Custom Field Groups to organize custom fields
I like leveraging the custom fields to customize the platform to meet our needs. However, sometimes there are a lot of custom fields on the object. I try to group them by naming the field. Example: Presentations - Audience, Presentations - Description etc on opportunities to have a section of custom fields that are related to custom fields. Rather than having to have all of these longer names, it would be helpful if we could have custom field groups to begin to organize this information. Fund Advisor Portal: ability to show asset balances
Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

It would be helpful if anonymous grants were marked in red.
When a donor checks the anonymous box after submitting a grant request online from their DAF, it would be extremely helpful if this was emphasized somehow.

Allow for multiple advisors on an account to be notified when requesting balance swaps
Being able to automatically send the request account advisors for money to be moved in the balance swap process is great. It would be even better if we could add a second person to be receive the request. We have multiple financial advisors who want their admin person to receive these types of requests along with them.

stripe total line
It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

Set registration information required
We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket. Could C-Suite consider integrating single sign on capabilities with Microsoft 365 for employees? This would increase security and cut back on the number of passwords to maintain per user.

Add "Outstanding Loan Balance" Field to Loan Templates and Reports
It would be extremely helpful to have an Outstanding Loan Balance field available within loan templates and as an option for custom reports.
Our organization would like to send annual loan statements to clients that clearly show the remaining balance on each loan. Currently, there isn’t a straightforward way to include this information, which makes it difficult to provide complete and transparent communication to our borrowers.

Custom Reports
Is there a way, if not, could there be a way to filter the Custom Reports by employee. For example I'd like to only see my reports listed at times. Also, the headings of each area...could those be changed to a bold print or color print?

List both Individual and Household opportunities under Household profile
It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

Add Social Media Links to Nonprofit Directory
Currently, the Nonprofit Directory in CSuite allows only a single website link to be displayed for each nonprofit. Many nonprofits have a variety of online presences beyond their main website—such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—which are important touchpoints for donors and community members.
We would like the ability to:
Enter multiple links for each nonprofit on the administrative side.
Label each link with the platform it corresponds to (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram).
Display recognizable social media icons next to each link on the public-facing directory.

Default theme in data visualization tool
Would be nice to setup a default "theme" with colors/fonts/etc. that could be applied to all dashboard (for example, if time is taken to align the theme with organization brand)

Hold tribute emails for review
Recently a donor opened a new fund in honor of someone's 90th birthday. They asked that we hold notifying the honoree until after their birthday so it would be a surprise about the new fund.
Unfortunately there wasn't a way to stop a donor from automatically sending the email. I would like an option to edit/approve these email messages rather than them automatically sending.

Sent Date for Manually-Sent Tribute Notifications
We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.
Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?

"Add File" option when creating a Note
Not too long ago they have us the ability to add a file to a note - this is super helpful because we can often attach email correspondences without junking up the "Files" tab with so many attachments.
HOWEVER - you can only "Add File" AFTER you post the note. So many staff members have forgotten that option is available now. Please put the Add File Option to the Add Note screen so we can attach at note creation.
