  1. After a person clicks Add to Cart for an event registration (from an affiliate/SO branded portal), the portal defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. Further, if the registrant needs to add additional "event tickets" they must navigate through the general event tickets page and find the event they are looking for.

    Please keep the registrant on the affiliate/SO branded portal and allow them to go back to that specific event registration to add more to their cart. The current navigation is not donor/registrant friendly.

  2. Could C-Suite consider integrating single sign on capabilities with Microsoft 365 for employees? This would increase security and cut back on the number of passwords to maintain per user.

  3. We were discussing a future campaign and looking at how it looks on our website when people register for tickets. It would be a great idea to be able to have more than one picture on the website. For example, the first page with the campaign information would have one picture, the tickets page would have another, and the thank you page could have a third. We also would like to be able to size our pictures appropriately instead of just using a small square picture. The main page would ideally have a long header type picture, for example.

  4. Currently, Community Suite does not alert us when a recurring gift is about to end. We would like an alert to be added and an email sent to the donor on the second-to-last donation telling them the recurring donation is about to expire. The email could have a link for the donor to log in and extend the donation date, or it could email us to let us know the donor would like to extend the donation.

  7. Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.

  8. When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

  10. Currently, inter-fund transfers do not generate a donation notification to fund advisors set up to receive donation notifications. These transfers show up in a donation report so CSuite already recognizes them as donations. It stands to reason they should also generate notifications so that a fund advisor is aware of them.

  11. Please add a content area to the "change profile" page of the Portal. If someone logs in and has multiple profiles associated with the same primary email address, it would be great to have the ability to add some instructions for our fund advisors, donors, etc. about which profile to select in order to accomplish their desired task (donate, grant request, etc.). Thanks!

  13. Please consider assigning a grant letter template through the Fund profile. Looking at the fund profile for the name of the grant letter template is so much more efficient than going back to the Template listing and scrolling down to find the fund and their assigned grant letter template.

  14. Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

  15. Please make grant catalog request fields OPTIONAL. Foundant subscribers should be able to customize the fields they want populated.
    When creating a new grant catalog entry in CSuite, all fields in the request are required in order to submit. We have also tried using the Grant Catalog Fields within a GLM application in order to sync to a catalog in CSuite, and again ALL fields are required. The required fields add more information than we want to present to our donors. The current functionality creates a lot more work for our team to produce what our donors want to see.…

  16. This was suggested in 2022 & archived without being implemented, but I'm re-posting because I would find it very helpful to be able to export the list of undeposited items in the till. I often need to add totals by period and currently have to manually add them. There are also times I need to sort by something other than date.

  17. The Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content has a merge field for {{guidestar_ein}}, however this does not populate with data unless the Advisor selects a grantee from a Candid search. Can a merge field be added to reference the EIN on the grantee's Org record within CSuite so that it will populate with data even if the Advisor selects a previous grantee?

  19. For an event on the Giving Hub, when you select a specific ticket to purchase and the ticket details appear, it seems odd that the "ticket header" would appear ABOVE the name of the event.

    Is there an option to display the "ticket header" content BELOW the Ticket Name?

  20. Not too long ago, there was a PREVIEW button when selling stock. This was extremely helpful so that you can make sure net proceeds equal what you actually received for the stock. This button disappeared and is now just a POST button. It is so much better to be able to preview the calculated proceeds before posting them because if something gets entered incorrectly, we now have to unpost the transaction to fix it. Please restore the PREVIEW button. Thank you!
