  1. Please remove the drop-down menu from the "Recent Grants" section on the summary page of the portal. Currently, this view only displays the most recent 20 grants, which can be confusing for donors who have more than 20 recent grants. On the Welcome Page, there is a drop-down menu allowing users to select 10, 25, 50, or 100 grants. However, this functionality is not available on the summary page, it is available and useable on the Grant Request page only.

  2. It has been a few years since this was posted and archived so I'm trying again. It would be amazing to have a way to standardize/validate addresses and add zip+4 based on how the USPS wants them. There should be the ability to have a valid address suggested and/or option to keep the address as entered.

  3. There is a closed post related to this but it still doesn't seem to be resolved: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/46455940-inactivate-a-letter-template

    I'd like to be able to hide, delete, or deactivate a grant letter template even if it has been used with a check. When used with a check, you cannot delete a template. This would help clean up the list of available grant letter templates to choose from when some become defunct.

  4. Less an idea and more an observation of inconsistencies between the online version and paper version of fund statements within the same batch that requires attention. The page count of the online statement is accurate for that statement (i.e. "1 of 5"), however the page count of the paper statement gets recalculated for the full size of the paper file (i.e. "1 of 306"), as though a new batch of statements have been generated rather than compiling the already generated individual statement PDFs into a single document. Can you fix the process for generating paper statements so that the document…

  6. We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

  7. Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.

    Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

  8. When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

  9. Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.

    Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

  10. Please allow for the serial number functionality that can be enabled for tax receipts to also be an option for tribute notifications. At this time, what is sent out for the tribute notification is not captured in the system (the "receipt" PDF specifically).

    Currently, CSuite allows for tax receipts to be serialized. It would be amazing if the Tribute Notifications allowed for this as well to see what was sent out and when.

  11. Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

  12. Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

  13. It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

  14. Please add the option to save changes made to the Report Columns options when on the Print screen in Financial Reporting. The new changes made in Financial reporting allow for additional print options, but it is not possible to save these changes for future use. Please provide the option to save these changes so they can be loaded when re-running these financial reports in the future.

Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.

  17. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)
