  2. Being able to automatically send the request account advisors for money to be moved in the balance swap process is great. It would be even better if we could add a second person to be receive the request. We have multiple financial advisors who want their admin person to receive these types of requests along with them.

  3. Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

  4. Would really like to be able to process payroll through CommunitySuite, either by adding a payroll module to the system or by integrating CommunitySuite with a payroll solution so that would automatically push over the JEs they need to account for payroll each pay period.

  5. There are times throughout the year where it is necessary to put several recurring grants into the system to set everything up for the next year or based upon requests from a fund holder. In order to do this it has to be done one by one in the system. It would be helpful to have a way to get several recurring grants into the system via a front-end import.

  6. Improved Search Capabilities: There needs to be a way to search for profiles even if you don't have (or know how to spell) the whole name. If someone's name is "John Smithe" but you think it's "John Smith" and you type "Smith, John" in the search bar, the profile you're looking for will not populate. If the search function could pull names that start with the letters up to the comma, the searcher could find John Smithe, John Smitherman, and John Smith-Stone.

  7. When we off-board someone, we inactivate their account in CSuite. Depending on the situation, this may be done quickly. Whether it's quick or not, later on, we may need to re-assign their tasks to someone else. They also may have valuable custom reports that they neglected to share. Either one of these two require us to re-activate the user so that we can login as them to address the items. When we do that, we lose tracking on when we originally inactivated them.   8. "Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:

    It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.

    This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

  9. When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

  10. We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

  11. Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

  12. In the new portal, Fund Statements, Files, Nonprofit directory, Financials, Investment Report, Term Investments and Split Interest are located under Resources and Documents. Is there a way that they can be their own menu on the left hand side? It doesn’t make sense as some of these aren’t a resource or a document.

  13. Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

  14. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   15. It would be useful to delete or add certain accounts when preparing a monthly income statment especially when preparing actual to budget. There are some items, mainly the investment income accounts that are not included in my original budget, therefore are not needed in the statement. Because of this, I have to export the report and delete the line items I do not need instead of running it straight from CSuite which would save a lot of time.

    Note: If you only prepare a budget for certain funds, filter to those funds and accounts without any activity will not display.

  16. Once a note has been created on a profile, it isn't possible to assign that note to an opportunity. It needs to be deleted and then added to the opportunity. It would help if there were an option to edit the existing note and assign it to the opportunity.

  17. Currently you can only send an electronic payment notification to one email that is identified in the profile. We have had requests from vendors/grantees that the notification be sent to two or more emails.

  18. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

  20. Please open the city/state field under service areas to international orgs or provide an Other field to enter a different value. We have parishes in our country, that we would like to be able to add.
