  1. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  2. Sometimes fund advisors choose to make grants anonymous on a grant by grant basis, but may not remember which ones or want to see which ones they did. If that could be a visible field on the portal - if a grant was anonymous, and allow fund advisors to filter for those that would be a helpful feature. Currently they have to request that information from us.

  5. We need the fields for tribute information on a donation to be available to pull into the donation notify email body content. Right now, the tribute fields aren't available for this template.

    We send agencies notifications about donations made to their agency endowment, and we need tribute information to be included. If it's not, the agency doesn't get the full context of the gift.

  6. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

  7. In Portal Options> Portal Settings allow the settings to be more granular. For example, allow 'profile updates' to be set only on profiles with 'Student' designation.

  8. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   9. We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.

    1. Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
    2. Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
    3. Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
    4. If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

  10. As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

  11. Currently there are very few options for tracking fund advisor activity via the log. The provided columns, after filtering for fund advisor in the profile "Login Log" on sidebar, indicate very generic info such as Timestamp, IP address, 2-factor authentication, logout or locked out notification, error message (such as invalid password), if a team member signed in as a proxy to view a fund(s) in the portal, and location.

    From a marketing perspective, we would be interested in knowing not only who and when, but other potential "clicks" or "views" such as for resources/documents (ie: fund statements or other shared…

  12. It would be great if an affiliate/supporting organization that's set up with online fund advisor portal access could make internal grant requests to their own affiliate/supporting org funds. When I login in as a fund advisor and go to create a grant request on the portal and go to previous grantee or fund, it only lists non affiliate/non supporting org funds because those are marked as private so they don't show on our org's main online donation page. However it would be nice if affiliate/supporting org fund advisors could request internal grants to other funds within that affiliate/supporting org group.…

  13. Our alumni are marked using custom fields. It would be helpful to be able to change these records to the new Alumni Designation using bulk updates and to have an option to import alumni records.

  14. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  15. The email template (from Scholarship/Content) for a Scholarship Award Letter only offers one field for the Dear "Student.Name" . Please give us options - at least "First Name" because sending and email that says Dear Last Name, First Name is kind of terrible.

  17. Please allow the default subject line of the Fund Advisor Invite Email to be customized so that it better suits the needs of each organization. As it stands, every time I send the email, I have to edit the subject line to that it makes sense and matched the verbiage we use with our donors and fundholders.

  18. When a scholarship becomes a grant there is no way to open all the custom fields for editing, like you can with an original grant. We currently have to select each one individually to edit and we have a lot. Can an edit custom field function on the left nav bar be added?

  19. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

  20. When a scholarship refund comes to us and we refund the amount but are waiting to hear from the student to determine whether to defer or cancel, the scholarship is open. The bucket tab shows there are open scholarships but does not list them. The only way to see the list is to click Undecided/Unassigned. Is there a way to either list them in the Open Bucket, and/or create the option to put them On Hold similar to Grants?
