  1. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

  3. Please open the city/state field under service areas to international orgs or provide an Other field to enter a different value. We have parishes in our country, that we would like to be able to add.

  4. RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
    We need an RSVP for a household where we can add the household members without going through the add a guest function. We are only using this campaign event to make sure each profile shows who attended.

  6. It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

  7. We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket.   9. CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

  10. We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.

    1. Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
    2. Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
    3. Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
    4. If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

  11. Introduce the ability to categorize funds within the Giving Hub - allowing users to filter the fund list by specific types, such as scholarship funds.

    Each filter view would generate its own unique URL. For example, the filtered list of scholarship funds could be accessed via: csuite.com/donation/scholarship-list

    This would allow these specific fund lists to be easily shared on websites, etc.

  12. As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

Please create separate tax receipt template fields for the Donation Advisor profile that mirror the currently available fields for the Donor profile (salutation, legal name, org contact label, work title, organization, recognition name, etc.). While it's helpful that the address fields beginning in "addr." will change depending on if there is a Donation Advisor applied to a particular donation, we still have to make manual updates on every tax receipt letter to correct salutations, etc. when we have a Donation Advisor applied to the donation. Creating two separate sets of fields would reduce both the staff time spent making these…

  14. Currently there are very few options for tracking fund advisor activity via the log. The provided columns, after filtering for fund advisor in the profile "Login Log" on sidebar, indicate very generic info such as Timestamp, IP address, 2-factor authentication, logout or locked out notification, error message (such as invalid password), if a team member signed in as a proxy to view a fund(s) in the portal, and location.

  15. The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in?   17. When setting up a new fund we copy from an existing fund. It makes the process more streamlined. However, the staff then have to go to the templates and add the fund to all the different templates. This is an easy step to miss and we have quite a few templates we use on a fund. This would improve the workflow of setting up new funds and reduce errors.

  18. I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

    Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?

    Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.

  20. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.
