail?
Or could the system allow me to edit my letter before it is emailed?

On/Off Toggle for Post By Payment
Adding an On/Off toggle to the "Post By Payment" dimension for scholarship creation would be helpful for our Foundation. We’ve requested that members of our scholarships team not use the “Post By Payment” feature when creating scholarships, but it still happens on occasion by mistake. This causes a variance between the General Ledger and the Grants by Fund Report which our Finance Team prefers to avoid when possible for a variety of reasons.

Fix Suggestion: Hide Descriptions Functionality in the new Portal
In the new Portal there is an option on the Fund Advisor settings section to Hide Descriptions. Unfortunately, it hides both the Grant and Donation Description.
With the new portal, our Foundation intends to use the Comments section to capture public-facing notes on gifts into the fund.
Advisors need to see the purpose of their grants.
Can this be two separate functions?
Hide Donation Description, and Hide Grant Description.

Set Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal option to go to username and password or allow that as an option
The new "Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal" option goes to the email address login page. We would like it to go to the "?userpass=1" page instead so the fund advisor gets the username and password prompt to be more like their previous experience for ones who just bookmarked the old link. Can this be added as an option or as the default for when that option is turned on?

Allow Profile Edit on a Per Designation Basis
Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.
For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.
Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.
