  1. There is an option to place an image at the fund level, but in the fund advisor portal you cannot see the image. It would be nice for advisors to select funds within their portal based on images since many of their funds are labeled the same or they have several funds within their account.

  3. When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.

    As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.

    This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

Please consider either adding error handling for the description fields for donations and grant suggestions in the portals to prevent special characters, or adjust the PDF conversion software on the back end to better handle special characters. If the Word template has conditional formatting and any text with quotation marks comes through, Word processes it properly, but the PDF conversion removes or changes the text.   5. Add pledge balance as a field to donation, pledge, and pledge payment custom reports.

    Currently pledge balance is only available when the pledge is linked to an opportunity.

  6. The Dynamic Images resizing setting is nice for the Additional Images field, but it looks messy on the Fund Image side of things to have different sized images either in the promoted funds section or on the Nonprofit Directory side.

    My idea is to allow us to turn on Dynamic Images either for just the Fund/Profile Image or the Additional Image.

  7. The new Add Note to CSuite add-in is much appreciated but would be even better if you could also use it for composing an email and view existing notes & profile details. When we were demoing a competitor's platform before signing up with Foundant, they had an integration that would have a pop up showing the profile picture, details, and notes for the recipient with a live link to the profile in the platform. Would love to see something similar developed for Foundant.

  8. With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:

    Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.

    Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).

    Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

  10. Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.

  11. Please auto populate the Nonprofit Directory with an organization's contact information. We have to enter the same information twice which feels quite redundant! It would be much faster if the information appeared and we could then simply edit anything if needed.

If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

    As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

  14. With the addition of the print option in the left hand menu of pages with C-Suite, the print page option now prints vertical lines between column headings and a box around the data on a page. This visually clutters up the report. Could you please reformat to the old format that just included the horizontal lines making the report easier to read but not cluttered?

  15. Allow for multiple directories to be tied to profiles. For instance, we use the nonprofit directory feature, which is awesome. We would also like to have a consultant directory. I'm thinking same look and functionality, just allow for more than one directory option.

  16. When soliciting donations from larger corporations, many of those organizations are requesting an invoice (or proforma invoice) from us to pay the donation. Currently there is no way to create an invoice and associated it as a donation. If an invoice is created, there is no way associate that payment with a tax receipt and include this payment as a donation on the manual statement of the fund.   17. Would like to suggest a change to what happens when you click on the menu item "account transfers." Currently you get two part display of a limited number of physical transfers on the top and balance swaps below. If I need to "see more" to get to an older date, I lose the ability to see the other type of transfer. It would be helpful to be able to choose which type of transfer and display more of each by opening separate windows so I can see them side by side, or to have both the top and bottom sections…

  18. We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!

    Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.

    Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

  19. This was suggested in 2022 & archived without being implemented, but I'm re-posting because I would find it very helpful to be able to export the list of undeposited items in the till. I often need to add totals by period and currently have to manually add them. There are also times I need to sort by something other than date.

  20. We would like to see the option of adding customized buttons with drop downs on the make a grant page of the portal. We would like to add buttons to allow donors to choose special funds we use for regional granting without searching or to choose something like declining ATS for the year with one click.
    Having the ability to add buttons and drop down options would serve customer needs with less keystrokes and allow our messaging to direct them to the button rather than a list of steps to take to find what the button would allow.
