  1. Introduce the ability to categorize funds within the Giving Hub - allowing users to filter the fund list by specific types, such as scholarship funds.

    Each filter view would generate its own unique URL. For example, the filtered list of scholarship funds could be accessed via: csuite.com/donation/scholarship-list

    This would allow these specific fund lists to be easily shared on websites, etc.

  3. The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? Further, can there be an option for the Foundation to select to have the default for the graphs to depict the current calendar year vs the prior…

  4. Please make the quick reference guide able to be edited by users to create an org-specific guide within CSuite, rather than having to create guides outside of CSuite (in PowerPoint, Canva, Scribe etc). If we were able to add text to, or highlight, or change language in the Quick Reference Guide, it would make this functional in a few more important ways. For example, we could indicate in the Quick Reference fields our org requires staff to populate and which we do NOT want staff to utilize.

  5. It would be great if there was a way that reports exported through the donor portal could include applied filters. For example, I tried it in the donations tab and I can apply the filter but it doesn't show up when I download a report. Thank you!

  6. It would be great if donation email notifications to fund advisors specified if donations are recurring, so that we can steward these donors differently. Also would be great if recurring donations were identified in the donation list in the portal.

  7. We do a lot of importing of scholarships with new students and having the ability to import birthday and gender on the original import template would save the step of a batch update after the import.

  8. We run what we call "Hybrid Campaigns". With these campaigns we help organizations fundraise for two different causes that require two separate funds for tracking and accounting. Currently, this is cumbersome and difficult to track within C-Suite.

    With the new fundraising campaign feature, it would be great to solve this issue by allowing both funds to be assigned to a campaign and allowing an allocation calculation to each fund. This would save us a ton of time reconciling and tracking each fund.

    For example:

    Building Campaign Fund - 60%
    Savings fund - 40%

    The Building Campaign Fund would then receive…

  9. When setting up a new fund we copy from an existing fund. It makes the process more streamlined. However, the staff then have to go to the templates and add the fund to all the different templates. This is an easy step to miss and we have quite a few templates we use on a fund. This would improve the workflow of setting up new funds and reduce errors.

  10. I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

  12. I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.

    Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.

    While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.

  14. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  16. When depositing a returned grant, the only payment type is check. We most often get returned grants electronically and therefore, the payment type is incorrect.

  17. Please allow the default subject line of the Fund Advisor Invite Email to be customized so that it better suits the needs of each organization. As it stands, every time I send the email, I have to edit the subject line to that it makes sense and matched the verbiage we use with our donors and fundholders.

  18. During audits, we reconcile the Net Asset account for each fund. While the total Net Assets for each fund appears as a hyperlink, clicking it does not display any associated G/L transaction history. Having visibility into all transactions tied to a fund's Net Assets would be extremely helpful for identifying discrepancies and resolving errors during the audit process.

  19. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.
