  1. The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in?   2. It would be great if there was a way that reports exported through the donor portal could include applied filters. For example, I tried it in the donations tab and I can apply the filter but it doesn't show up when I download a report. Thank you!

  3. It would be great if donation email notifications to fund advisors specified if donations are recurring, so that we can steward these donors differently. Also would be great if recurring donations were identified in the donation list in the portal.

  4. We do a lot of importing of scholarships with new students and having the ability to import birthday and gender on the original import template would save the step of a batch update after the import.

  5. We run what we call "Hybrid Campaigns". With these campaigns we help organizations fundraise for two different causes that require two separate funds for tracking and accounting. Currently, this is cumbersome and difficult to track within C-Suite.

    With the new fundraising campaign feature, it would be great to solve this issue by allowing both funds to be assigned to a campaign and allowing an allocation calculation to each fund. This would save us a ton of time reconciling and tracking each fund.

    For example:

    Building Campaign Fund - 60%
    Savings fund - 40%

    The Building Campaign Fund would then receive…

  6. When setting up a new fund we copy from an existing fund. It makes the process more streamlined. However, the staff then have to go to the templates and add the fund to all the different templates. This is an easy step to miss and we have quite a few templates we use on a fund. This would improve the workflow of setting up new funds and reduce errors.

  7. I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

  10. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  12. When depositing a returned grant, the only payment type is check. We most often get returned grants electronically and therefore, the payment type is incorrect.

  13. Please allow the default subject line of the Fund Advisor Invite Email to be customized so that it better suits the needs of each organization. As it stands, every time I send the email, I have to edit the subject line to that it makes sense and matched the verbiage we use with our donors and fundholders.

  14. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

  16. There is an option to place an image at the fund level, but in the fund advisor portal you cannot see the image. It would be nice for advisors to select funds within their portal based on images since many of their funds are labeled the same or they have several funds within their account.

  18. When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.

    As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.

    This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text. This results in incorrect instructions and other text fields being sent in PDF lettters. To be clear, it is correct in the Word documents and in the Donor portal, but the PDFs that actually go…
