Fund Advisor Portal: ability to show asset balances
Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

It would be helpful if anonymous grants were marked in red.
When a donor checks the anonymous box after submitting a grant request online from their DAF, it would be extremely helpful if this was emphasized somehow.

Filtering should include nulls/blanks unless the filter is to exclude it
Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

Integration with Payroll or Payroll Module in CommunitySuite
Would really like to be able to process payroll through CommunitySuite, either by adding a payroll module to the system or by integrating CommunitySuite with a payroll solution so that would automatically push over the JEs they need to account for payroll each pay period.

Security Issue: Re-Activating A User to Address Their Tasks & Non-Shared Reports
When we off-board someone, we inactivate their account in CSuite. Depending on the situation, this may be done quickly. Whether it's quick or not, later on, we may need to re-assign their tasks to someone else. They also may have valuable custom reports that they neglected to share. Either one of these two require us to re-activate the user so that we can login as them to address the items. When we do that, we lose tracking on when we originally inactivated them. "Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field
"Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:
It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.
This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

Auto-Format Dates and Phone Numbers for Profile Imports and Bulk Updates
When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

Fiscal Sponsor Field on Grantee Designation to Auto-Populate on Grants
We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

Anonymous for publication option
Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication. Looking at our annual report we want to make sure we aren't listing funds that don't want to be published. Right now we just put (Do Not List) on the fund name and hope that we all catch them.

Restructure Portal Left Hand Menu Options
In the new portal, Fund Statements, Files, Nonprofit directory, Financials, Investment Report, Term Investments and Split Interest are located under Resources and Documents. Is there a way that they can be their own menu on the left hand side? It doesn’t make sense as some of these aren’t a resource or a document.

New Portal: ability to select which Interest Types are shown
We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

Scholarship Payment Report
The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

Add an edit feature to the distribution calculation
Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation. Financial Reports
It would be useful to delete or add certain accounts when preparing a monthly income statment especially when preparing actual to budget. There are some items, mainly the investment income accounts that are not included in my original budget, therefore are not needed in the statement. Because of this, I have to export the report and delete the line items I do not need instead of running it straight from CSuite which would save a lot of time.

memo line on grant checks
Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

Accessing note types via Notes section
Please can you add a link to the note types in the Notes section (currently you have to go to Opportunities, which does not seem intuitive).
