  1. We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

  2. The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

  3. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  4. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   5. Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

  6. After a person clicks Add to Cart for an event registration (from an affiliate/SO branded portal), the portal defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. Further, if the registrant needs to add additional "event tickets" they must navigate through the general event tickets page and find the event they are looking for.

    Please keep the registrant on the affiliate/SO branded portal and allow them to go back to that specific event registration to add more to their cart. The current navigation is not donor/registrant friendly.

  7. Back in February 2024, you guys added the feature to share a note on a grant to the fund advisor portal. But the Share option is available on all notes.

    Success explained that you are looking to build out this functionality for notes on other records.

    Before you do that, can we ensure there is a strong model for who is authorized to share a note to a portal?

  8. Add an option in the donation portal for public givers to make recurring donations to Nonprofit Directory Listings. Functionality currently limited to support Funds. A majority of the recurring gifts made through our previous platform were to nonprofits.

  9. It would be very useful if we could deactivate org roles that are no longer needed. For example, we track our committee members using the Org Role. Committees have ceased to exist in the past, and new committees have been created. We would like to keep our historical data regarding profiles that were assigned a previously existing (but no longer) committee Org Role. If we did, we could query up members of a historic committee, but that committee Org Role wouldn't be available to select anymore for the Org Role and our list of Org Roles would be much more…

Much like one can run an Income Statement for a fund over several years, and choose 'Financial Year' to see the individual year activity, it would help to have that same functionality for the balance sheet. Currently one can only choose 'Year over Year' and thus has to run the report several times to provide the same view that is easily available with the Income Statement.

  11. Currently when paying a voucher, two options for "Check Type" are offered in the drop-down box: "CHECK" or "Electronic". It would be helpful if more options were available. Specifically in our instance "ACH" "Debit Card" and "Wire Transfer".

  13. For the Request bucket in Grants, it would be helpful if there were individual checkboxes for requests to create grants, similar to what’s available in the Award Letter and Voucher buckets. There are times where we just want to select one or a select group from a list and we don’t have that option now.

  14. The auto-generated "Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody" email is not in the Email History for that Fund Advisor. Can we please add it? (The Grant Post Notify email is in the History but not the Advisor Request Confirmation email)

  15. Our fund holders love the grant notify email (confirming the grants they have submitted) however many have asked for more details. They would like to have Grantee address included to confirm that the correct location was selected. They would also like to see the amount formatted to dollars.

  16. It would be extremely beneficial if the first and last donation date field would change based on other filters in the custom report. Ex. A donation report filtered by a fund that shows all the donors to the fund with the date of the first and last donation to that fund.

  17. Please have the date format consistent throughout the system. MM/DD/YYYY. If you add dates to someone's org role, the formatting starts with the year. Other places it will start with the month. It would be really helpful if they were consistent.

  18. When you add or update the Address Type (Home, Work...etc.) why does this delineation not change when it asks if you want to change this on other linked profiles with the same address? It is very inefficient to update a household address and add 'home' as the address type, check the boxes hoping it gets labeled as such, only to go back in and see the address type is blank but the address has been updated. Can the address type be updated with the "update checked profiles with this change" option too. This affects reporting when you want to sort…

  20. When pulling a grant report, voucher report, funds report, and several others, there is no total included when you select 'see all'. We have to export the report and have excel calculate it. It would be much easier and faster if it was included. With the Funds report, it includes to totals of each fund type but not the total of funds. It would also help if that report showed the percentage of assets in that fund type.
